I am giving her 5 stars, because she made the perfect wedding gown for me! She included me in the entire process, including the «sketching» of the gown where she incorporated the look I wanted to achieve in her design, which was pretty awesome. I loved the tulle she used (my gown had 7 layers of it), but I never itched with the material. I love the beading she did on the bodice as well. My gown was heavy (literally) from all the tulle layers, but that was cos I wanted to have a full looking gown. And she added the touch of lace which I really loved!
Since my wedding was held in Manila, she was also the one who told me how to pack the gown safely. So helpful!

Lou made a dress for my prom and I got compliments from everyone. I could say that i had the best dress that night. She added crystals that made it a stand-​out.

One star for customer service!!! I walk in on a Saturday at 6:30 pm. I see a bunch of surprised eyes of some girls in dresses, others getting ready. I notice a very bad urine odor. The surprised girls that look at me like I’m an alien ask for Lou. She comes and says: what are you looking for? I say «a dress!!!» She says I give you my card. We are actually going somewhere!!!
I think that sums up my experience. In just one word WOW!

She remade a dress for me for my senior prom. I loved it and she was great about fixing anything I didn’t like or needed adjusted. I was very happy!

She works well with you and is very accommodating. Taking my dream gown and making it better then I thought possible.

I had Lou make a dress for me and my experience with her was pleasant, but I was not in any way satisfied with her work. I went to her with a picture of the exact dress that I wanted. I figured it could not be any easier for her than to have a visual of what I expected. She asked me what kind of material I wanted to use– this should have been a red flag for me because I don’t know the first thing about making a dress nor the materials used. She made suggestions and I chose one. In the end, she blamed the outcome on the type of material I chose. I paid her $ 1400 total. I did not use the dress for the event that I needed it for. Just yesterday I found a replica of the dress online for $ 150. What a waste of money.

There are not enough character spaces here to describe in detail how HORRIFIC my experience was with this designer! Sooooo disorganized, poor quality of work, no sense of urgency — does everything last minute and rude! She was literally still working on the dresses I ordered the day before the event! Save yourself from unnecessary frustration & anger and AVOID this place!

A nice little boutique shop for wedding dresses and formal/​couture gowns. The designer is quite experienced and has been in business for more than 15 years. All items purchased here are unique as it is designed to order. Yes there are ready to wear items, but they were all designed by the designer. Because the designer is a natural born female, she understands the fit of the dress in certain parts of the female’s body. Her dresses are fit to perfection!
Her unique, one of a kind dress, with one-​on-​one personalized consultation also comes reasonably priced. Seriously! Having a dress designed for you, made to fit your body, at these prices. It’s a no brainer. At a minimum, a must try.
There is plenty of parking, but it does require a little bit of a walk. Street parking is an option, but it is best to park across the street at the Glendale Galleria.
