I went to see Jennifer Cooper on a reference from a friend, she was so great. I have chin length, thick, curly hair that can be difficult to deal with, but Jennifer mastered it. She was personable and prices are very reasonable, but cash only.

Ashley is not only a hairstylist… She is an artist ‼ I have very thin hair on the crown of my head but with her expertise it is now easy to hide how thin my hair really is. Ashley knows how to keep me looking up to date with confidence. I now get lots of complements on how great my hair looks Ashley does such a great job because she listens and cares about her clients. A wonderful salon and owner. Walked in off the street looking for an eyebrow wax… salon was very busy and I knew it was unlikely they could fit me in. A very polite, professional woman greeted me and shared that she would do her best… she then introduced herself as Emily and got me right in… great wax, conversation and salon. If I didn’t love my stylist I would go to Emily for everything. The key message is… nice, polite, personable, professional to a strange walk in… can you imagine the treatment returning customers get? A great salon… on a side note Emily support animal rescue and hosts a drive at the holidays to support the Hartford Animal Control.

Ashley has been doing my hair for over 5 years and its been short, long, and she always does an awesome job! She excels in blonde coloring (and shes not even a blonde) she always makes sure it’s the right color. She’s honest and will tell you if something might not be a good idea and offers suggestions. Ashley definitely cares about her customers.
I have recommended Ashley to several of my friends and they are all very happy with their hair.
And lastly you can book your appointments online – super convenient. Especially b/​c I work odd hours.

I am extremely picky about who touches my hair… In fact, it took me almost 5 years to find a salon I liked in CT and Emily Rose Style Group is the best!
In fact, Emily fixed my hair from a botched appointment at another salon. I literally went to her in tears.
Emily is AMAZING and if I didn’t move 5 ours away, I would still be going there. I wish I could travel back to CT every 10 weeks for her to do my hair! She listens, actually does what you want and gives great style advice! The prices are hard to beat as well. Best place to go in CT by far!
Emily also goes out of her way to accommodate. She has even come in on her day off a few times when I needed something done for events.
ERSG is the best.

Outstanding atmosphere here. My stylist of choice is Jen Andrews and I’ve followed her from place to place due to her awesomeness. However, I’ve seen how everyone operates here and couldn’t recommend the place enough.

Great concept! All the hairstylists run their own individual businesses at this store! Great atmosphere and very good customer service! I would definitely recommend!
