This is the worst Carl’s Jr. in their whole chain of restaurants. Nothing is ever fresh or prepared right. Wilty lettuce, stale bread, waaay to much sauce, leaving your order sit on the counter to get cold, while the employees socialize with each other while you wait. You name it and this place has done, or will do it to screw up your food. I’ve lived in burbank for 30 years. Every year or so i try to give them another chance. But it is always the same, always too disgusting to eat.

Do you even call this a burger? As soon as I received my burger I find wart-like«meat juice»(per worker) on my patty. So I ask the worker and request to substitute my burger, and she says«all the burgers are just like this one» well if all the burgers are just like this no more Carl’s Jr. For me ever again.

Ordered the jalepeno poppers. They were chewy, as if they’d been sitting out for hours. Pretty gross. Also, ordered a combo for my brother and when they gave it to us, the fries were missing. He then asked for them and was told that the jalepeno poppers substituted the fries. Very annoying because 1) I didn’t ask for them to be substituted and 2) the cashier didn’t even tell me she had done that nor asked me if I wanted them substituted. One star.

Manager Brenda(I think that was her name) literally told my mom«what do you have want because my mom saw she that she charged us for something we didn’t even order. I kept my cool but that was so rude. I used to work for that company and I know that’s not okay.

This is why fast food franchises are going out of business. I love the Santa Fe chicken sandwich but it seems this franchisee wants to save money and has made the chicken much smaller in this sandwich. It was so dry and so thin it was a real insult and nothing like the others

While the food at this particular Carl’s Jr. was, and excuse me if I’m using this term incorrectly, «the tits», the Asian fellow who(attempted to) serve me rubbed me the wrong way. The problem: We had a bit of a skirmish over a «shirt situation», or, as my late grandmother would call it, a shirtuation. Here’s the prob, Bob. I sauntered in shirtless, as I often do on Tuesdays. However, when I did so this week, this Asian employee told me that I needed to find a shirt in order for him to serve me. When I asked this Asian man for HIS shirt so I could rectify the problem, the Asian man said no. I was appalled. I mean, do you guys wanna sell burgers or not?! To rectify this situation, I’d love for this Asian man to give me a shirt from his own personal collection. Or, as a plan B, the Asian man could purchase me a shirt at Kohls and leave it in his car, that way when I come in shirtless next time, it’s waiting for me. Four stars. P. S. — My grandmother is actually still alive. LoLz

I was just there, and i bought the big carls and this was my last time. What was the issue: There is this one cashier, whenever his the one whom i should pay he tells me that the price of «the big carls combo» has raised. I usually pay 6.97 but its been couple times that whenever his the cashier i pay 1 dollar extra. But whenever its someone else the price is just as usual 6.97. I bought one about two weeks ago and it was the same cashier, and i paid 7.97, and and i bought one a week ago and it was different cashier, and i paid 6.97, and today it was him again so i paid 7.97 again, reasoning the price has raised. I know the prices aren’t changed because Carls Jr. Would have also changed in their menu, but i looked and it was 6.97. This was my experience and i would not recommend anyone this place!!!

Passed by the drive-thru today and saw the giant natural burger ad, thought to myself being the guacamole burger fan if it was possible to customize that natural burger with guac and bacon. Lady taking my order after listening to my recipe, «all natural burger, no pickles, no mustard with guac and bacon» she asked someone in the background and came back and said they can do that. To make it all even better I was given plenty of sauce without being given a look as if it’s coming out of their pocket! bravo all the employees! And whoever the manager is!

Manager admitted while he was drunk that he rubs his hands down his crouch before coming out the bathroom, I recommend another Carl’s jr the girls that work their all look abused and like drug addicts if you want to take a risk go ahead but food poisoning is bound to happen eating here so my recommendation is to wait till the next joint!

Carls Jr. has to be my favorite fast food place, but this particular location has a very serious problem. There sandwiches are always served lukewarm, which means that nothing is getting cooked to a safe temperature. After receiving 3 cold hamburgers in a row from this restaurant i vowed never to go there again. I hope for every ones sake that no one gets sick.

Sucked! We pulled up and the first thing I went to order was a 3 piece chicken tenders and they told me that they were only serving burgers. We ended up leaving without ordering anything due to the fact that they had a full menu including fries, burritos, quesadillas, etc… And didn’t even let us get past the Carls Jr burger menu items. What a waste of time and employees. Hire someone who actually needs a job and wants to work. –1 star

I eat here occasionally. And, it’s nice that, living in Atwater Village we get great Carl’s Jr. coupons. I am seriously hooked on their Chicken Tenders that are way better than restaurants that charge several times more. It’s a good deal and the service is more than okay.

