Didn’t bring any lunch to work today and by noon I was craving some pizza. So I went thru the list available in Gilroy and was surprised to see only 3 stars on RT Pizza. The only other one I was considering was closed on Sunday and Monday so no chance of a pie there. I called RT and was greeted by a friendly voice. I decided to try the new crispy bacon and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was good, had the extra cheese I asked for and when I picked it up the gal was super nice and friendly. So RT you are still one of the pizza places I will go to when I am not making my own. I may have gone to 5 stars but I feel the prices have gone so high now on the price of a pizza and its not just RT but they are one of the more expensive ones to order from. A personal pizza with an extra topping and tax came up to almost $ 10. I was a bit price shocked.

It didn’t help that today was already off to bumpy start. I ordered a Chicken Garlic pizza off their online ordering. The delivery guy arrived ealier than estimated. But the order was completely wrong. They brought out a veggie pizza. I called and spoke to whomever answered the phone who assured me that I ordered a veggie pizza. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes they apologized and admitted their mistake but only offered $ 5 off my next purchse. $ 5?! Why would I want to risk ordering form you again if you can’t get a simple pizza order correct? I didn’t even make the order special other than adding bacon to an already expensive premium pizza. Keep your $ 5 I will go elsewhere. Edit: Read other reviews and noticed I am not the first to have the wrong order brought out. This is rediculous. I can go to Pieology or MOD pizza and guanatee my pizza order is correct and spend less than half the $$. Shape up or face the same fate as blockbuster.

I love round table pizza normally, so you can imagine my surprise when I was treated like I was an imbecile for asking a simple question like«where do we get our drinks?» Now I do understand that this young lady may be very new, and doesn’t have any experience dealing with customers in a courteous fashion, but this kind of experience just lost a customer. I can only hope that the manager takes a look at this! I am so disappointed that I almost got my money back… I am finishing this report up now, but only after reading some of the others more recently on here. The pizza was good, thus the second star, but the service was still deplorable, and mostly just one younger lady in that respect. I would say that sometimes people have off nights, but it was not super busy that night, and not even that stressful as to act in the fashion she did, plus I was very respectful and nice to her.

I love round table this pizza is the bomb. Best pizza in Gilroy I think. I been here multiple times never had a problem. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Crazy expensive, long wait times on the phone to order, super long delivery times, and I’ve personally experienced 2 orders over $ 30 back to back that were wrong and dealt with a very rude manager(who coincidentally also was the lady who took my order both times it was wrong). Asked to speak to the owner and was told she was off for a week so I left my information for her to call me but never heard back. I called back and spoke to her after waiting on hold for 10 minutes for her to ask me «what I wanted» while being interrupted, yelled at and told that I’d have to provide the wrong pizzas as proof because I could be lying??? This lady literally was talking over me and accusing me and other customers of trying to cheat her! Ridiculous! Some of the absolute WORST customer service EVER. Also both people(manager and owner) I tried to talk to had very broken English and didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. So frustrating!

Unfortunately this location is hit and miss since moving to Gilroy in 1993. For awhile the quality was meeting the high standard of other locations; however, in the last four months in 2015 the hap hazard made pizzas on our weekly delivery has sucked. Therefore, since other places are now comparable in this bad quality for a cheaper price time to move on at least in Gilroy. Will save my Round Table experience for better locations.

I would give this place a lower review based on my most recent experience, but all the years of good and friendly staff treating my family and I with respect deserves some loyalty. However, now there are a few younger staff people at the Gilroy Round Table that can be disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is way over priced, probably due to the fact that its ran by a stingy old lady. They charge you for just about everything, I am suprised their isn’t a door charge like at a nightclub, however that would be impossible unless of course the new nightclubs are subpar rathole looking pizza joints. Save your money go get a pie from mama mias or pieology.

We decided to check this place out on a recommendation of the hotel clerk hoping it would show off some of the local garlic tastes. The food was decent but nothing ultra spectacular. They cooked everything fresh which was good and It was pretty obvious that it is a bit of a local favorite. Our order was not correct but due to the line, I didn’t request it be changed.

I feel bad for the employees that deliver from this place because the in house staff ALWAYS screws up the orders and the drivers get the brunt of it. I place an order get charged for it, get it read back to me and it STILL gets delivered either short or incorrect. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Horrible service! Sent an online order at 5:30 and called at 7. They said they would have at 7:30. Called and they hadn’t even made the pizza at 7:45. Spoke to the manager and she said the delivery guy is back and we’ll send him out next and then hung up on me. Didn’t offer a discount and not friendly at all! Obviously don’t care about service. Go to Pinocchios, local place and good pizza!

Busy day + the husband is out of town + the baby went to bed early = lazy wife/mom is ordering pizza for dinner. Delivery time was 60 minutes after ordering — A little long but I wanted to work on some projects and not cook something. After 90 minutes I called and was told«it’s out for delivery, you’ll have it very soon.» No apology and no explanation. 20 minutes later, the pizza arrived. No apology and no explanation from the delivery guy either. I asked if it was busy and the response was, «uh, kinda.» Seriously, an «I’m sorry for your wait. I hope you enjoy your pizza.» would have gone a long way on the phone or at the delivery! Pizza tastes like it was riding around in the car for an hour — barely warm, hard crust, and the sauce is almost all soaked in to the crust. Bummer. I’ll make a PB&J next time.

I wish there is option to give Zero Star. I generally dont write negative reviews but I am compelled to do this after the service they provided. They are very arrogant to even show the table, hardly any interest in taking order. Gave very little details about anything you ask. The trays are not clean. They hardly wore any gloves. Cleaning with the same hands. I wouldnt ever go to a Round table Pizza again

I hate having to even give Round Table Pizza 1 star!!! What used to be the best pizza hands down is no longer in my vocabulary. I’m writing a letter to corporate office but after reading a couple previous Unilocal,doesn’t look like it’s going to do any good. Save your $$$ and buy a frozen Pizza. Anything would be better than this Round Table.

This place is small and the employees barely cleaned up the tables. Also the employees should know the menu off the back of there hand. My friend and I were trying to order an RT pizza sandwich and the cashier could barely speak English and was confusing my friends order with an RT veggie pizza. Anyways we had to go through another employee to fill our cups with soda and we waited awhile before he attended to us. and there was no one in line except us. I must say the pizza was a disappointment! This round table is the third that I’ve been too to put most of the ingredients on 3 slices of the six sliced pizza sandwich. The other 2 were in prunedale and salinas. I would give this place no stars if I could. It was by far the worst Round Table I’ve been to. Also notice in the picture I posted they don’t put a tissue between the pizza and the plate! DIRTY!

This place has gone nowhere but straight downhill the past few years. We’d stopped going there because there was better pizza elsewhere, but my son had a good week at school and asked nicely. What we got was the ugliest pizza I’d ever seen. I know they have a «dough docker» on the premises – I’ve seen it. I’m just not sure if they know how to use it. When you don’t perforate the the dough properly, you get big air bubbles that cause the toppings to slide all over. See the picture I posted. It’s one ugly pizza. I’m surprised someone even let it leave the premises. I called and asked for a manager, requesting a replacement be delivered. They said someone would call me tomorrow. Still waiting for that call. I also wrote a letter to the corporate office, and sent a large format picture of the the ugly pizza. They couldn’t be bothered enough to reply either. If they don’t give a s*it anymore, why should I???
