The only reasons we eat here because our sons like Burgers King and it is convenient. The staff and the service are terrible! We can understand the employees are tired and they may be in bad mood. But the shift manager there is consistently very rude and discriminating. She has no respect for color customers. Not sure why she hasn’t been fired!!!

Ordered a very simple meal and it took about 15 minutes for the food to be ready. It was a Sunday around noon and there were only 4 other people there so it was completely unacceptable for the food to take that long. Meanwhile all the employees are sitting around and talking as well as just drinking soda and doing absolutely nothing productive. Very bad and poor customer service. They barely filled up the container of fries and the food was put together in a very sloppy and unacceptable manner. Opened up the burger and there was ketchup on one side of the burger and it was just bad food service. They barely deserve one star. Would highly recommend that you do not come to this Burger King if you actually need«fast food».

Simple fast food, service was quick, we were in and out. Not a lot to say really. The place was updated and clean which is a plus. Got my order right which is even better. And this place has a ton of parking. Honestly one of the nicer BKs I’ve been to!

Another trip to Burger King and the order got messed up and don’t find out until you get home that really sucks. Spicy chicken sandwich plain I guess that is really hard to put into the register. Got to wait for the drive thru people to get there food first while I stand there and wait for my messed up order.

I’ve visited here a few times. Usually it is a 3 out of 5 star experience, but this last time was simply dreadful. It was after the lunch crowd on Saturday, so there really wasn’t much of an excuse. They forgot a milk with our kid’s meal. No big deal. They forgot dressing to accompany the salad. No big deal, either. My wife asked for an iced tea, which they keep behind the counter. Seriously, how many things can they forget? To make matters worse, I didn’t realize all of these items were missing at once(iced tea first, salad dressing second, milk third), so I needed to make multiple trips back to the counter. I was BLATANTLY ignored by all of the staff, even though there were 3 people in front of me with their backs turned looking at a screen. Were they doing something that required them to basically ignore their customers? Sadly, no. They were looking up at the screen, standing in front of the fries. As if ignoring me wasn’t bad enough, 2 other people came up for forgotten items. At one point there were more people waiting to pick up their forgotten food than their was to order. Quite sad, really!

Very friendly service. Quick to get my food and order was perfect! Can’t really say much else than it was a pleasure being served. Will be stopping by again when in the neighborhood. Just need to replace the lights in some of their signs.

Very nice and very relaxing! The inside appears to have been recently remodeled with flat screens and tastefully designed lighting and seats. The employees were super friendly and very polite. My food was hot, fast and fresh.
