These people actually let you sit in line for literally 20 minutes and that is a short wait

This review is for the handicap accessibility of this location. I’m a retired vet now disabled and confined to a wheelchair. We just had a big snow event and while the management had the parking spaces cleaned out very well they failed to shovel out the wheelchair accessible cutout between the handicap parking and the entrance. The area was about 3′ by 5′ with 8″ to 11″ of snow. The only way I could get into and out of Arby’s was to wheel up, around and back down the drive through lane. I consider this a major failure by Arby’s management and very disrespectful towards all persons with disabilities.

I was pleasantly surprise about the number of options that this location has. From free range beef to curly fries they have it covered. Staff was quick and efficient during a busy lunch service. I was briefly irritated when I saw one register open, but everyone was working hard. While the wait was a little long to order your food, the staffs main focus was filling orders. They seemed to be efficient and busy. I ordered a turkey club wrap and curly fries. I was very happy with my meal, exactly what I wanted. I was surprised to find the price 10.00 for the meal, however I can only assume that’s because of the healthier meats in the sandwich. Will definitely be back for more

This Arbys is beautiful but polluted with horrible staff and management. There’s a good chance they’ll give you another persons order while dining in and if your thinking about going through the drive through be prepared to sit there for 20 mins.

It’s a pretty average RIC Arby’s experience. Which compared to Arby’s outside the area means it’s much better than average. The company that owns the local branches serves much higher quality food that is standard. This one is the larger and fancier Arby’s similar to the one in Short Pump or near South Park Mall but it doesn’t have the Barbacoa. The food is standard but the times I have been they seem to be a bit slower than other locations even when it isn’t busy.

Visited this Arby’s today for lunch and was very impressed. As other mentioned it is very unusual. Was a lot nicer than most restaurants. Had a welcoming fire place along with nice high vaulted ceilings. Food was great, restrooms were clean, and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Wow I used to love this location and it has completely gone down hill. All of the staff are rude and unappreciative of your business. My ticket says Annette so I guess that’s her name, looked at me like I was a bother and she didn’t want to take my order. She gave us the wrong food and acted like it was our fault. I experienced NO customer service here what so ever. Between three people, everyone’s food was COLD and we could tell it had been sitting. We will no longer be coming to this location. It is such a shame because the building itself is nice. I will be making a complaint with the company.

Awesome food and atmosphere. It’s a step above any Arby’s I have been to. They deserve 6 stars and can’t understand why someone gave it two.

This isn’t your usual Arby’s. That’s a great thing. Very large, spacious, and clean, this conveniently located Arby’s has vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, and only grass-fed Angus beef. And that’s just what you notice at first. The menu is decidedly different than any other Arby’s, including«homemade» sides such as Italian Spinach, Green Beans, Steamed Corn, Turkey Nuggets, and fresh salads with Italian dressing made from scratch. If you’ve been to Orlando before, this is the Arby’s equivalent of those McDonald’s with Italian food, essentially. Best of all, frozen custard replaces the usual soft serve. Despite the additions, though, all the Arby’s classics are still on the menu as well, so if you don’t feel adventurous, there’s no reason you can’t still have your usual experience. I’m not giving this place 5-Stars because it’s going to be the heavenly perfection of a Michelin-rated 5-Star restaurant, but if you’re like me, and on the I-95 trek for a few hours you just want to stop for something quick and cheap, then this place is perfect for that.

This Arbys is very strange. The food isn’t what you expect and the menu is hard to figure out. Avoid this one…
