My husband and I have come to this location for years, and have to say it has done nothing but go downhill. The food is great, but that’s the only expectation you will have that is met. The place needs a deep cleaning(filthy floors and bathrooms) and a re-evaluation of its employees. Management and staff smoke outside along the buildings and it puts a bad taste in your mouth knowing those people handle your food. To top it all off, one night we were the only table left in the place, and we saw a mouse run across the dining room… TWICE. If you go there for anything … Get carry out. It’s obvious whoever runs the place doesn’t give two hoots about Ledo Pizza reputation. Never going back!!!

Spaghetti with meat sauce is the best! And Monday night was ‘all you can eat’ night. Can’t get any better… The service was a tad slow but always with a smile. This Ledo’s has been in the same location for over 20 years and the interior could do for a make-over. But this doesn’t affect the food…

The workers are alittle weird. They stare at you sometimes while they make the food. But the food does taste okay.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, which Ledo’s is the least crappy of them all? I’ve searched far and wide, with far equalling Columbia and wide equalling Glen Burnie and I have to say that this Ledo pizza is my favorite. Now that doesn’t mean that it is perfect, the service stinks at times and the cleanliness of the place leads a lot to be desired, but hey, lowered expectations leads to not having your heart broken. They really do load up the toppings, holy crap, I think they put an entire bag of precooked bacon on my pizza, really, I couldn’t tell you what was under the bacon. So the next time, we told them to go light on the bacon, and wouldn’t you know it, there were about 5 pieces for the whole pizza. Seriously, can’t you people learn some sort of happy medium between the two. I’ll show you, next time I won’t say light on the bacon and then I’ll just shovel some on a plate where they won’t be eaten. How you like that now Ledo, hmmmm? Yea, thought so. Anyway, the place is really convenient for the lunch crowd working in the industrial part further down Ordinance Road, along with all of the other workers along that stretch of Ritchie Hwy, so the place can get busy during the lunch rush. When I’m not freebasing bacon off the pizza, I can tell you that the pizza has a good taste and the rest of the menu is definitely serviceable. So what if I asked for a Mountain Dew and the girl brought a Diet Pepsi, I’ll continue going back to my favorite Ledo because again, it is hard to disappoint someone who doesn’t have great expectations. Great Expectations… that sounds like it could be a great breakfast place, all I’d have to do is replace the EX with EGG and I’d call it Great Eggspectation. You heard it here first, trademarked Edward S, 2011. Gonna make bajillions, booyah baby!

After living in the Hyattsville/College Park area, and eating at the first Ledo Pizza(University Boulevard… now closed… SHUCKS!!), and other Ledo locations… I have to say the one in Glen Burnie is the best. All the others suck ass when it comes to pizza toppings, and try to put one piece of whatever topping you want on each square of pizza. I guess they think that crap is cute, but it sucks. At the Glen Burnie Ledo Pizza,…they aren’t fuckin’ around on the toppings. If you want bacon… they give you the whole pig!!! Their service is fast, and friendly. I can honestly say that I will never go to any other Ledo Pizza location.

On my latest trip to Ledo, my friend and I skipped the pizza. As usual, the service was good. The wait staff, though young, was competent and friendly and were there to work and not socialize. This was the first Ledo location I had ever been to when it first opened many years ago. I have yet to be dissapointed. I order the Salad, Soup, and Bread sticks. It is a great deal at only 6.99. The soup isn’t outstanding, but not bad. The salad portion is my favorite with black olives, tomatoes, Romaine, and meat and cheese. The Dressing is rather tasty, as well. Upon the suggestion of our server,. my dining companion ordered the Cheese Raviolis in Alfredo sauce. Though the Raviolis were good the Alfredo sauce was lacking. It didn’t taste like an Alfredo sauce, more like a cream soup. I have had the Alfredo before and the recipe must have changed, because this wasn’t the same. All in all, this is a good cheap place to eat.
