Sparse selection of suits, stringent return policies, unhelpful managers. You can do better. The suits are also somewhat cheap feeling, likely all fused.

Heading back from the central coast, we thought we’d check out the outlets in Gilroy. I’m really glad we did. I had a great time shopping and I spent way more than I had anticipated, but the prices were great and the Assistant Manager, Sean Chase took care of me. From finding my size shoe, to setting me up with a fitting room, to ensuring I’ll get emails, calls when new shipments arrive. This is a level of customer service you don’t really see anymore, so you can bet I’ll be back.

They no longer sell women’s clothes. Their men’s clothes are awesome though. Not badly priced for the quality. German precision at its finest here.

Picked up «The Grand Central» grey pinstripe suit which was one of their slimmest suits available. The suit looks great, and price was good. Salesperson was friendly, helpful, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. They were happy to just help me shop. You may pay a little more here than at Men’s Warehouse or Jos A. Bank, but the suits here tend to fit me better than those places, in particular slimmer fitting pants.

Three stars from my end due to their low selection of women’s aparrel(that seems to be ridiculously small-sized as well). I seem to have to add on 2 sizes in comparison with Banana Republic to fit into their stuff. But five stars for my poor husband, who can never seem to find any good Euro-styles(we’ve searched high and low, and end up having to go to the malls in SF and San Jo to find decent, well-made shirts and pants for him). This place has a great selection of metro-shirts, beautiful suits, and even shoes. And it’s about ½ to 2⁄3 the prices that you’ll see in the malls.
