I give 5 starts to the sandwich maker in there tonight with the huge gauge ear plugs. He’s very polite, he does things with finesse, and he seems to know his job pretty well. Sadly the over all look of this store is tore up and dirty. Unfortunately the tuna sandwich I had made me feel sick immediately after eating it. I live with regret right now. I have had it here before with no issues. I really do question this store sometimes on cleanliness. I think they need a new glass counter and to step up their game. The last time I came here the bathroom was nasty. Thumbs down. But the guy who made my food is awesome. He’s not the problem.

Service was good and friendly. I would recommend this Subway. They have done a lot of improvements from a year or 2 ago. So it is much better nowadays.

I asked for honey oat bread it’s not there and chicken any type not there and few veggie are over. Since most of items are over don’t know why the shop is open. The lattuce are in green and light brown color, Don’t waste u r money.

I was on my way to my cousins house and i had to stop somewhere around the area to grab some subway! This place is actually nicer than other subway stores. It’s very clean and the workers are very friendly. Right when i walked in, I was greeted by a young man and woman. The guy helped me and was very polite. I personally like this subway a lot better than the one by my house! Yes, its new and that might be the reason for its cleanliness but i really do like it a lot!:) When in the area i will be back for more!

Francisco served us tonight and he showed us nothing but great service! The Francisco that I had mentioned in my old post was not the same Francisco tonight. Someone may have used his name tag the last time.

Whoever is in charge of this location needs to update the cards swipers. Cannot use subway gift cards here. What’s the point? I have a $ 20 gift card that is useless unless I can use it. Also– blaring headache-inducing techno on radio? I’ll pass.

Don’t even bother stepping into this subway. My friend and I walked in and we were the only customers who were inside. Took us 35 minutes to get our salads! 4 people were working. There is no reason as soon as we walked in 1 employee walked over to help us and the other 3 stood around chatting it up in Spanish. All of a sudden 2 of the employees began racking the chips rack. Really? Because it takes 2 people to rack chips. I asked 3 times if I could place my order and they just looked at me and proceeded to speak in Spanish amongst each other. Worst customer service ever!!! Never again.

Those plastic gloves. Are they supposed to be used to protect the person making the sandwich? This woman that made my sandwich just now, was wearing the gloves when I went to place my order. The bread I asked for wasn’t available so she went to the back. With those same gloves she left with, she came back out with a tray of bread put it in the rack and took one to make my sandwich. Then she proceeded to make my sandwich with those same gloves. Had to go to the fridge to get more meat… same gloves. Put the meat on my sandwich, same gloves. I’m really glad she took them off to take my money at the register. I hope if the owner or management sees this review. The employees need to understand that it’s not sanitary to operate and open things with the same gloves you use to make the customers sandwich. In addition, there was a hard peanut in my sandwich. Representative of an olive pit. Sigh… I’ll post the picture.

This place used to be Pop-eyes, then Kentucky Style Fried Chicken, and now Subway. I wonder if the owners are the same… This place sucks! I go here ONLY because it’s walking distance from my work and I don’t have to drive for lunch. Workers here are always vague, it’s always understaffed and overall there is a very unhappy atmosphere here. They have this online ordering thingy now where you place your orders online then go pick up without waiting in the line. I tried it today and when I got there 2 – 3 minutes after the time they told me to go pick up the sandwiches, I STILL waited a good 10 minutes because they started preparing them when I walked in… so pretty much the same thing as just walking in… ugh I don’t know, I prefer to go to the one on San Fernando in the Severn Eleven plaza, it’s just the convenience of this place is the ONLY plus.

Sigh. I’ve lived in this neck of the woods since birth. I have seen so many businesses come and go in this very spot. This was the very first time I ever stepped foot inside here. I must have visited this Subway on a bad day. I just so happened to be craving a cold cut combo on that very day and since I was dropping my daughter off at her grandparents house in this neck of the woods, I thought why the hell not. Smallest of the small parking lot here, you share it with a pretty popular liquor store and a laundromat. I was lucky to find parking. That particular day was buy one sandwich, get one sandwich for free. The place was completely packed. Ugh. Honestly, I have really seen one customer inside this place(when it was other fast food places), so it was refreshing to see it that full. Sadly, the couple that was in front of me was so incredibly rude, I almost threw up all over the place. I was shocked. Never in my life had I ever seen any two people mistreat employees the way that these two did. A middle aged husband and wife were ordering about 15 sandwiches. Seriously, the employees did an amazing job trying to accommodate all of their needs, and as frustrating as the line was behind these two people(I was the lucky person to be directly behind them), they were very gracious and polite. Finally the last two of their sandwiches were being made and one of the workers asked me what I wanted. The woman that was in front of me very rudely retorted that her turn was not over yet so I couldn’t order yet. Then she yelled at the poor girl that was making her sandwich and said«I SAIDTUNA! NOTTURKEY! CAN’T YOUHEAR?!» My mouth was agape for probably two minutes. Then the woman said«aren’t you going to ask me if I want those toasted? yes, I need them toasted». The girl put the stuff in the toaster and came back to apologize to the woman, the woman replied«uhhuh». My sandwich was done by the time her last sandwiches came out of that toaster and when I went in front of her to pay, she told me that it wasn’t my turn yet again! The manager came up to the floor to supervise finally and he was standing by the cashier(I now believe he was there because he knew the kid that was at cashier still needed heavy training). He not only tried to give me the wrong sandwiches, but he rang me up wrong. Thus, leaving the man and lady that were in front of me very, very upset that they had to wait for me to pay. Sigh. Why can’t people ever work the cash register the right way? On my way back to my car, the parking lot was completely full and there was a line of cars waiting to park. Hello people! No spots means no spots! It doesn’t matter how long you wait there! It took me almost 5 minutes to get out of that small parking lot because people just don’t know what they’re doing. And beware of the slew of traffic from the Starbucks across the street. People will still turn left into that lot even though there’s a no left hand turn sign, which may cause you to have to sit and wait to get out of this lot.
