Excellent customer service. Called the morning of and Doug & Ryan helped me get my project completed by my morning deadline! David checked me out and was very friendly. Best experience at any fed ex I have had. Not to mention my project turned out great!

This is not my habit to put any negative review about anything. if i don’t like it;then i don’t like it… its my personal. But today this person Jim made me change this custom of many years… The only thing i would like to say to this person Jim is «IFYOUCAN’T SPEAKGOODTHINGSTOCUSTOMERTHENKEEPYOURMOUTHSHUT» .People like us come from a very nice and educated families, where we learn to respect elders;NOMATTERWHAT! So did we do today. We remained silent even after listening your disrespectful, unreasonable and Inappropriate comments upon asking for help. PS:I would like to request the FedEx Management to arrange some«Behavioral Training» and«anger management training» for JIM.

I submitted an online print order to the Glen Allen store and got a call from the store saying that it was being rerouted to another store due to «technical problems». Problem was, that store was closed for the day because it was Easter. I contacted the Glen Allen store and told them the second store was closed, and they very rudely disagreed with me on the phone. Even after I told them that the web site said the second store was closed, and no one was answering the phone over there, they repeatedly told me they were open in an arrogant tone of voice. Hours later, when my order was not done and I could not reach the second store on the phone(because they *were* closed) I went to the Glen Allen store and they had no record of it. They then proceeded to take over an hour to print my order, even though at least the person who helped me then was apologetic. The reason I pay outrageous prices for online printing is solely for the convenience and reliability — exactly so I don’t have to spend an hour in a store late on a Sunday night trying to get my order printed. This incident was neither convenient nor reliable. I have submitted a complaint on the Fedex web site 3 times with no response. Really horrible customer service. I am returning to Glen Allen this week and have submitted my online print order to Staples — we will see how they do.

I used to use Kinkos all the time for work, but haven’t been in one of these since they merged with FedEx YEARS ago! I had to sign for a package and knew I wouldn’t be available, so I had to redirect my delivery to a nearby FedEx office, which ended up being this one. How convenient! I was able to stop by after work, sign for and pick up my package at my leisure. And they’re open ’til midnight. Awesome!
