Big location. And because there’s no drive-thru, the wait isn’t as long as it would normally be. Still the same quality and service you receive at any In-N-Out Burger location. I always have a #1 with grilled onions. Nom nom nom! Forgot to ask for my fries well done. They were a little on the soggy side, when I like them crunchy. I could have asked for another order, but I was so hungry and wanted to bite into my burger. Condiments area is clean. Beverage counter well kept. Restrooms are clean. Parking is the Galleria parking structure, and you can guarantee a bit of a hassle finding some parking. But the convenience of this store totally makes up for the parking. Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening, at about 9:15pm, and the crowd is moderate. I was able to find a convenient table for one in the far corner to quietly chomp away and write a quick review!

It’s an In N out, so you can’t review the food since it tastes the same everywhere. I will say that on a Saturday night this particular location didn’t have a line so we ordered immediately after walking in. You might be wondering why I am giving them 3 stars. Well, it seems these tables should be cleaned. A few tables here need to be cleaned and wiped down. I had to do it myself and that’s a big no-no.

You can never ever go wrong with in-n-out but you can defiantly go wrong with trying to find parking for this location! It is the biggest location that I have been to but its pretty packed since its right next to the Americana and the Galleria. But if you can find parking bon appetite!!!

The first time I have ever had a horrible experience at an In N Out was at this location yesterday night(1÷27÷16) around 11:30pm. The inside is very dirty, not well kept, the workers are very rude, the food is not up to par with other locations, they are forgetful, and they take minimum 20 minutes to make your order. When I placed my order at the register I told the young man, 2 large cheeseburgers no lettuce extra chopped chilis, 1 grilled cheese light lettuce light onion, 3 fries, and 1 large drink. I was very clear and even double checked to make sure, he even repeated it back to me. The soda machines were flat, I had Dr. Pepper and 7-UP and they were both flat no carbonation. I was waiting for my food for 20 minutes and when I received my food, it wasn’t all there. I was missing 2 fries and I asked for light lettuce on my grilled cheese not no lettuce. The fries that I received were undercooked. The cashier was literally trying to argue with me saying I never said that when I made sure everything was accurate when paying earlier. I ended of having to wait even longer due to his mistake. As a result, I will not be coming here anymore no matter how convenient it is. The one on Foothill in Tujunga is 100% better and they NEVER literally NEVER mess up no matter how busy it is and they are quick and friendly.

I personally think all in-n-outs are the same. There’s always a line to order and it takes forever to pick up your order. So I wouldn’t recommend taking a lunch break here if you are limited on time. The downfall about this location is that for some reason, my burger bun always comes out burnt and the patty is(usually) undercooked. So I always have to have them replace it. Which they never hesitate to do so, but it gets annoying.

Very awesome customer service! I was helped by Johndely and he was very nice and welcoming! I work at the Americana and I love stopping by to get food that is fresh, tasty, and affordable!

This would probably be my favorite In-N-Out location experience over the years. Something about being so close to the Americana. I think that along with the one located on Harvey, probably the best tasting of them all as well. Still love stopping here whenever I come to unwind at Americana or the Galleria

No!!! I’m from the east coast so we obviously don’t have in-n-out there but this place just doesn’t do it for me. I’ve been about 4 – 5 times over the years and every time I’m not impressed. It’s more of a cult thing that you feel like you have to do when in CA. You can get the burger and fries«animal style» which is an extra sauce– get it on the side of you aren’t sure. It’s not on the menu and an insider thing(so I was told ha) This specific location is also overpacked and does not have enough seats. The wait to get your food also seems long(around 20min) for no good reason. Ehhhhhh

In N Out is always awesome, and this location has great service just like the rest of them.

Keith was so nice to clean our table for us and then he ended up taking our order too! He’s a great employee and even asked if we wanted a cup of water while we waited for our food! Perfect place to stop on a road trip! So full of smiles and polite service.

I just love it. No other words to describe my delicious Protein, animal style double double with French fries. This is a monthly mainstay to my diet. The employees are so friendly, they get the lines moving fast without skipping a beat.

