McDonald’s

It was great and all. The food was amazing. But I had a lot of mayo in my sandwich. But overall it was good.

A year ago, i gave a McDonald’s a 5 star review because I shared an amazing experience with my daughter. I got to pay with love by telling her I loved her very much.
I only wish that I could give a zero star review for this location. Let me start by saying that my wife, 10 yr old daughter and I LOVE McDonald’s fries. Until today. My daughter is picky about the kind of fries she eats. Soggy versus crispy, longer versus shorter, etc. Upon inspecting her fries she shows me one that has a pretty big bug imbedded into her fry. She was traumatized and chose not to eat the rest of her food. I began to inspect my food too. As did my wife. As I was about to take a drink of my Hi-​C Orange (I don’t use a lid or straw — thankful I don’t after I saw this) I notice a bug wing stuck to the side of the inside of my cup. And a bug swimming at the bottom of my cup. Insanity. Never eating here again. What is the likelihood to find bug parts in different items in the same order? (See pictures for proof)
It’s bad enough they are rude here, but to have dirty food too? I’m a local and I will make the extra drive to go elsewhere.
What would Ronald McDonald say?
Hamburglar wouldn’t steal from this place.

Javier is something extraordinary. He is an incompetent man who doesn’t understand numbers. I said give 2 cheeseburgers he gave me 4. I told him I don’t want this many cheeseburgers take 2 of them back and he took all of them back. We started arguing and payed for 4 cheeseburgers instead of 2. Javier is an incompetent arrganent man who doesn’t understand the numbers 1 — 10. Go back to school javier.

Manager Erica is the best. She will cater to whatever need you may have. Super friendly, pretty, super helpful and patient. Her customer service is ace.

The increasing branches of McDonald’s all over the world is getting bigger, along with this is the decreasing amount of good quality service, manpower and food consistency. Some evidences are:
1. Burgers — getting smaller compared to the original sizes
2. Quality service — the only focus was only on the production food without considering costumes security.
3. Manpower — only few workers that resulted delusion from preserving the name «FAST FOOD»
Drive thru is the only good option, instead of dining in, base from my own experience.

I had the worst experience ever dining in at McDonald’s. 8 cars in the drive through went ahead of me order which I was the only one in he dining room. I go up to he gentleman who took my order and ask him why Ian j still waiting for my food while 8 cars were served in the drive through. He looked at me and said I don’t know why. 2 more cars went them I couldn’t take it asked for my money back. They lost my business they’re people skills are horrible.

Dropped by for some quick breakfast. This is one of the nicer looking Micky D’s I’ve seen around. The décor is different and looks nicer and cleaner than most McDonald’s. For sure it’s obvious the owner put a lot of time and money to make this place look nice and to maintain it.
The food is as expected.

Seating area = Very nice and clean
Service = Very friendly. Someone even made rounds to the table to see if we were ok??? Pretty cool for a Micky D’s.
Restroom = Clean, but there’s always the jack-​ass etching their name on mirrors or toilet seats.

Note, this is only for drive thru service and food quality! I’ve been inside the restaurant only 1ce because the crowd of people can be shady — sometimes they hang around their cars outside giving shady looks to cars in the drive through. Not the restaurants fault… I see this kinda thing at most fast food places
I’ve picked up drive thru possibly over a dozen times and usually the food is hot, fresh, and sometimes even looks as perfect as advertised. A few times I received «rubbery» tasting nuggets, but I’m usually here for breakfast and coffee and that’s always good.
The staff is great — especially in the early morning. As far as McDonalds staff goes? These are the nicest group of people I’ve encountered. In the very few times I’ve asked for something that I felt wasn’t up to quality standard they do their best to make it right.
This is my favorite McDonald’s in all of California.

Este es el peor mgdonalds, fui a comprar 7 sándwiches y solo me dieron 6 cuando réclame la manager le pregunto ala otra manager paula y ella deforma muy déspota dijo que me avia dado todo bien, yo no quería comida gratis solo quería lo que abia pagado, después otro día pase y ella mismo me atendió le dije, tu me diste la comida mal el otro día de forma déspota y con una cara de enojo me dijo es que aveces contamos mal, esa era una respuesta estúpida, ni siquiera una disculpa ni me regresaron mi comida ni $$ son unos rateros y esa manager paula es una déspota y no sirve para manager nunca más e vuelto ni lo pienso aser al contrario los e quemado con mis amigos para que nunca bulevar no merecen ni una estrella aparte que tardan tanto

Not even a one star this store deserves. First of all drive thru should be convenient, accurate and fast. Unfortunately when I got to the window this lady handed me the paper back said Thank you and she didn’t even check if my order was complete… It sucks I paid $ 18.00+ for the whole meal and left the store with my order incomplete… Seriously I am hungry and «pissed» no time to turn around to get the burger… McDonalds need to have a serious customer service training!!! Thank you «Hazel» for handling my concern I appreciate it… But definitely not going back to this McDonald’s…

Why can’t they figure out a debit card? This is not the first time time they have asked for the PIN number to my MasterCard. Nobody gives out a pin how they have the nerve to ask is beyond me.

