While they were able to take me as a last minute appointment when my contact ripped on a vacation, that was the end of their great service. The Rx I was written ended up being incorrect, which I did not realize until I opened the new box of contacts 3 months after returning home. When I called the office to explain the situation, the manager at that time told me I should book an appointment at my local LensCrafters and they would reimburse any fees incurred. My closest office back home is 6 hours away, so when I was finally able to make the appointment, I called the office back and was told that they would not be able to reimburse me, as «too much time had passed»(mind you, there was a note on my chart explaining the sitaution and the timeframe in which I was likely to be able to get the appointment). Now I’m stuck with 2 useless boxes of contacts, an incorrect prescription, and will have to pay for LensCrafters mistake. Such poor customer service, definitely avoid if you can.

My update: They would not give me new lenses without etching on them and they barely fixed the bump in the frame. In addition, they completely dismissed me as a future customer by telling me that they would not be carrying my insurance much longer.(What I heard… We don’t give a crap about you because you might not shop here again due to your insurance.) I cannot say enough… STAYAWAYFROMTHISBUSINESS.