I didn’t actually eat the food because I am on a very strict diet, but I did take a bite, chew it up, then spit it back out so I could taste its flavours. I do this several times with the help of a generous friend who always gets lunch here. I know in the process I am swallowing very small amounts. I can’t help it.

1219am slow af! I just want my food. 20 mins later I realize they skipped me. I didn’t even get an apology. Then I had to go back because they forgot my shake. I’m not even that big a fan of in n out… But my burger was pretty good when I finally got it. So I gave them a star for that.

The first time I’ve ever had an bad experience at an In N Out. In N Out, in general is usually great. I have quick great service and the food is amazing. But this in N out at Glendale, really surprised me. The Good: I got my order in quick and the cashier was nice enough to deal with my modifications to my double double such extra lettuce, extra toasted, and well done fries. When I got my fries they were made to perfection. The bad: my burger came out raw and it was completely pink when I bit into it! Sadly I forgot to take a picture…, I went up to the counter to asked for another burger. The worker came up to me and the conversation went like this, Me: Hi, excuse me, my burger isn’t cooked, it’s pink inside. Worker: OH, so you wanted it well done? Me: uh yeah. You think I can get another one? Worker: so you want a well done? Next time you gotta say that, we always make our burgers like that. Me:(reluctantly saying) thanks In my head: I’ve been to many in n outs in my life and in no way in hell any of of my burgers were ever raw. Just get me a new one and stop being so sarcastic. What I want from you right now is an apology and new burger. They really don’t take responsibility here. Also there was a spill at one of the aisles, and I asked a worker to clean it up. She came by with a BROOM and dust pan. The spill on the floor only got worse.

So disappointed! I’m not sure how many times you can mess up ONE order. I received my food and when I specifically asked for no onions on my burger and no onions my animal style fries I receive my food and guess what there’s onions! So I tell the worker showing my receipt. I got no apology nothing. I wait for almost 5 minutes my order is up. And again there’s onions in my burger. I don’t like the onions and once it touches my food I won’t eat it so I tell her and she rolls her eyes. I was in shock! At this point my food being 10 minutes late and my fries getting cold. I no longer even wanted to eat. I refuse to return! Sincerely, A very disappointed customer

I love eating here, the burgers are so good you always have to order two. Try the flying Dutchman if your into just meat and cheese, it’s really good and really messy.

This is the only place open late night in Glendale. For that reason… And that reason only it gets 5 stars. Woot woot!

Since this is the closest In and Out to me, I frequent this place and it’s my most favorite place to eat! I love the double double well done with grilled onions. I don’t get the cheeseburgers anymore cause I used to and after I’d finish eating, I’d be filled with regret for not getting a double double! Delicious fresh cut fries! I love to put black pepper on my fries. Also love the banana peppers! This place is super popular as is all In and Out locations so if you come with another person. Have one person look for a table while the other orders.

This In-n-Out is super popular and pretty much always crowded — at least whenever I come anyway. It’s pretty large in size and there are plenty of seats. At times it gets difficult to find a seat, but wait around because people are finishing up their meal. The service is friendly and the food is consistent with all In-n-Out locations. I rarely have a problem with my grilled cheese sandwiches that I order from In-n-Out… it’s pretty hard to mess it up for me, but today I received the worst In-n-Out grilled cheese sandwich I have ever ordered. Way too heavy on the mustard, I have never seen so much mustard on my sandwich, ever. I mean… I’ve never even really tasted mustard on my sandwich so who knows. i ate the sandwich anyway. At least the French fries were decent. Overall, decent experience minus the dreadful sandwich. The restrooms were pretty gross too. Eh…

This was the first time an In N Out burger did not satisfy. There was something about the bread that wasn’t right. It tasted stale or too soft. They should’ve grilled it a bit more for that edge crunch. There is also no drive through. Parking is in the structure or you can come late and snag a closed meter/valet curb side spot. I’m not sure if its legal to park here after 10 but just grab your food and go. The inside is quite large with lots of seating. Good for people watching. Overall, I only give 2 stars. If you can travel a little further, I would try the other In N Outs.
