Hot, fresh breakfast is what you can expect at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. By far the best fast food at this highway exit.

My son wanted something quick to eat after a tournament !
Decided to go to jack in the Box drive thru,
Thought it would be QUICK.
NO … Only one car in front of us just to order it took a good few minutes. Then got to the window. Oh boy it looked like they had no clue what was happening!
Took a good 15 min to get our food or Longer. U call that a drive thru
Horrible service

Spent about 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me… Not really sure what was taking them so long but this is pretty bad service. If you’re in a hurry, definitely go somewhere else.

This Jack has very friendly people at least on Monday mornings and the breakfast food is always piping hot.

There closed come on this is the first jack in the box that is closed at 530 am. Peace I’m out

Hispanic staff couldn’t speak enough English to get my order right the first three times. I wound up having to place my order in Spanish, which I know enough of to struggle through. After waiting an additional 15 minutes to get my food, every other customer that had come in after me had already been served. It was the longest take out process I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

My favorite place to take the grandkids. The team is always efficient, friendly with lots of smiles. It’s clean and the food is prepared just right. That’s what makes this place someplace to come back to.

This jack in the box is a great little stop for a quick bite to eat off 101 and Monterey! This corporate fast food restaurant has the usual things on the menu. The staff is polite and mostly bilingual. The bathrooms are clean.

On the passenger seat In my car I still had an emailed coupon print out of the buy one get one Jack Big Stack burger. I decided to get Jack in the box for dinner while in Gilroy, California. I grabbed the coupon and walked towards the entrance.
When I walked into the Jack in the Box in Gilroy California, which happens to be the garlic capital of America, I honestly expected garlic to be very prevalent on the menu. I half expected to see Garlic fries, Garlic burgers, .garlic milkshakes, maybe even some fried garlic. At the very least a sign that said they could add garlic to whatever you ordered.
There was none of these things. It was normal. It was just like every single other Jack in the Box I’d ever been too. Oh well. Not extra garlicky Jack in the Box would still get my business. I was here. I handed the lady behind the counter my coupon, and she carefully inspected it. This time I opted for the meal. I’d been driving all day and was kinda hungry. A few moments later she handed me a bag, and I took it and drove back to my hotel.
I ate my meal quietly while watching some terrible cable TV show. The fries and iced tea were just ok. The burgers were a bit better. They were nothing special. They were certainly not garlic fries. It was certainly not a garlic laced Jack Big Stack burger… and there was certainly no garlic in the iced tea.
They did have an option for a boxed combo meal kinda thing for after 9pm orders. That was kinda interesting. I’d never seen that before.

Good coffee here, and good customer service at the drive-​thru window. Nothing like friendly customer service early in the morning.

There was a time where I used to eat multiple times a day at Jack in The Box and reached a point where I could not bare even looking at one for a long time.
Ended up going there after a long time and it is still really good, I like the additions to the menu like the burritos. The chocolate shake was as good as I remembered it.

I used to commute between Foster City and Monterey three days a week. I am ashamed to admit that occasionally I would stop in the morning for their oh, so tasty Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich which consists of eggs, bacon, ham, and like three kinds of cheese piled up on a grilled bun all warm and melty and slathered with mayo. A queezy feeling is inevitable.
