The fires are amazing, one of the best I ever had. The Mexican Burger is also my favorite the others are ok, better than McDonalts though.

Had it once so far. Not bad, not great. I got a classic cheeseburger with fries. The burger was not out of this world but it wasn’t bad either. For the price of the burger, I might as well go to five guys. I do need to try their special burgers though because they do look really good. The fries are excellent! Def worth a stop just for the fries!

Had the Hangover Burger and overall it was good, could have improved on seasoning the burger more but the bread and egg was a nice touch.
plus they have sweet potato fries.

Tasty smallish (6 oz, I think) burgers and great service.
Pro: toasted buns, burger cooked to order, well seasoned.
Con: onion rings made from frozen package, chili (on chili burger) didn’t have much flavor, limited seating.
We tried a couple of different burgers and liked both, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there. Still, if you’re in the Atlas Mall area, it’s well worth stopping in.
Super nice, friendly staff when we were there.

Happy to see individual businesses opening up and giving a variety of opportunities to try different foods.
Burger Bar opened two towns over from me and was recommended by friends.
I tried the macaroni and cheese burger. It was tasty. Sort of like hamburger helper but a bit more condensed. My husband had the blue cheese and mushrooms burger and he enjoyed his meal. Decent burgers with a good deal of toppings.
They also offer great fries. Seating is limited.

Good place to get specialty burgers like a fried egg cooked into the bun and mac and cheese burgers. Its all good. They also have specials daily that are worth looking into. Fries are crispy though the shakes I could do without. They can use a little improvement. Delivery is great and the restaurant is clean and easy to get to and park.

My family ate at Burger Bar for the first time on Friday night. I had the Ahi Tuna burger, my husband had a classic cheeseburger, and the kids had sliders and chicken strips. We were very happy with our meal, especially the tuna! The sweet potato fries are awesome, but the regular fries are ok. The chicken strips were battered in panko crumbs, so they were very crispy, but didn’t come with any sauce. Reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere, and Stewart’s crème soda– we will certainly make a return visit!

Hubby and I have been wanting to try this place but we keep forgetting that it’s there. After a busy day hubby said he was in the mood for a hamburger. We were just going to order from the dinner until I remembered this place. My thoughts were that with a limited menu and being a strictly burger joint, I was AT LEAST expecting this place to be pretty darn good. Boy was I wrong!!!
It’s a small non-​chain place with a VERY limited menu. The burgers should be fresh, not frozen. Same for the fries. The burger was small, no seasoning and nothing to distinguish itself as something worthwhile. French Fries was tasteless. My very last hope was for the chocolate milkshake. It tasted like a vanilla shake with chocolate flavoring added to it.
If you are in the mood for «fast food», do yourself a favor and go to Mc Donald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, etc instead. At least they have flavor! I rank Burger Bar well below any of those places!

OK, I gave this spot two tries and came to the same conclusion. Their will not be a third time.
Both times coming here, I asked for a medium cooked cheeseburger and both times I received them well done. This time, I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with cheese fries. The bacon was burnt, the burger was hard, and my cheese fries were chili fries instead of what I asked for. I left a two dollar tip in the cup (my farewell signature card) because she poured cheese on the chili fries (no cost) but no fork.
Do yourself a favor. Before coming here for a burger, go up the block to Chili’s instead.

Hangover Burger is my favorite. Very delicious! I also tried the Mac n Cheese burger and I had no complaints.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The burgers are great and they are not like the other burger places. Comparing to Johny Rockets I would say this place kicks butt! The sweet potato fries are amazing and you always get a lot to eat.
Too bad they are not located in an area where anyone would notice them, either walking or driving.
As far as the price goes they are not inexpensive. You get what you pay for. For one person a full meal could averagely cost about $ 10 — $ 12.
Delivery is quick but if you dont eat it right away it could get cold fast.
I would definitely give this place a shot and you will not be disappointed.

I went here when it first opened and had a burger, fries, and a milk shake. Everything I ate was delicious, especially the sweet potato fries!!! I would definitely recommend trying those… Like other reviewers mentioned, it did take a while (at least 20 minutes) for our food to come out. Hopefully this has improved now that the business has been open for a while. I will be back :)

The burgers are good and they deliver. Delivery food is fast and same quality. I’m not a big fan of there plain fries, but the SWEET potato fries are a good change of pace, they are very sweet. My favorite burger is the Mexican.

I am a burger fanatic, as evidenced by my previous reviews. That being said, I urge my fellow burger fanatics to run to Burger Bar. Good, friendly service and, as a certain Mr. Jackson once said, ‘That is a damn tasty burger!’

FINALLY went here yesterday with my husband for dinner. I got a class burger the way I wanted it, fries and a shake for the road. The fries were good and the food wasn’t as greasy as it is in many burger joints. The shake was also good, though more of a thin shake than a thick one. It may also be that I didn’t start drinking it until we’d walked back a bit but it wasn’t all that long. There was a wait on the food but at least that means they made it to order, which is a great thing.
Ambiance was nice & it reminded me a bit of a small scale Johnny Rockets without the jukeboxes and dance routines.
It also seems they may deliver to my home, which would be great since I have to subtract a star for the long walk in a more suburban section of Glendale. The nearly non-​existent Q55 combined with lack of good sidewalks on stretches of Cooper Avenue made getting here from Ridgewood a bit of an adventure.
I look forward to getting delivery to my house & trying some other items on the menu.

My first time having it. Had me the Wednesday Signature Mexican Burger w/​Sweet Potato Fries that hits the spot! Looking forward to try out all the signature bar burgers real soon!

I stopped in for lunch/​dinner to go at this newly opened burger stand. It was extremely clean and had a variety of items on the menu. I went with a «Hot Mess» burger and a «BBQ Crunch» burger.
The «Hot Mess» burger was exactly that, so make sure you have some paper towels on hand. It was extremely tasty though with the Jack cheese, sweet potato fries, and «secret sauce» (Russian Dressing). The «BBQ Crunch» burger I had later and it was still very good with the BBQ sauce and potato chips ontop. Both burgers were served on a nice bun and needed a toothpick to hold them together.
While the burgers are good, the experience wasn’t perfect. First, my order took 20 minutes. There was one person who had ordered ahead of me, so it isn’t like there was a mad rush. Second, the wait staff was obviously new and while one of them smiled and was very nice when she took the order, the other one (who seemed to be the one training) really needs some customer service lessons when she dropped my bag on the counter haphazardly.
My biggest issue though was that there was no mention about what was on each burger. The manager (owner?) had to explain to me what comprised each burger and while that may work when its slow, add in a lunch rush and new staff it smells like a recipe for disaster.
I’m still going to go back, because the food was indeed good, I just hope that as time goes on the service gets better and the quality of food remains the same.