Gotta love Carls. The Jalapeño burger is my #1 pick. When done right it’s just amazing. Also, PLEASEBRINGBACKTHEMEMPHISBURGER! Ok, with that said this place has the same issue many char broiled places have. Sometimes they burn the burger atrociously. There’s nothing worse than getting a burger, being really hungry and when you bite into it it’s a lot of charred beef edges which makes you totally say«WTF» That’s my only issue, the chicken is good the curly fries rock, and the service is always decent. Actually I have to amend this review. 5 stars — for simply having the BESTSHAKESIVEEVERHADINMYLIFE.

It’s Carl’s Jr… not earth shattering stuff here but it’s still good. This review speaks to the customer service at this drive thru. The ladies on the mic know what’s up and they’re never rude. I can hit up this spot in the morning, afternoon, evening and they’ll always treat you well. Added bonus: they’ve never screwed up my order.

Love this location! So far I have only had one wrong order & when I went back they were very nice & even threw in a dessert. I never get an attitude when asking for condiments or sauces. In fact, they are always good at asking if I would like any. So glad they are not like the employees at Rally’s on Brand. They totally suck over there! if the family ever crave’s for a burger, this is our fast food, «Go to» location. Good food & great service!

Every time ive been here it’s been a good experience. All the workers have been really friendly, and always seem to be in a good mood. The inside is clean, I never get grossed out about eating there if I have too. I’ve always gotten my food quickly and it’s always been yummy, and not sad looking. I’m so glad my sister lives a block away, cause I think this is my FAVORITE Carls jr! And it’s a Green Burrito, that means more options! with a salsa bar inside! Big plus!!! I love you carls jr.

Yet another Bad Drive-Thru experience… This review is ONLY about the Buffalo Blue Cheese Criss Cut Fries — If they came out looking like that I’d NOT be complaining but at $ 2.79 can you spare more Frank’s Red Hot Sauce… would have liked more blue cheese, and definitely more Buffalo«Frank’s Red Hot» Sauce. As you can see from the previous photo the majority of the fries were plain, NO Sauce, NO Cheese, NO Bueno! If the majority were like this it would be 5-Star! Keeping it Real… 2-Stars

I used to only eat Western Bacon Cheeseburgers here but this weekend I tried the Pop Tart Ice Cream Sandwich. PLEASENEVERTAKETHISAWAY!!! Don’t really like pop tarts and french vanilla is probably my least favorite of that plain Jane ice cream family but my god is that combination something special! You’ve been warned. Enjoy!

It’s been a while since I came here since i used to work right next to it. Depends on the day this place offers great service. Few people I know say they always take forever when ordering on my part I’ve always had good luck. Don’t get me wrong at times they take almost my whole lunch period. I like Carls Jr because it is different from like MickyDs, Burger King, Rallys and whatever nearby. I enjoyed the breakfast biscuit thing with jam, the asst manager where I used to work at would get this on Fridays to spoil us. It was good. Also coworkers used to get that 2 for $ 2 deal or something on the sausage biscuit thing. So I would have my breakfast from those. I normally don’t like like certain biscuit sandwich but this is goooood! Aside from burgers I love the tacos, lame on how they raised the price. Beef taco used to be 99cents now its 1.29. It took me awhile to like it but after a while I got into liking it. I like the nacho cheese taco, beef taco and soft chicken taco yum. Also taco salad is great here too. YUM! Burgers here are decent. I usually just get the western burger and I like the criscut fries better than the new natural cut fries. Chili fries used to be great when they had the skinny fries but it’s passable I guess if I’m around. Some may find it lack flavor but I have weird tastings so blah. The new thing here is the sweet potato fries, and by damn they were good. I am surely even more of a fan since they offer this. The teriyaki burger with the pineapple is great. I fell for that one when it first came out and they were giving out coupons. The only thing I think I dislike about this place is there chicken strips, man those things are either way too seasoned or have too much batter on them. If I crave those I go to MIckyDs Employees are great. My last visit was great because one of the employee came to check up on us to see how we were doing and it was pretty busy on that day too but she still came around. Offered to take our tray although we weren’t finished but very helpful. Anyway I don’t go to burger joints much but if I am craving something original I would go here since Jack in the Box is further away and Rally’s have smaller portions these days.
