Avoid this location at all costs. Unlike the DD stores in Deerfield, Highland Park, and Northfield, this one failed to train their employees on how to make proper coffee. Seriously, it’s not rocket science. If I ask for cream and sugar in my coffee, it doesn’t mean I want the smallest possible portion known to mankind. I requested a caramel iced coffee with cream on my last(and final) visit. The guy whipped it up within a span of about 15 seconds. It didn’t look, or taste, like he put any effort into it at all, and for these reasons, I felt cheated and insulted.

I’ve been frequenting this location since I started delivering in the area. The staff are friendly and very prompt. They don’t have a huge selection of donuts because they are a smaller store, but it’s not a big deal. Coffee is always good and always made to expectation. They have a cool second floor area with tables and lounge chairs. Sometimes when it’s slow for me I’ll sit upstairs and chill. It’s clean enough upstairs. The tables and chairs have never been dirty when I’m up there, but the floors look like they could use a nice scrubbing. Other than that this is a nice place to grab a coffee/snack and just hang out.

Was so happy when I heard dunkin donuts was opening in this location. Any alternative to Starbucks coffee makes me a happy girl. I’ve visited this location on many occasions with the kids in tow. Donuts are fresh, coffee is good and there is a nice little seating area upstairs. When it was time to pick a school birthday treat for my son’s birthday I stopped in to place an order for 2 dozen donuts. 2 days prior to the pickup I gave the exact quantity & pick up time. Was told it would not be a problem. I actually stopped in the morning of my son’s birthday to reconfirm. Again, was told they would have the order ready for me. Showed up @ 11 to pick up my order and the girl behind the counter looked frightened. She panicked. My order was not ready, in fact they had very little to choose from. Apparently, donuts are not made in this location but brought in. I took what they had but was seriously pissed. I could understand if I just walked in to place an order but clearly someone screwed up. I didn’t have time for plan b so I took a mish mash of donuts & munchkins to my son’s school. In the end it worked out okay but I felt bad about it… dd loses a star or two but I still continue to stop in from time to time. Just beware when placing a large order!

Today was the Grand Opening for this business. WeDeal online offered advertised a free medium coffee and donut if you mentioned their ad. My husband and I were in the area and we stopped. We had delicious coffee and a luscious, fresh Boston Crème donut, but when we went upstairs to sit down to enjoy it, we couldn’t find a clean table. There were no other patrons in the upstairs area and we saw three employees, one who walked into a room off the upstairs dining area. Maybe with a new opening, the business is trying to work out some details, but I would think clean tables would be a priority.
