KLG is honest, professional, and didn’t treat me like a silly young girl who couldn’t understand anything (I look very young). I really appreciated Mr. Llambro explaining everything to me, and giving me variety of options to choose from to fix my A/​C. He didn’t pressure me to buy anything expensive, and his prices were more than reasonable. I found KLG on Unilocal,and am so glad I did! The only A/​C repair and maintenance company I will use from now on :)

I had my water heater fail which provided heat and hot water during the winter. I was waiting days for another company to work on it and charge me a substantial amount when I was lucky enough to find klg on Unilocal.The professional was at my place within hours of my phone call with tools and parts to fix my heater at a quarter of the price, under an hour. They turned a very aggravating and stressful dilemma into one of the most pleasant service experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I could have gotten a better result. Amazing! Use them, You’ll be so happy you did.

I have used KLG on a number of repairs in my older row home in Baltimore City. Most recently, KLG came out on short notice during the polar vortex this winter to fix my furnace. They were a life saver during weather that made my home uninhabitable. The technician was knowledgable, polite, and focused on making my repair a priority. Prices were very fair and I would use and recommend their services to friends and family.
