Have been going to this Starbucks since it opened and the past year it has gone progressively downhill. There can be 6 or 7 servers behind the counter, one cash register and one taking orders and the rest are chatting with each other. It takes forever to get a cup of coffee Everything is dirty and the tables are a mess and marked up. Whomever manages it is not doing a good job at all. Where did all the great old baristas go with good personalities and seem to enjoy their job.

Starbucks customer service lately has definitely depleted. For customers that come in the morning, they refuse to unlock the outdoor patio furniture because they are lazy. When a customer asks to please unlock the furniture, they refuse to provide the best GILROY friendly customer service. Poor customer service.

The number one problem is that the homeless shelter across the street kicks everyone out at like 5:30AM and they all go sit in or in front of Starbucks and McDonalds. I am certain that this annoys the staff and by now they don’t care anymore, hence the poor service and physical condition.

Not the cleanest location(could have used a spin!!) but you can’t really screw up a regular drip coffee… unless it has been sitting there… our tasted somewhere in between… Plenty of parking.

Honestly, The people that post negative comments on the speed of service fail to realize that they are«slow» because of the amount of orders they get. Making coffee should not be a fast service. It takes time. The baristas here are really nice and funny once you get to know them and show some consideration and respect to them. I’ve been a repeating customer for months now and they know my drink and my name. They are great and I appreciate them for making my coffee. The service is great, I commend the baristas for putting up with cranky rude people.(yes, I’ve witnessed rude customers as I’ve patiently waited in the line that I was aware of as I walked into the building). I’m a loyal customer because of the service I’m provided at this location

Yep, yet another Starbucks location review :-) After my horrible experience across the street, I decided to walk here and sit for a bit. My tea was promptly made and no problems there. The problems I see are: Not enough seating or outlets The bathroom is disgusting and smells terrible(mold) The baristas aren’t very friendly Other than that, it’s your average corner Starbucks, in a busy shopping center next to NobHill and other stores. Easy access and close to McDonalds. I’d stop here again for a drink but possibly not to sit for a while.

I am a regular customer at this Starbucks and I must say it used to be better. Since Monday I have ordered the same drink a Caramel Macchiato. Each one has tasted completely different, one was way too sweet, one was perfect and well today’s is nothing short of luke warm milk with a very faint taste of espresso(and I paid for added shots) with no caramel not what I paid for at all. I looked at the cup and everything I asked for is marked correctly, but I guess the barista decided to make me what she wanted. The inconsistency of the drinks at this location is ridiculous! The issue mentioned above is not something that has just happened this week, it has been happening for at least five months, $ 5.45 a day on crap coffee is getting really old. Maybe it’s time to invest in a coffee maker.

Mobile order took 25 minutes. Crazy! Should have been 9 minutes max. The bartista was rude, saying«oh well» Most of the workers are great, except the heavier bartista.

Is there a reason that on a Saturday morning the barista can only produce one drink a minute? Lineup of over 15 drinks and the guy keeps talking to coworkers rather than knocking them out. We have things to do!!!

Slowest service I’ve ever received at any Starbucks. There were 5 staff and I waited 20 minutes for a drink, and the cashier didn’t know if they take Apple Pay. I won’t be back to this location.

This Starbucks is super slow!!! If you are coming here on a weekend morning, you are better off just ordering a drip coffee or else you will be here forever. Also, service is inconsistent. One time we were using our free drink reward, and the cashier said we could get whatever we wanted, in any size we wanted, so we got a trenta iced tea. The next time we went back, it was a different cashier and when we tried to order a trenta iced tea with our free drink reward, he said we could only get a grande. Seriously, it isn’t a huge deal but some consistency would be nice.

I don’t even want to rate 1 star today for this Starbucks store. I was completely insulted and really got mad at their extremely poor customer service this morning(11÷24÷158am-8:30) I was 3rd in line when I got there and I waited 30 minutes for my food and drinks. They gave the last breakfast Egg Bacon Gouda to another customer telling us both that we ordered the last one. So I paid for something I noticed I was not going to get. My daughter had already finished her item by the time I got my drinks. The line was backing up and they were training someone– I get it. But when I asked for a rain check for my breakfast, one girl argued with me telling me it would take 2 more minutes to get that from their«Safe» and I could see they didn’t want to take the time to do that for 1 customer who didn’t get what she paid for. Any other store I have been to has automatically offered me a free drink for next time or a free sandwich when they have made an error on their part. I was not asking for much. I am NOT returning to this store again! I have had too many slow service days here. I really can’t believe the poor attitude I got with my simple request! I am also a local Gilroy business owner myself and I know how customer service is supposed to work in this industry. Show a little kindness!

Just moved into the area and was surprised with how poor the service was for my first visit. Female Cashier: What can I get you? *I order Female Cashier: $ 10 * She takes my card. Swipes it. Hands it back but I don’t receive a smile or a thank you of my purchase. She shows not interest or initiative to converse with me what so ever –_– lame On top of that it was so dead in the store I have no idea why it took them so long to make two iced teas. At least the person who made them was courteous enough to thank me and to enjoy the rest of my day. Hopefully the service will be better next time…

I order from this starbucks a lot. The people are so nice and actually acknowledge your existence. Only bad side is that they do get very busy, not enough registers or employees for how much service they get a day.

3.5 stars +1 got a smile greet from the skinny guy +5 got free frappucino cookie straw(straw was broken but still perfect to eat) –2.5 dingy dirty looking couch(starbucks you can do better no?) -.5 bathroom was ok +.5 the girl making drinks acknowledged me as I picked up my latte

Ok where to start? The long wait? Or the horrible service? Let’s start, I went in with my brother and he had a reward to use, so did I, he ordered a green tea frap and the lady on cashier said«oops I did it wrong and charged you so can u just use it next time ya?» And he said well can u just void the trans and use my reward? She then stuttered with a look like It would take way to long to do bc she messed up in the first place. Now the line was getting long and my brother just said it’s ok and didn’t want to hold up the line. When it was my turn to go I got a iced green tea and said I was gonna use my reward, she then laughed and said o u can let him buy you your drink or use his reward, tryin to be funny?, but didn’t make sense bc then he would have then spent his reward on my drink and also pay for his… Moved on got my drink and noticed choclate on my green tea. Awesome… not They need training !! But the area was nice haha