This is definitely the worst McDonald’s Ive ever been to. Never have I ever been to one that was so bad I wanted to rip my hair out. I went through the drive-​through and the guy took almost a minute to answer, I ordered my Large double-​quarter pounder meal and pulled up to the first window.
The car in front of me was about to drive away then backed up. I’m guessing the drink was wrong, and they we’re handed another drink. When I pulled up I payed and received my meal. I started to drive then noticed the guy gave me medium fries. I backed up and said, «Excuse me.» He didn’t respond. So then after a few times I finally yelled, «EXCUSE ME!» I told him my fries were not large and he took them. It took them almost 5 minutes and then he gave me my large fries; No apology, just gave me the fries. This McDonald’s is terrible, and I wish anyone to avoid them at all costs.

Came for a latte since i didn’t have time to park and go to Starbucks. And there wasn’t a line at this McDonalds.
What I got was lots of milk with, quite possibly, half a shot of espresso. It still looked like milk! I got it, popped the lid, took a sip and it tasted like overly sweetened milk! So I politely asked the McD’s associate to add another shot because there was no, ABSOLUTELY NO, espresso/​coffee taste. She seemed highly annoyed with the request. She must get this request a lot.
I will not be coming here again for anything coffee of the sort. I should have listened to my co worker who warned me about this! I’M SO SORRY STARBUCKS FOR BETRAYING YOU!

I like the drive-​thru service at late night. They actually have pretty good customer service.

Service sucks big time. Went this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich via the drive though and when I arrived at my office I noticed they didn’t put egg on the sandwich. That passed me off that you pay full price but you get cheated!
Either the staff is incompetent, understaffed or perhaps the company feels if they jult so many customers in the drive thru, They we will save money because those folks will be long gone… Either way, it’s just bad service…

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been. Salad is never fresh, chicken ALWAYS tastes bad, burgers and sandwiches taste different from other McDonald’s and by different I mean BAD, the proportion of ingredients is different from other McDonald’s, also you have to double check your order everytime, because they screw orders a lot. I don’t to this specific McDonalds anymore. I don’t understand how the headquarters let this happen. I’d rather go to the one near my work place at Sylmar, much much better.

I used to work here and let me tell you — this place is crap!
They spit in your food, they use patties and nuggets that may have fallen on the floor, which (let me tell you) isn’t cleaned often (If ever). People have sex in the freezer and refrigerator downstairs on top of things that people are eventually going to eat.
There are many more problems with this place, so do yourself a favor and stay far away! Heck, go across the street to Burger King or of course Unilocal a «better» McDonLds.

This review is based PURELY on my experience that I LOVE with this specific McDonalds. You ask me why? Well I get FREE stuff here EVERY TIME! WooHoo! Now let me explain how: the staff here is so outrageously undertrained that they ALWAYS mix up orders on drive through! I do occasionally drive-​thru for a salad, frape or a wrap and ALWAYS get either someone else’s hamburger, fries, coffee, drink, hashbrowns… muahahah … stupidly I do not check my orders (bad habit I know), I just wanna get my food and get out of there and almost every time I get surprised with something extra that person before or after me should have gotten. Just like those Kinder chocolate egg surprises: D
So I am not going to complain about this (but in reality I hope they notice this 5 star review, GET HAPPY then get their staff’s shit together so they don’t mess up poor people’s orders). I wonder where would the world be if McDonald’s started to deliver… O_​O

Now I used to be a big Mc Dee’s fan before I had to diet, but every now and then I can indulge in some calories LOL…
I have visited this Md Dee’s a few times and must say the food is as expected from any Mc Dee’s out there. The people who work here were pleasantly nice and are always running around cleaning after the Armenian’s, who come here and leave their trash on the table for others to pick up after them. Lazy Bastards.
Not that I am a racist because I am far from it, but I have come to find these Armo’s who visit & sit their asses in Mc Dee’s for hours at a time speaking as loudly as they can in their language. They should be using their inner voices not their yelling across the street voices. I find that to be rude as hell, so if your looking for a Mc Dee’s to just relax & eat this is not the place for you with all the commotion they do. They are usually in packs, groups, etc.
This Mc Dee’s offers Free Wi-​Fi and that is a plus, as I have also came here to use it on occasion just to get out the house and do some work or farting around the net. The extra plus is that they stay open all night. I was once there till 2am. At 12 midnight I thought i was going to finally get approached that they will be closing up the inside dine area but it never came. I finally looked at what time it was and to my amazement it was 2am. So if your looking for a late night hang out with Free Wi-​Fi, this is your place. Also the Armo’s tend to leave by 11pm back to their wives LOL… so peace & quite finally…

This review is strictly for the coffee.
When I lived in Burbank full time, I use to get my coffee fix in the morning from this drive through before I jumped on the 5 to fight traffic on the way to the office.
Last weekend, as I was in town. Before my mom and I got on the road to Palm Springs, we got our coffee here. As always, fresh and they listen to your instructions. I love that they mix it for you as well. The girls at the window are very nice and funny which makes it a nice stop in the morning.
