What a great place! Haven’t been here when it’s busy yet or been upstairs, but it’s a beautiful décor. Maya my bartender is very friendly and likes to engage! My fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries were delicious. I can’t wait to try more food.

The location, ambience, and food flavor were fantastic, but those three things don’t make up for extremely slow service, lack of vegan food options, and bad listening skills. SERVICE A few coworkers and I came here for lunch. We arrived at 12:25pm placed our order by 12:35pm. Our food came out at 1:20pm. A 45-minute wait would be acceptable if the restaurant was busy. It wasn’t. LACKOFFOODOPTIONS I don’t eat animal-based products, so I ordered the Classic Burger with the veggie patty and made it «protein style.» Protein style basically means«no bun with a microwaved Trader Joes veggie patty on 1 leaf of lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, served with a small side salad and priced at $ 12.» What a rip off. I think my blood sugar actually got lower after eating that meal. The«burger» also came with a side salad(to which I specifically asked for no cheese) but as you guessed, there was grated parmesan on top. I finished the burger patty in 5 bites. The salad took 7 bites. My first thought was, «where’s the rest of my $ 12 meal??» LISTENINGSKILLS I asked the waitress for ketchup and mustard on the burger when I ordered; she said ok. When the burger came out, no ketchup or mustard. I asked the«sanitary waste engineer(busboy)» for mustard and he said they don’t carry it. What burger place doesn’t carry mustard? CONCLUSION Maybe I just came on a bad day or something?

Love the new location! Way better atmosphere. The food is good, the staff is friendly and knowledgable and I have been here 5 times and had a great experience every time. I would recommend any burger or almost anything else on the menu except for the steaks which are just ok for what they cost. You can go wrong with the swag atmosphere and the great people on staff.

Stopped by with my family on a Friday night because my dad was craving burgers. I had Eden bookmarked for a couple weeks so I suggested we try it out. The interior is stunning, very open and modern. It wasn’t too busy so we were seated as soon as we came in. Looking over the menu, there isn’t much to choose from. I’m glad they had a veggie patty option or else I probably would not have had something to eat. We started off with the Roasted Heirloom Carrots — great presentation and an interesting combination of flavors. Delicious! I opted for the Black Label Burger with a veggie patty and a side salad. The salad was really good although I could have done without the grapes. As for the burger, it was delicious but I wish it had just a bit more truffle flavor! The bun was soft and moist and the veggie patty tasted homemade. When it came to dessert, they only have two options — blueberry cheesecake and what we were told was«donut cannolis.» We ordered the second option and what arrived at our table was not cannolis. There were two donut holes and pistachio ice cream with various sauces drizzled around. It was good, but probably not worth ordering. Overall it was a good experience. My only complaints would be the small menu and the really loud music. Otherwise, great place for a Friday night dinner.

It’s awesome place with good food! My favorite is Black Label burger with truffle and you definitely should check the open rooftop ! It’s great place to have cocktails with friends or birthday party! Cool lounge music played by live DJ) Nothing like this before in Glendale I believe.

Fantastic!!! I went there with a group of friends last Friday night. It was my first time and I was very impressed with the beautiful décor! The chandelier above the bar is awesome! Speaking of the bar, we decided to grab a drink first before we sat to dinner. It was pretty busy, but that didn’t stop the friendly bartender from helping us right away. I had a perfect gin and tonic, and my friends tried the beers(so many on tap!!!) After our drink we were seated quickly. Everyone working there was on point! As expected, the server was very friendly and accommodating as well. We started with a few appetizer and they were all delicious. I personally loved the meatballs. The Calamari was really good too. I had the black label burger with truffle fries. WOW, just WOW. I’ve had several gourmet burgers, and I have to say this blew me away. After we wrapped up dinner, we headed upstairs to the outdoor patio lounge. What a cool place! The bartender was super nice(and pretty) and the DJ was playing some great music. It was a little chilly, but there were a bunch of heaters to keep things warm. Overall, just an awesome experience with a perfect balance of amazing food and wonderful service and atmosphere. WILLDEFINITELYBEBACK.

