This has got to be the most unorganized, slowest and dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been! I get so tiered of asking for whole milk or skim milk and getting attitude about it. Just put the friggin containers out and I won’t ask. It’s 7:30 and they have two people working with 7 drinks backed up. Here’s a suggestion have the girl that’s stocking Crap on the shelf help! Get a clue people.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks. I’m now banning this Starbucks. Every time I go here I wait 15 minutes for a coffee, today we ordered an ice coffee and a mocha, seriously? 15 minutes? I don’t need caffeine that badly, I’ll make mine at home for a 90% discount.

I’ll usually hit this location instead of the more popular location down the block near nob hill. Service is good, consistent and quick.

Like the typical mom I forgot my sons bottle and formula at the house… so I got it at safeway and the barista got me warm water for the bottle. I love this location and will be returning. Five stars for wonderfull customer service.
