Brought my son during the day so it would be less packed. This place is dirty, the fountain drinks didn’t work and were filthy. I got sweet tea and it was unsweetened. This whole place is just disgusting. Maybe instead of the employees hiding in the back they should clean!!!

all the workers are rude! I ordered my son a milk and something in me made me check the expiration date and thank god I did or my son would have been drinking expired milk… I took it to the register to let them know and nothing no apologies, so «oh let me take that off your bill» NOTHING then when the guy(Derrick) handed me the new milk he had the audacity to rudely say«that doesn’t expire till may» … RUDERUDERUDE I’ve never been somewhere where the cashier doesn’t tell me what all i’ve ordered and tells me my total but i guess today we were playing mind games the cashier(Raymond…pretty sure he was a manager since he was paying more attention to his walkie talkie than my order) RUDE!!!

Oh ok… well their slogan is «where a kid can be a kid». Well I just found out that they serve wine and beer! The slogan isn’t «where a adult can get drunk»! That is not okay!!! I went there when I was little and I didn’t like it! The games etc were ALWAYS broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place!!! I would give this place a E!!!

chuck e cheese man, this place was nicce. Me and my cousin were going at it in a basketball and racing game, he beat me in skeeball but basket and racing was my thing(stick shift all day). But my we had a good experience and alot of tickets. So we got to the front and all we wanted was a box of nerds. Man the girl at the counter delivered, she got us a whole bag. It was beautiful it made the ending great, she was awesome whole place was awesome. Get the cake too nicce(pizza was okay)

I love all chuck e cheeses but this one actually annoyed me cause most of the games were not working and I’m a big kid with my kids and that made the birthday party I was there not so fun and when you ask the workers to fix the ticket part they acting like you so bothering them while they conversation with their coworkers

My kids have fun every time. But I can’t stand this place. They always have wayyy too many people in the building which makes me believe the Fire Marshall has never stepped foot in there on a busy day. If you have a birthday party there where you pay close to 300, it’s not worth it. They have close to 4 parties at the same time, they all fight over Chuck, you have kids trying to steal your children’s tickets from their piñata, & I’ve even had ppl steal a present from my son, but I replaced it because I noticed it before I got home. I always lose my kids, because there are too many people. I could be right behind them & then a massive group walks through and there gone. I just have major anxiety here. My kids always want to go there, but it’s just not worth it.

Went this place several times in last three years, everything are same but different employees. This visit I noticed that it got worst than previous visits. The floor below the soda fountains was very sticky. The fountains need some repairs, the soda came out the spout but the water came out via the boxes above the spouts. It was several boxes that were leaking, wetting your hand when you fill your cup with soda. It was not cool! Also I noticed seven tables were not cleaned up, there were only three families here at 4 pm Thursday. I see five employees and no one cleaned tables. Two were standing at the front, one were coloring the paper and other was watching her coloring. Do you need two at the front? Also salad bar looked horrible, all ice cubes were in the containers, melting, leaving water standing on the cottage cheese, dressings and others. It was gross sights. We noticed that the pizza bread is now thin, we like it very much. Also I noticed that bathroom cleaner was left unattended in the restroom counter, kids can reach it. This place needs the manager!

As always the food is good. The place us good for kids especially earlier in the day and less crowded. But the staff in red shirts customer service is better that shift mgr in Purple shirt who brought me my food and neglected to take our old empty pizza dish, I had to ask her. Shame Shame. And you can only see Chuck E. Cheese if you have a reservation party. How $ hungry are you. You can play games but not with Chuck E.

Corporate should come in and take a look at this place. Dirty! Most of the machines were broken but no signs saying so before you stuck tokens in. Decided not to eat there as we walked in and saw how dirty everything was. Staff was rude and indifferent. Play area is a couple tubes and a slide. Will only go back if I’m bored and running out of gas(it’s close). Next adventure to CEC will be to the Annapolis location to give them a shot.

You hate it but you can’t avoid it if you have kids. The food is crappy but you buy it because you are hungry. The whole place can use some deep steam cleaning but it does make the kiddos happy.

I loathe this place. I have two daughters who are 4 and 5, and I’ve been here maybe 3 times since I’ve had them. I hate it. Seriously, hate it. The main crowd that occupies this place these days are incredibly obnoxious, rude, and pushy. I’m assuming because it’s free to get it. The food is sub-par, and service is just ‘ok’. You can pretty much tell everyone that works here hates their job. On top of that, it seems like every time I’ve been there, prices have gone up considerably, and there just seems like less to do. The games are very limited and most of them are a rip off, and the play area is so much tinier than it was when I was a kid. It’s pretty much just your run-of-the-mill fast food restaurant play place. There are better places to take your kids to play. Trust me. As far as the parents go, the majority are as obnoxious as their little brats. It doesn’t help that they serve beer now.

One of the less crowded locations, kids are still kids and parents are still parents.

This place is alright. I wish the parking lot was actually next to the building instead of having to cross a street to get to it. That’s hard to do with an infant and toddler. I like that admission is free, actually I love free admission. The kids can go crazy for about $ 5 bucks worth of coins and they’re happy to please, as long as they get enough tickets for a lollipop. There is a small selection of food. Pizza, breadsticks, salad, and some other generic appetizers. I personally really like the bread sticks, they serve them with marinara and ranch dressing. DS likes them too. You can also use the salad bar, if you like salad. So for under $ 10 bucks we can play for hours, eat a snack and run around like crazy. I always bring the kids and myself a drink because theirs are overpriced, imo. Overall a very good day! Staff is ok. I can tell the lady that does the hand stamps really likes kids, which is nice to see and not some teenager who hates his/her job. Nobody has ever been rude or disrespectful. VERYIMPORTANT: If you have younger than school age kids, go before 12 on a weekday, like get there at 9:30−10 and leave before 12 – 1. Daycares love taking their kids here because it’s free and you can take in your own snacks. It gets very crowded on weekdays after 12 and it’s crowded all the time on the weekends

Welcome to Yucky Sneezes — where your kids can get rotavirus while being entertained at by a mute seven foot rat and a band of animatronic killer robot monsters! Actually, it’s not all that bad — the kids love it, which I guess is the point. This location is pretty good overall, and as these places go is kept relatively clean. The pizza isn’t bad either, and the prices are actually very reasonable — if you hit the internets up you can get coupons that get you a whole boatload of tokens, a pizza, and four sodas for about $ 30. The funniest part is when the poor sucker in the Chuck suit is paraded about by his handlers, throwing tickets into the air. It’s kind of like the funeral of Ayatollah Khomeini where they tore him into little bits, only with disco music.