Okay so finally my boyfriend and I decided to come here. I mean it’s about time that Glendale has somewhere hip with a «roof» or open patio as a bar. We came to Eden to instead have an early dinner. My expectations of this place were so high until the food came out. So just to make it clear the service and people are great. I’m not much of a picky person but the area which Eden opened up on, trust me there are a lot more picky people than me. First of all I’d like to point out to the general manager-«have you even ever tried the food?» We got the margarita pizza with basil– please general manager– tell your chefs to chop up the basil. There’s a difference between something being edible and looking nice. Please cut the basil on the pizza. Also, does Eden on Brand even know what a cannoli is??? I mean the really nice waitress presented the cannoli in an amazing way however we were not pleased. A cannoli is not just dough deep fried. Don’t present it as a cannoli if it’s just a deep fried donut with ice cream on the side. Not please at all with the food. But I do like the ambiance. So note to self– don’t eat here(maybe only burgers) just have drinks with your friends.

Walking down Brand looking for somewhere to wet my whistle and grab a bite to eat? I spy a new establishment has popped up. Only a month old and apparently making waves, good ones… The personnel were friendly and professional but with a sense of humor; we were seated promptly as we walked in. Given a choice from their regular menu and the bar menu we chose our drinks. Great selection of beer and cocktails, I had a Belgium Duvel which if you like Farmhouse Ales/Saisons you will enjoy this one too. To keep it short the serving size is gourmet style, small portions which I enjoy, no need to stuff your self to have a good time, save the carbs for your libation is my motto. Everything was enjoyable and I will be making this fine establishment my new go to. One thing I need to mention the Burgers are large. I ate from the Bar Menu. Enjoy!

I was here last night with a friend for dinner. Definitely a hit! The restaurant is so nicely decorated with a rooftop lounge. The rooftop only serves appetizers and cocktails, so the full menu isn’t available. There was a 15 minute wait for the first floor dining area, so we waited since we wanted burgers! My friend and I both ordered the Classic Burger with truffle fries, so good! The proportion of the food was on the smaller side. There were barely enough fries for«one serving», but we didn’t mind. The only thing missing with this place was a cocktail menu. Since they just opened, they mentioned they don’t have a cocktail menu but there is a full bar! So you can create or ask for a remake of a drink you like. I would definitely return!

Eden is poppin around 8pm on weeknights. It might be a new hot spot in Glendale. This is a clean, trendy place with quality food and beer. Modern/Classy style burgers. The whole place reminds me of «Stout». And since I love Stout, I love that Eden is here in Glendale right around the corner from me. Super nice design in this place. Great seating/table arrangements for large groups. They even have an upstairs for large parties and whatnot. Don’t forget to check out the unique chandelier above the bar too. The menu is awesome. Almost too awesome to where it took me about 15 minutes to decide what I wanted. I got the Firehouse burger(med rare) cause I was in the mood for some spice. The burger was great. The beef is high quality and cooked to a perfect med rare. The burger wasn’t as spicy as I had hoped but to each his own! It’s pretty tough to standardize spiciness so I don’t fault them for that ya know? If fries come with your order, I recommend upgrading to the truffle fries for $ 1 if money isn’t a problem. I was feelin fancy and felt like ballin out so I upgraded for the extra $ 1. These truffle fries are bomb. They use truffle oil instead of shavings which resulted in a stronger truffle flavor than the typical truffle fries. Served with a nice aioli too. I sat at the bar for food and drinks and the service was outstanding. Amanda was serving me and was training someone at the same time and was still on top of everything. Great beer selection. 30 on tap. Got the Delirium Tremens and Old Rasputin. Both delicious but the Old Rasputin is the better value at only $ 6 and 9% alcohol. Edit: I came back and they now have a happy hour menu. The happy hour menu is a little disappointing and is the only thing keeping me from giving Eden 5 stars. It doesn’t come close to Stout’s happy hour(I like to compare Eden to Stout). I got the calamari for $ 8 and was disappointed with the portion. Also got a skinny margarita for $ 6. At Stout, their happy hour is ½ all food so you can get an insanely good burger for $ 6 or $ 7 bucks and bomb sweet potato fries for only $ 2.50. Overall, a nice spot. Just wish they would copy Stout’s happy hour deals.

Stopped by today for a Mother’s Day lunch with my sister and nephews and we LOVED this place! Here’s what we ordered: –Calamari –Greek Quinoa –Firehouse Burger –Black Label Burger -(forgot the name but the burger with egg and bacon) Everything was so incredibly delicious. The calamari was fresh and so tasty! Probably the best calamari I’ve had. The burgers and truffle fries were cooked to perfection and you simply just couldn’t get enough because everything was so good. Our server was Amanda and she was also what made Eden on Brand an instant favorite. She was extremely attentive and courteous! Loved her service and hope to have her as my waitress every time I am at Eden because she was awesome! The best burger out of the three we tried would have the be the firehouse. It has just enough kick to it and melts in your mouth. Not only is the food and service exceptional but the venue itself is beautiful. A very refreshing change to the restaurants in Glendale. My best friend is hosting her graduation party at Eden this Friday and I am looking forward to it even more now after my visit today!

