Starbucks

Coffee taste is deferent than any other Starbucks coffee shops I tried them many times because they are close to my house. I drink dark roast every day anytime and i know exact taste of dark roast coffee, I told them many times but no results. I’ll try to ask corporate office to check their coffee quality.

Still my favorite Starbucks! I’ve been sitting here for a few hours and I love that Sam has checked up on how I’m doing a couple times :) Love the whole staff here. I’ve dragged my friends out of their café’s and into this one because I know they are not going to be disappointed ! #Starbucks6814!!! Whoop Whooop

My friends and I visit this Starbucks often since it’s basically the only one that’s not crowded. It’s a great place to do our homework and the staff is super friendly. They are like a second family. Sam the barista just knows what he’s doing. Definitely only person that gets any and every drink right. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll probably keep coming back.
Thank you Sam and the rest of the staff for making us feel at home. You guys are the best!

Finally! A big Starbucks with plenty of seating! Most Bucks don’t have any seating or tables which is horrible and annoying. The food is standard and so is the coffee… no complaints there to be honest. Just wanted to write this note.

Just asked for cup of water and respons was you have to wait in line she told me in a voice that scared evry one in the store I was like ok… And then the other barista told me here is ur water and and through the straw at me!! at the same time the first barista told me I have to leave, my wife looks at me and tells me we have water in the car! What a bad experience we had there I don’t know what is going on someone from the mangment need to look into it these baristas have attitude problem! That’s not right I don’t think the owner will like
made my day sad didn’t even injoy my coffee!

Great customer service! Parking is hard to find but its worth it. The quality of drinks and pastries is the best!!!

Echo’ing other Unilocalers’ reviews, great location to stay awhile comfortably. Friendly and efficient service. Got my slow roasted Ham & Swiss promptly and extra hot Pumpkin spice latte within 5mins.
Nice to have tables spread around with floor to ceiling windows for natural light. This seems to be a pretty popular location with an ongoing come and go of customers. Luckily parking is a breeze with the huge parking lot. Will def come back here when I’m in the area.

This has been my go to Starbucks for years and years now and I love it, I make a stop here atleast once a day. shout out to Kathy for always being so kind and welcoming, most of the workers are great except for one. Regardless love this location

Needs to hire more staff. ASAP! Waiting for a drink for 10 min is not OK. The baristas that are there work in slow motion for some reason. Too many occurrences service needs to be revamped.

This is one awesome Starbucks. A little small but still awesome. The baristas are so nice and welcoming! They always make my drinks just the way I like it and want to make sure their customer is satisfied!

One of my favorite locations is this one. Big parking lot, plenty of seating, and right in the middle of everything. Great big windows makes for natural light that’s perfect for reading. The place can get hot when the sun goes down so if you’re planning to set up shop there, make sure you can dress appropriately for the heat.
As usual, the service is great and everyone there seems to be very friendly. My suggestion is that if you are coming in and find street parking on your way there, grab it because sometimes parking can be a bit distant.

I love this Starbucks ! The best in the entire Los Angeles area! Kathy, the manager, and Lori and all other employees there are just amazing … And … Above all … No Homeless hanging around inside this place !! Amazing … Keep up the good work …

This Starbucks is a little bit smaller than some other ones I’ve been to but it’s still worth coming.
The staff is great and my soy vanilla latte was delicious.
The only down side is they don’t have the clover coffee. Typically a little better than their pile roast I usually get the clover coffee.
So naturally I went and asked for the clover coffee. The girl had no idea what I was talking about… she literally said, «what is a clover?» So I said never mind and explained what it was… ie a reverse French press yadda yadda yadda… She just kind of looked at me like I was stupid rolled her eyes and told me, I guess we could ground up coffee for you.
I’m glad Starbucks educates their employees regarding the product they make their money from.
Grounding up coffee and pouring water over it is called a pour over.
Grounding up coffee for the clover is a single cup brewing system that incorporates a French press and well as a vacuum pot.
And to think I had three interviews at Starbucks and still wasn’t hired.
Other wise everyone else was super nice and the atmosphere is typical.

Best Starbucks by far! Nice staff and very quick to get your order ready! The place is at a very good location the other starbucks locations are usually creepy but I love this one

First time ever at this Starbucks. I place an order for a Venti Caramel Macchiatto and I get a grande. I simply tell the barista that I had ordered a Venti. I paid for a Venti I should get a Venti, right? No big deal, right? She just looks at me and literally rolls her eyes, takes the drink, turns around and asks someone for a Venti cup. Alright. Few minutes later she calls out my order and I go to grab my drink and I make sure to say thank you and she just looks at me with so much attitude and no response, no «You’re welcome», or «Have a good day», nothing! What the heck. Customer service and satisfaction are clearly not a priority here. 2 stars because the drink was «meh». There are plenty of other Starbucks and coffee places in the area to welcome you with a friendly face. Never coming back.

Located in a plaza, right next to Jons market. There’s plenty of parking in their private lot. The Starbucks is clean and there are plenty of tables to sit and relax. The service is pretty quick, but the employees aren’t as nice as other locations. This Starbucks location will suffice if you just want to get in, order, and get out.

Gotta get my fix — daily. But there’s no outdoor seating! All that room wasted. The baristas are the best. The quality never strays, but parking can be difficult.

I love this Starbucks for a few reasons:
1. Their barista is friendly and totally killer. If you’re a regular, they totally know what you want, if you order a few things on the reg, they remember those things too. If they get your order wrong (which has happened to me maybe twice in the years I’ve been a customer), they are very quick to graciously give you a card for a free beverage on your next visit.
2. They understand that Starbucks gold card members have the need to pay separately for items at times so they can gain their stars, and they don’t complain about it (just try not to do it when the line is super long).
3. The place is super clean all the time, so is the condiment bar. Super spacious as well.
My only complaint here is that the parking stinks, and honestly, the location sort of does too. Being located next to a Jons Market makes it extremely difficult to get your coffee fix on the weekends and during busy times of the day. Sometimes it is so impossible, and such a hassle, that I avoid this place all together. Not to mention, this place is the capital of car crashes inside the business, I know this is not Starbucks’ fault though. People like to loiter in the parking lot and take up a single space so they can smoke and drink their coffee. No desire to move for someone that would like to park there. However, this does not deter me from vising this place, as it is just down the street from my house. When you need your coffee, you need your coffee.

This Starbucks is A-​OK. It’s a chill environment, and has lots of parking due to sharing a lot with a supermarket.
Good place to wait if you arrive early in Glendale for a meet up.
