Let my start off by saying the sales representatives here are full of attitude and have really bad customer service. I ordered boots a few weeks ago and they came in all «worn» looking. I thought that was just the look but either way I still didn’t want them. I went into stores to return them, but it wasn’t until about 30 minutes of back and fourth bickering with the associates I was able to return them. They were very rude and gave a whole lot of attitude that was not necessary, and had the audacity to accuse me of having them worn and then trying to return them, when I specifically told them it was sent to me that way. I love aldo, but this really puts a bad taste in my mouth if thats how they treat their customers. I mean, you guys shouldn’t be sending worn shoes in the first place!

The Aldo Accessory store always has new trendy accessories to check out. Now, they have swimsuits, bohemian earrings, feather earrings, bangles, ties, scarves and belts. They have big summer floppy hats. This seems to be in most of the stores in the mall right now, big floppy summer poolside hats. They have a large selection of necklaces and earrings.