Fantastic burgers. This venue is way more swanky than the old one and a bit pricier. Less burger choices on this menu. Only 4 now. But they do now offer salads, pizza, sandwiches. Black label burger is most popular but I like the other ones much more. Black label is definitely not worth $ 19. It use to be there best burger, something seems off about it. Definitely recommend the other ones :))) Truffle fries and their sauces are amazing. I would skip on the Brussel sprouts. They were bland.

Great location! Great ambiance! Great service! Exceptional gourmet hamburgers/sandwiches! Sides are excellent as well! Oh and parking is free for 90mins no validation necessary! We ordered for appetizer: FRIEDCALAMARI, its delicious, but not exceptional! She ordered: TRUFFLEBURGER one of their signature burgers, very tasty, and delicious! I ordered: BOURBONBURGER this particular burger is not on their menu, served for a limited time only. It’s also packed full of delicious flavor! We had been to their original location EDENBAR also in Glendale, CA whilst that is a full fledged bar that happens to be serving gourmet burgers, this location EDENONBRAND is a place that serves gourmet burgers that happens to have a bar. Must try if you happen to be in Glendale, and love quality burgers.

Was in the area waiting for traffic to die down before heading back to SGV. Found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a go. Parking: metered parking out front on street. Different time limits at different times but it is $ 1 per hour. Machines take coins and cards and are located along the street. Entered restaurant around 7pm on a Monday and it was very nice inside, not busy at all. They had a few bigscreens playing hockey and baseball. Has a classy feel to it but we moseyed on in wearing jeans and a t shirt. Hostess, Melissa, very pleasant and personable. Waitress and other staff were very attentive and helpful as well. It was our first time so naturally, we had a couple questions. Order: Rehab burger medium with salad and avocado crema dressing: was ok but not totally to our taste. Sweet Potato gave it a bit of a sweetness along with maple mustard mayo. It was ok. Medium was very pink giving texture a rawness that was… ok. Black label burger medium with side salad and lemon vinaigrette dressing: again was ok. Definitely preferred over rehab burger though, didn’t get as big of a truffle kick as I originally thought. Bun was delicious and it was cooked perfectly. Still tasty and ok! Side of truffle fries: definitely the hot ticket and I could have devoured numerous bowls. Soooo good! Fries were perfectly crisp and delicious. Overall, not bad but with check coming out to nearly $ 50, it was just ok. I’m no cheapskate for amazing food but I felt underwhelmed. Staff is wonderful though. Probably won’t return as I am not local and wasn’t stunning enough to make me want to drive back to fulfill a craving.

Don’t miss Rehab and Black Label!!! Sooo good! There are two reasons why I’m missing 2 stars here: 1) I prefer their previous location at Verdugo back when they were just Eden Burger Bar. Eden on Brand is way too loud for a burger joint. It’s almost like a club serving burger and that burgers is just something they do on the side. They’re not like«The» burger bar anymore. I prefer the cozy, chic and intimate ambiance before. So if you’ve been to the Verdugo location, don’t expect the same thing or you’re in for a disappointment. 2) The burgers seems bigger to me, which is cool if it wasn’t too bready. I mean the bread was airy too. No flavor. It felt like chewing on a bath sponge. Check out my pictures and you’ll see what I mean. I set the top bread aside and it was perfect! I’d like to think that it was just an isolated incident. I’m going to give it another try and find out.

