Great customer service here! I came here to do an exchange and they were very accommodating with it. The sales associate gave us lots of info on the sales and discounts going on and consistently checked on us to see if we were doing okay. The service here is much better than those of the associates at the solstice in great mall. Much more friendly and sweet, as well as informative.

The last couple times i’ve been here, I didnt end up buying new glasses which means the deals arent as good as they used to. I used to be able to buy good brand name glasses for 50 – 100 now I feel like those brands I cant buy for less than 150−200…

I came in looking for a case for my Rayban folding wayfarers and Brandi the store manager hooked me up!!! I will definitely be coming back here all the way from Castro Valley the next time I need some sun glasses. Ask for Brandi, she was awesome!

I went in here to try on some sunglasses and also see how their prices compared to online. I found that their prices were pretty comparable to online prices I’ve found on the Oakleys I was looking at. They had a good amount of pairs on the floor, and offered to show me the ones in the back if I wanted.
The staff was helpful without being overbearing or overly helpful. I like to be left to shop until I have a question, and I was.
They have a good selection of brands from Oakley to RayBan to Calvin Klein.

This is my favorite sunglass store! They carry all the designer brands! They take amazing care with their sunglasses! They have a huge sale section and they sell their regular price stuff too! They get all the new styles! The customer service is amazing! They have Black Friday sales as well! Also their sunglass cleaning solution is the best!
