As a southern girl at heart, I was really happy to stop and during a recent road trip. Chik-​Fil-​A is a staple and I’m so glad this is the one I went to.
All of the employees looked like they were about 12 years old, but they are literally the definition of what I recognize as amazing customer service. I contact, a smile, explaining options, and just generally giving the impression that they gave a damn. Somebody even came by the tables and asked for diners how they were enjoying their visit. At a fast food restaurant… that’s stellar!
And the food, as always, perfect. I’ll for sure be back if I’m ever in the area.

Still love the service and the food and appreciate the ‘normal’ business hours. Everything in my previous review stands.
Additions: I do wish they would serve minis all day and I’m not a huge fan of the designer salads over their previous selections. I never eat the crunchy pepper salad topping but I loved when they had sunflower kernels. I liked my chicken salad sandwich grilled but they don’t do that anymore either.
IMHO, they need to learn that if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. But they still get 4 stars because I still love the place!

Went here the other day for lunch. Had the regular chick– fil-​a sandwich meal. The staff were friendly and courteous. This is my favorite fast food.

Ive written reviews before about how awesome chick fil a’s chicken sandwiches are, but today i want to point out their sweet tea. It is always perfect. Not sure how they make it but its always good.

Four stars on service alone. That being said, I just love Chick-​Fil-​A and I find their quality to be top notch no matter which one you go to.
So… let us be clear about this. It is a ‘fried chicken’ place from Atlanta GA. It was started long before we all got all health crazy and wanted to eat ‘grilled’ stuff. It is NOT a burger or it would he Cow-​Fil-​A and the adds would not be stressing to eat more chicken… pushed by cows. Get the irony? It is Chicken and Biscuits or a Bun. I am always surprised when people are ‘surprised’ that it is fried chicken. If you want a burger, go somewhere else and don’t give a bad score because a chicken place does not sell a burger.

This locations customer service is an absolute breath of fresh air for a fast food restaurant. Courteous, friendly, and speedy. Not to mention the chicken sandwiches don’t leave you sluggish and it’s actual real chicken. Seems like that shouldn’t be a big deal but in the world of fast food, it is.

You can’t get a better fast-​food place then this. Clean, quite a bit of space, friendly staff. There’s an older gentleman who goes around asking if you want refills or takes your tray and trash when you’re done. Service you can’t get anywhere else!

Washington, DC
Don’t get anything but deep fried chicken sandwiches or ice cream. Everything else here is pretty much a wash. I tried one of the wraps and it was pretty miserable. Not bad tasting, but just sad.
Upside is that they have Coke Zero at the fountain.
You could do better by walking over to the Ukropps down the road.
