I thought it would be convenient to be able to pick up our meds, while grocery shopping. Unfortunately, the pharmacy at the Short Pump Martin’s is lousy, in terms of service. The head pharmacist is rude and most ofthe staff, even ruder. I visited several times to ensure that I was not just there on a bad day but it’s always the same. Bad!

Tried this pharmacy for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Free antibiotics for up to 14 days, and they were even for my dog! As if that weren’t enough to give a great review, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not overly crazy about this Martins location, since the Krogers in this area have stepped it up a lot, but I will probably go back just to use the pharmacy here.