Eden on Brand, right next to the Alex Theater, has taken a dramatic step up from its prior location further North(which is now closed, by the way). The atmosphere is stunning and very chic and borders on Hollywood night club with staff dressed to match, and apparently two more floors set to open soon according to employees. The darker theme with wood, stone, metal, and leather highlighted brilliantly with subtle lighting was fantastic. The restaurant is large and spacious and I can only imagine how fantastic the kitchen must be to work in. The space was actually so large, I almost wondered why they didn’t try to sneak in a few more 2 tops on the first floor to give things a bit more bustle amid the hip music vibe being piped in. The food, while a tad on the high side for standard burger fare, is generally great and exceptionally tasty. I loved the Royal Blue burger which had just enough blue cheese to be spectacular without going overboard. Similarly their signature Black Label Burger was fantastically beefy and even juicier than the Royal Blue. Both burgers were cooked perfectly. Given their burger creativity, I’m surprised that they didn’t have a Kobe beef burger on the menu. The shoestring fries, while cooked wonderfully and garnished with just the right amount of parsley were lacking a bit in flavor and could have used some more salt. Perhaps frying them in flavored oil or adding a light sprinkling of garlic could have lifted them to the level of the rest of the fare and the surrounding ambiance? The spicy ketchup was a nice attempt, but was far too overpowering given the flatter fries and didn’t fit in with the flavor profile of the burgers. Larger ketchup vessels might make it easier to dip a burger if desired. The appetizers were passable, but not nearly as creative as the burger options. I tried their carrot appetizer which sadly, while interesting, didn’t put the carrots front and center and left them a bit overcooked. The chefs might consider updating the appetizer menu with some more creativity or possibly swiping a few ideas from the Smith Brothers in Pasadena or Crossings in South Pasadena as this seems to be what they’re chasing after, but still keep things in the mold of the high-end burger joint. Their beer selections were nice as was the list of harder alcohols, but I’m surprised they didn’t have a signature drink menu which could go a long way towards highlighting their bar for increased revenue. The staff, while warm and welcoming still needs to up their game a tad, though hopefully this will come with time as they settle into the new space which is only about a month old. Refinements could include: tipping customers off to the fact that the ketchup is spiced; not being so clumsy as to ask diners if they want to keep their silverware, but just bringing out new sets automatically with changes in courses(especially given the higher bar of dining that’s being portrayed); pronouncing duck confit properly(it’s French); and possibly suggesting beer pairings with particular burgers(if they’re not going to be suggested on the menu). Check averages would also be a higher if they checked on refills or alternates during the meal as well. I can certainly see where they’re going with the ambiance and the food, and would certainly come back again. It would be a complete five star experience if they can up their game just a tad to have everything match their fine location and décor.

I had been wanting to go to Eden at its old location but that never worked out. I was sad to see the old restaurant go but was hopeful of the new place being built so when I saw this location(previous Mexican restaurant) was now Eden I was so excited. They’re so new here they’re still in soft opening. Their extremely nice hostess told me they would be hosting a red carpet grand opening and of course I was invited. Anyways, the inside is perfect. From the moment you walk in the design is so elegant and modern. Clean and just chic. The upstairs was not open but has a full bar and can accommodate 100 for private events. The rooftop also has a full bar. With Americana not having any stellar restaurants, this is the place to be. Definitely more of this is needed. And now the good. We had the burger with bacon which was just perfect. I went not healthy and has the fries and that too was great I also had a martini which really hit the spot. And finally we had the cannoli which we couldn’t get enough of. The waitress did mention that they used to have burgers only but they had now expanded the menu. Dining in a beautiful spot s so delicious food is a rare occurrence so I definitely see this place doing great! Keep up the good work and service.

This is more of a 3.5 than a 3. This place is located on brand(obvi) right next to the Alex Theater. Parking blows, especially around noon when everyone’s trying to go to lunch. Ambience: very… Gucci? Walked in and kind of felt out of place. Looks like the place turns into a club and night. Service: friendly and attentive. Although the ambience is a little bit much, the service was not snobby which I can appreciate. Food: I got the black label burger. It’s pretty much a truffle lover’s go-to. Crispy potato strings, black truffle, aioli. The flavor was great! Downside… I prefer my burgers rare much like my steak and it came out medium well. I was quite disappointed. Since I was on time crunch, I didn’t bother sending it back. Don’t get me wrong. I ate every last bite. The truffle fries were good. They came with a remoulade type sauce. My coworkers got the firehouse burger and the Royal bleu. Hey enjoyed their burgers as well and the burgers were cooked to their liking(medium well… Ugh). Basically our meal came out to about 60 for 3 people. Good burgers, but $ 20 for burgers and fries is a bit much. Overall, this place is good, but I think I’ll stick to a Rounds Burgers in Pasadena. Maybe I’ll come back and try their other menu items.

Eden oh Eden… How we all have dreams about ur truffle fries! Im so excited to see you have a full bar now! That screwed up driver I had at lunch was AMAZING. You have a skilled bartender I see :)) I can’t remember our servers name at this moment but she was so attentive and never did we once have an empty glass. Of course we had the rehab, black label, and firehouse and neither of us were disappointed. The beer selection is outstanding! Best wishes on the new place, and can’t wait to see how successful this new location turns out!
