Good luck trying to return something. Not only do they give you the look like you are stealing from them, the sales are also very incompetent. Go somewhere with good customer service for your expensive accessory purchase. Will never return here again.

I walked in to the Glendale galleria location today between 5 – 6 pm. ready to purchase a particular pair of sunglasses. The 2 girls in there never acknowledged me. Not a hi, nor offered to help. I tried on the glasses that I liked. I took a selfie in them then a picture of the tag because I figured that after 5 minutes of being ignored, I wasn’t going to give my business to someone that doesn’t value customer service. I went somewhere else to purchase my glasses. On my way back, I had to walk by the store again. As I walked by, I noticed that the girls were still chatting near the back. Too bad for this place… They lost my business.

Tried to return a pair of sunglasses I bought with my debit card. Apparently Sunglass Hut does not have the ability to credit a refund back to your debit card, they can only give you cash back. Turns out they didn’t have enough cash in the drawer, so even though I have a receipt and the card I used to make the purchase, my only refund option is to wait 5 – 10 business days for them to send me a check in the mail. What a ridiculous policy, nice«customer service». This is 2015, get with it Sunglass Hut.

Beware of the useless tool that works at this place. I walked by and asked where another store at mall was located and got a look only 12 year old girl gives when there dad ask them to clean there room. I work in customer service and even when someone is not directly giving u business u show respect. It ok buddy keep checking Facebook I’m sure there a great future in being a rude douch

I’ll tell you a story. So I buy a 300 $ pair of Prada shades. I wanna enjoy and have me a nice pair A few months of ownership and the lenses start to have a bubbling effect. So I send them to the mothership company luxxotica. I get a response later apologizing that it was a manufacture defect and that they’d cover me up to original retail price. Trouble starts when I start giving them my potential options. They had none. I finally ask if they could just send me what they had available and I’d pick from their lot. No can do bro My 90 day time limit to find a new pair expired and they were kind enough to extend it. When into store to have them help. Good luck to me. Finally found a pair. Then got sent wrong size. Had to mail again. Call again I went into store and the manager, which seems to change weekly said he couldn’t trade them in for me since I had dealt with luxxotica services direct, even though he had the size I needed in stock.

This store is purfect for first time quality sunglass shoppers. They have everything from Oakley to Parasol. Price ranges are crazy here 50– 400. They have something for everyone, simple, sporty classic american, chic, high fasion. If your a first time i would stop by here and dont forget to ask for help the saales reps are so atentive her, and soo helpful.

Just your basic sunglass hut located in the mall. They have all the usual ray bans, oakleys, coach etc at regular retail prices. At least you can be assured it’s legit and not fauxkleys.
