Guy came out 10 days ago and «fixed» our air conditioner for $ 300. It worked kind of a few days then started blowing hot air again. Called and said they would not charge us to come out again, which is good; but nobody showed up during the 2 – 4 pm window they gave us and nobody bothered to call and tell us he’d be here at 5. We had an appointment at 5:30 so that didn’t work. We waited in a hot house for 2 hours for nothing. I understand things run over, but inform your customers what’s going on. We won’t be calling them again. Now we have to pay a new company to come out and start all over again.
