Baskin Robbins

I needed a last minute cake and tried calling the Baskin Robbins by my house. They said I needed to order two days in advance so they couldn’t do it. I called the camino arroyo location and they said they would make it no problem. They saved the day needless to say I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to this location just because of the service!!! Thank you

My daughter loves to stop by when we are in Gilroy. I occasionally have some ice crème too.
They are friendly and the customer service is very good. Plenty of seats inside and a few outside. Two coffee places are nearby if you want coffee for yourself.

After absolutely horrible customer service at another BR in town, I was very refreshed by the communication and customer service at the Camino Arroyo BR. They are willing to go the distance for their customers. I will always go to this BR from now on.

Baskin Robbins has been around for ages and on my recent stop to this location, I was pleasantly surprised that the traditional favorites are still available and taste just as I remembered from childhood!
Jamoca Almond Fudge — creamy, chocolately, with just a hint of coffee and the right amount of almonds pieces!
Rainbow Sherbet — light, cool, and ultra-​refreshing!
These were the only two that I ordered on this round… but I’m sure the other 29+ flavors are just as good!
You’ll find that this BR is «attached» to a Togo’s so it’s definitely a convenient stop if you find yourself craving a sandwich before having dessert. The facility is clean and there are plenty of parking spaces in the lot. One star deducted for lack of seating at this location — taking a sandwich «to go» is fine, but trying to carry an ice cream cone while driving can be quite dangerous!
