Terrible customer service. I returned a wrong textbook they gave me and they charged me a restocking fee. Textbooks are cheaper compared to the school bookstore but I’m not satisfied with the service they provide. Hidden charges and fees! Make sure to read that paper that comes with your receipt. The owner/​manager is not very friendly at all!

went in yesterday to pick up a baking book. They wanted $ 160 and COD only charges $ 135 for the same book!!! And there was like 6 girls sitting around and all had nasty attitudes. Will NEVER go here again.

This store is a great book store for textbooks. My husband took a class at COD last year and the staff wasnice helpful, knowledgeable, the store was also clean and organized.
We were able to resell the book as well. I found it very nice to have a reliable local business that really cares about the community and helps students with their school costs. We don’t take COD classes regularly but I know where I am shopping when I do.

This store is FANTASTIC! Not only are they cheaper than COD’s bookstore — what they have on the front of the window is absolutely true — they have NO LINES. I wish I had discovered this place semesters ago. The staff is polite and courtous, and they go above and beyond to help you get what you need for your classes.
I once bought the wrong book, and they allowed me a full refund for it, and got me my correct book, all without making me feel like an idiot (and they warned me I might be mistaken on the book, and I didn’t listen!)
All around, these guys know exactly what they are talking about, so listen to them, lol.

Sure we’ll buy your book back is what they say when you buy it from them. Until class is over, they are still using the book at cod and they say they are overstocked. Sorry They are jerks.
