The bigg mexican dude at the drive thru window was soo rude and even rolled his eyes at my husband when he asked to add something to the order. Are you serious?! Poor service! I feel bad giving so little stars because the manager is a really cool guy that works hard. This guy wAs rude and very disrespectful. This is his job, if he don’t like it, BOUNCE.

I was just there to pick up dinner for my brother and myself and they forgot part of our order :/​when I was handed the bag I wanted to ask her if this was everything but she closed the window so quickly and then had her back to me. I assumed this must be all of it because she left without saying anything more was coming. Now I’m hangry.

This is mainly based on my experience just now! I ordered from the drive thru and my total was $ 7.03. I got my cash out and ready and then proceeded to sit in line waiting for like 10 – 15 minutes because of something ridiculous happening two cars ahead of me. I think they just ordered a LOT of food or something. Anyway when I FINALLY pulled up to the window the guy said «$ 4.53» and I told him that my total was supposed to be $ 7.03. He said «I know, I took off the charge for your drink. I’m really sorry you had to wait.» That’s customer service! You shouldn’t have to complain for someone to right a wrong and this guy did the right thing. I left happier than if I had come in, been the only one in line and cruised through.

False advertisement when it’s happy hour!!! For a few months now they’ve told us their frozen drink isn’t working. Once happy hour is over it works all of a sudden. A couple days ago I went through their drive thru and all we really wanted were the frozen drinks, they said they didn’t have any, we had to order something else because we were stuck in the line. The next day we returned and they told my son they didn’t have any again. I seen a young cute girl get one at the register, that shit pissed me off, so I told the guy, she just got one. He’s like they tell me to say we don’t have any. Screw this place, we’re just going to sonics cause you suck!

It’s Taco Bell. If you want cheap food and a lot of it, this is your place. Drive-​through seems to be a faster than inside, though, because in my experience I’ve gotten someone new running the inside cash register.
