Ok… now I’m not a chain restaurant girl at all. My friends practically dragged me here and I was very reluctant. However, I was pleasantly surprised. This place looks like it’s freshly renovated and looks nothing like some of the other outdated, greasy chain restaurants I’ve seen. Our waiter rocked(we sat in the bar area) and never had to be asked to refill our drinks or didn’t disappear for long periods. I enjoyed the presentation of the nachos. The reason it loses stars is there was some food inconsistencies. One of my friends had very crunchy fries while the other had regular fries. The broccoli that came on my plate was falling into pieces it was so steamed, while my friends was crunchy and barely cooked. Stay consistent Chilis! Ribs were great, my buffalo chicken patty on my sandwich was a bit too oversized, and our cookie dessert was great. I won’t be making this a regular spot but I’ve definitely changed by mind about this being a bad place.

Ate here to celebrate my moms birthday as well as mine since there pretty close together. The staff is pleasant and the food is great. They have a good variety of food so there’s a little of everything for everyone. Additionally, their margaritas are a must have. Happy hour house margaritas are 4.99. The raspberry is to die for(on the rocks or frozen). The Cajun chicken pasta is good as is the ranch chicken quesadillas. Texas fries are yummy too as an app. Well be returning in the future for sure.

Was planning on coming to this restaurant with a party of 10 so I called ahead to see if they tool call ahead seating. They did so I called an hour and a half before out arrival and our table was ready. Our waiter was AMAZING(especially to handle our party of 10). Food was great and it is highly recommended!

Lived up to the Chain standards. Good food and a fast takeout was provided. They were not stingy on condiments etc to go.

My experience at this location has always been good. It was pretty busy but The hostess greeted us kindly and showed us to our seat within 10 min. It looked like they updated the inside which was done very nicely. The seats were comfortable and the décor fit the place. Spacing between tables were nice and the music wasn’t too loud. Our waitress was also very kind and even suggested a great meal that my girlfriend enjoyed. She came by just enough times to make us feel like we were being taken care of. Our food was also very good. Before we had ordered the ribs and the big mouth bites. It was SO good but the ribs were okay. I actually find myself often craving the big mouth bite sandwiches. But, in this sitting I ordered the sweet and smoky burger which was cooked well and had a lot of good flavor. The only think I was a little disappointed about was the bbq sauce which is supposed to be the big part of the burger. It’s a bbq mango mix which had great flavor, but I couldn’t taste it too much on my burger. Luckily they give you a side of sauce which is great. Overall I would definitely come back. It is a pretty good atmosphere inside and the food is great. The staff seem like a great group of people and I can’t wait to check out what else they have to offer.

WOW!!! If there was a way to give this location 10 stars I would. We had a large party of 15 on Monday’s day and our waiter(Justin) was beyond outstanding. He worked our table alone and kept everyone’s drink refreshed WITHOUT anyone requesting, appetizers came out speed lightning and all our entrees were perfect. Thank you so much for making our Mother’s Day extra special.

Good service and prices. Friendly staff. Typical chain menu. Seems that the prices for margaritas are getting awfully high.

Ok, it’s a chain, so it will never get a full 5 stars, but this place is pretty good. Never swamped, pretty accommodating. Bartender is real friendly. It’s basically your standard chili’s fare. What is important at places like chains is the staff and the service, and they do a pretty good job.

Good service; very fast at making the dinners; very good menu selection. My steak was over cooked, I ordered medium and it was well done

I don’t go out of my way to head for this establishment irrespective of the occasion, the city, the planetary alignment… It is just an easy, convenient place to line the stomach. For me, anyway. I am probably going to be vilified by the cadres of Chili’s Stormtroopers and fans, but I have yet to ever have a memorable dining experience here. It certainly didn’t happen on that Monday night in December when I visited this Glen Allen location.(I was also part of a group that same week that couldn’t decide on a better choice, so the group opted for the most«general» eatery — and it ended up being this place again.) :/ We were sat, we ordered, we ate, and we waited for the tab because the wee machine was out of receipt paper. I had the shrimp tacos, but as usual, I thought the portions were rather meek. I realize I have been blessed with the ability to consume copious amounts of food in one sitting, but still, I think I have yet to be satisfied with the portion sizes compared to other similarly priced entrees at other restaurants. The hostess was nice, our waitress was nice, so no issues there. But the place just seemed lifeless and not particularly fun. I felt rather like I was sat at someone’s house that happened to have the TV on in the background and random beer adverts around the place. I’ve tried various things on the menu over several previous visits, but again, there is no entrée there that compels me to return, nor do the surroundings encourage me to make this chain an easy selection when I have the opportunity to grab a bite to eat with friends, or as an excuse for lunch or dinner. Anyway, I was not particularly swept off my epicurean feet with my dinner at the time, but I didn’t really think I would be — I save that sensation for when I go to Fogo de Chão in downtown DC! No more Chili’s for a while, thanks.

This is a nice tex-mex restaurant. Their table side guacamole is something to try. Its made fresh at your table as you watch. Tortilla chips was very oily and too delicate. Tex-Mex Mexican bowl was really good. I asked a veggie version and they gave a bowl that had a black bean patty instead of chicken. Veggie fajita was good as well. They made our visit a pleasure. Nice place overall.

Sadly, this restaurant has closed — the end of an era. Chili’s(and really, this Chili’s) was the only large chain restaurant I was willing to dine in… and now it is gone. Farewell, old friend, you will be missed.

I’ve been going to Chili’s for at least a decade. I like the food and the service. Today is a good day the volume is down on the audio system! Yay. Trying a new dis today, getting the Avocado, chicken sandwich. I’ve been to this one often enough that I recognize a couple of the staff.

Awesome. I’m a «special needs» eater(Gluten Free) and often have issues with dining out due to ignorance or just plain stupidity. This place accommodated my diet by giving us a salad that wasn’t part of the 2 for $ 20 special and made sure that I had everything that I needed to eat. Good job Chili’s for being informed about Gluten Free dining.

This is a good, solid location of this venerable chain. Nothing great, but not too bad either.

I never get tired of chilis food. Every single time Ive gone I leave with a full stomach and a smile on my face. I wasnt starving when i got there so I only ordered a bacon ranch quesadilla. One word… Tasty… There was just enough bacon and thick chunks of tender chicken on each quesadilla. The drink i had was a blackberry tea… Blahhh i wasnt impressed with that… It wasnt nasty,. Just was okay… I look forward to my next visit.

Usually when you show up at a restaurant with a large group of people, your expectation should be lowered. Simple because your waitress have to deal with your large party as well as her other tables. However, the waitstaff at this Chili’s impressed me. She was constantly at our tables to ensure our drinks were refilled and if we needed anything. In addition, all our orders arrived correctly. So, why just 4 stars? Well… when we arrived, there was a long wait. So, some of us headed to the bar to get a head start on getting plastered. However, the bar was out of some alcohol… making a few of us changing our orders a couple of times. That’s just not good! A bar should be well-stocked!
