Oreck Clean Home Factory Showroom

No stars… the manager here is was rude and completes service disatisfactorily! When you call or bring you equipment back in to calmly explain, he loses his composure and treats customers with disrespect! I will never return to this store! He is a disgrace to the quality Oreck exemplifies! There are plenty of other stores that I will take my business to and won’t leave me feeling frustrated and hollared at…

We have a very dependable Oreck that was a gift shortly after purchasing a slightly less expensive LG. The LG has broke several times and is now relegated to the closet until I have the time to sell it.
We did recently have a problem with the Oreck and brought it in here to have them look at it. I thought for sure I would be paying a hefty price for the fix but I needed a vacuum and did not want to buy another expensive one that didn’t work. The staff was extremely helpful. They said they would take a look at the problem and let me know the cost in a couple of days. They offered a free loaner until my vacuum was fixed!!! That in itself was worth the visit. I received a call to tell me a few days later that my vacuum was fixed and there was no cost. The repair was so simple that it was free. Seriously, who does that anymore?
I returned and was helped by another very friendly and helpful person. I am not sure if this is family owned but it sure feels like it and they care about the customers and really believe in the product that they sell.

I’m glad I found this place. The nice thing about this store is that it’s conveniently located, has ample parking, and as far as going in and getting supplies or Oreck replacement parts; you can go right in and get them. No, their stuff is not cheap. We have a couple of their air purifiers which allow us to happily coexist with plants, flowers, cats, and dogs. I will also tell you that the folks that man (or woman) the store are very pleasant and helpful. Which is always a pleasure. So, we will keep using them. As I was leaving today, I took a backward glance. My Oreck salesman was outside the front door of the store, having a cigarette break. Is that part of their new ad campaign???
