McDonald’s

So my friend and I tend to come to this location a lot during later hours because your only late night options are jack in the box and this McDonald’s. Don’t do it! Have gone like 3 times and each time they forget at least on thing and it’s annoying when you get home and you have missing food. Also annoying they never serve ice cream past 11! All I want is a soft serve cone but they claimed the fixed the machine but still don’t serve it. 2 stars because one of the few 24 options.

Had the WORST service from the lady who took my order at 7:40am this morning! Her calling me honey just to be a smart A** didn’t go over very well with me. If I could have pulled out and left I would have! I complained to the manager he said he would talk to her and he was very sorry. Not sure I trust him to do what he said, so I’ll write a Unilocal on it like I told him I would. Not a way to start this veterans holiday! Big fat goose egg on the stars for this McDonalds!

I normally don’t eat this stuff but today was an exception. Employees were great. I got a four piece mini meal. I asked for unsalted fries but they were /​still old and stale. I can’t understand how that happened because I assumed that when you ask for no salt you would get a fresh batch. I say that because normally you see them shake the salt all over the fries. Food was at least edible.

This mc Donald is better then the one by the oulets. This is the first time in gilroy I seen a mc Donald’s employees use gloves when handling trash. When my girlfriend and I were waiting for our food the lady told us what we were waiting for which most mcdonal employees don’t do= awesome! When we got our food we got it nice and hot. We lots of ketchup and sauces. This place was a pretty good mc donals and I feel it is the best one in gilroy.

Well I know we’re talking about McDonald’s here but come on… how hard is it to make something «fresh» if requested by your customers? We just picked up a couple burgers and fries through the drive thru and my man requested FRESH fries… Ok besides the fact that both fries were only half full when we opened the bag… they were definitely not fresh and you could clearly see that they had been sitting for a long while… nice and crusty looking and cold! Thank god we don’t go here very often anymore. As far as McDonald’s goes this one pretty much sucks. Even though it’s only a couple blocks away from us we will go across town when we’re craving some fries!

Because mostly all McDonald’s are the same food-​wise, this review is about the customer service (or lack thereof). Of the three McDonald’s in Gilroy, this one is the worst by a wide margin.
— Employees are rude and speak only in Spanish. I understand the language, but it’s still rude to those who do not.
— Employees are terribly trained. They will not acknowledge you until a line starts to form and frequently have to pause and re-​do their entries into the cash register.
— The cashier (a girl with a black nose ring) rolled her eyes once when I requested a special order. Even worse was that she didn’t own it when I called her out.
— Frequent order mishaps. I always am sure to double check that they got the order right before I leave, it saves you time and hassle.
— They need to deal with loitering in the outdoor dining area. Every once in a while, you want to eat outdoors there. You can do that if you feel like sitting with the biker teens and homeless people who take up a good deal of space, but most of the time I do not.

The older woman doing drive thru was super rude. I saw another order being rung up on the screen and mentioned that it wasn’t my order. She condescendingly tells me that she has the order «in her head» and to drive up to the window. I get my order and guess what? It was wrong! I went inside to get it fixed and the service was just as bad. Store needs customer service training ASAP. Also they were taking breakfast orders with lunch menus up. I was going to say something to the drive thru lady but since she was so rude to me, I didn’t bother.

I mostly just get MCafe drinks and they always seem to give me the wrong drink. If I ask for a mocha they give me hot chocolate, if I ask for a hot chocolate they give me mocha. It’s simple all you have to do is press the right button on the machine c’mon.

Worst service !!! Our orders are always incorrect !!! Cold fries, incorrect drinks and order, I have been given someone else’s order, You have to chk your order before leaving drive thru !! I have spoken to assistant manager and owner !! The employees are not customer friendly :(The owner of this chain was very nice /​Sam, he assured me that in the next couple of weeks there will be improvement!!!

The worst McDonald’s in the county. Fries are burnt and oily, Big Mac is smashed together, buns are hard, etc. this place does incredible business, it is always busy when I drive by. Goes to show that quality is not a concern but the mighty dollar. Come to think of it, you should limit going to any fast food place, perhaps cut it down to once a week. However, this Mickey ds is the worst one I’ve been to.

It’s McDonald’s so no high expectations, but preparing an order seems to be a daunting task every time with these guys. Items missing, wrong items, … stupid people.

This is McDonald’s. Don’t expect too much!
I like their drive through line because it has two order areas. I also like their $ 1 deals (spicy McChicken, $ 1 any size beverage).
I don’t like the service here, though. We have had items missing from our order & soda on the outside of the cups we receive.

I eat McDonald’s maybe twice a year. Went there today to take advantage of the $ 1 any size beverage deal, because I gotta get my diet coke fix from time to time! When the girl at the drive thru window handed it to me, the outside was completely soaked with soda. She didn’t try to wipe it off or offer me a napkin, just stuck the soda-​soaked cup into my hand. Not the best service, even for a McD’s.
If you need to taste the forbidden magic of a McMuffin, or you want to get a giant cup of coffee for $ 1, this is the place. That’s about it for me, though.

It’s McDonalds. Use the drive thru. Fast Food at its Fastest.

I haven’t been to a Mc’d in about 10 yrs. I don’t know what the hell possessed me to want a burger from there today. It is still gross. Got home threw my guts up, and that cured me for another 10 yrs. Yuck, Yuck and Yuck again.

Ordered coffee and the server spilled it on me and my car as she handed it to me from the drive thru window. She did NOTHING to help. She said NOTHING. Luckily I was not burned. Usually they just get my order wrong. Just don’t go here.
