Parking isn’t the best here and it gets really crowded. The staff is over all nice but I came across one that made me feel like I had no idea what i was ordering. He was rude with a smile on his face. I didn’t let it bug me but when my drink came out too sweet and got my order wrong, I pretty much will avoid this Starbucks location unless I really had to.

For being one of the busiest Starbucks on the block and having 6, yes 6 people majority of the time behind the counter they are still SLOW! Hire people that make time efficient with handling the lines. You don’t need two people warming up pastries, what you do need is 3 people making different drinks(mind you, people that know how to make drinks) and 2 cashiers. Done!

As a Starbucks addict, I love getting Starbucks when I can. The parking at this location can get pretty packed and sometimes it’s hard to find a spot. This location gets busy during rush hours, 9 am, 3 pm and 5 pm. But even during rush hour they do a great job to keep you satisfied with your drink. This is one of the ONLY Starbucks locations I’ve gone to that I’ve never had a problem with my order not being exactly what I ordered. It’s just a refreshing change for once. Keep up the great service guys.

This is my favorite starbucks spot! I love coffee and am a starbucks maniac by the way! I’ve tried almost every single drink they have and can say with confidence that this location has the best baristas and the fastest service. The people who work there are all very nice and outgoing! It’s also a very chill spot, not too loud, and has a nice design inside as well as tables outside.

The Starbucks menu is fairly standardized so there isn’t much to say, except when they make mistakes. Unfortunately, they used milk in my drink instead of the soy I ordered and paid extra for. I know mistakes happen, but it’s not a minor thing for a lot of people who are allergic. It’s the equivalent of food poisoning. When I had the time later that day to bring it back, the barista didn’t even apologize. I realize he’s not personally responsible for a drink earlier in the day, but it’s really the least you can do to give a half hearted apology.

Nice employees. They make my macchiato to perfection every time. But don’t come here if you’re in a rush to get to work and don’t have much time or don’t order off your Starbucks app. Seems like they’re usually under staffed in the mornings and the baristas move super slow.

Coffee — always good. Staff — friendly. Location — not my favorite. I swear this place is always busy, it’s like a club I’m not a part of. The«I have a seat» club. Also today there is a loud continuous high pitch beep noise. So all things considered this is one of the worst Starbucks experiences of my life, but still pretty darn good. I’m listening to to Tyler, the Creator and sipping on some iced delight. It’s a great afternoon!

This store has excellent service. They make it a point to know my name and even my kids! They have improved the seating. This isn’t the coziest store, but they do what they can with the smaller space. We frequent this store and love it.

The line is long but moves really fast. I was debating what to order, the sweet Asian girl suggested the new Summer’s berry frappuccino. It was soooo good! Wish this location was open 24⁄7. The staff here is super friendly.

So I stop by here before going to the Los Angeles Zoo the other day and my phone was acting very glitchy so I was trying to reload my Starbucks card well it was taking way too long so I just voluntarily step to the side so I can hop onto their Wi-Fi but really short asian chick said don’t worry about it it’s on the house from us don’t worry Don’t go go through the trouble… She was so nice with the customers after me too They were like foreign from somewhere else and they didn’t know what Karamel was so she kindly explain that and I asked if they wanted something else on it they went on their way smiley all happy… She even spelled my name right… Best customer service at a Starbucks I’ve ever had… And I go to Starbucks daily multiple times bc my job.

Cody, he’s amazing. Seriously such a genuine interaction. I really wish getting coffee at 10pm or late night was always this refreshing. Thank you!

Where do I begin!!! I have been going to Starbucks for as long as I can remember and not once have I been so disgusted by the behavior of the barista taking my order. Scratch that, never has any employee anywhere been so rude and just plain disrespectful as this guy. Saturday(4th of July) my cousins and I decide to go to Starbucks around 2pm, one of my cousins is here from out of state and not that it was a big deal but I wanted the drinks to be my treat, so I handed Craig my card and said«heres this to get it out of the way» and during this time my cousin handed him a $ 100 bill. What does he do? He throws her money back at her and throws my card in the tip jar. At first I assumed haha its a joke but the look on his face said otherwise so I just took my card and began the order, I ask if they had a certain beverage they usually keep in the refrigerator he rudely answers no. I proceed to place the rest of my order and when I finished I asked if he can now take my card and just handed him my card. Then when I ask him for his name he does not give me his name, he just keeps asking if theres more he can do.(His name wasn’t clearly written on his tag) so I ask him again and he tells me his name is Craig. I straight out told him he needs to work on his customer service skills as his behavior was uncalled for. He was the rudest person I have EVER encountered. I get it, it was 4th of July, but how is that my problem that he has to work?!? Or why would it even be a problem, I’m sure he’s getting paid accordingly. I was so annoyed that I have shared this story with all those close to me who frequent this Starbucks and my husband who is a regular there and knows the manager will be having a convo with her as this is NOT the way customers should be treated. I wish I coulda given them negative stars.

This is a pretty decent Starbucks, but I prefer the one by Pass Ave. This Starbucks can get pretty busy, and their WiFi seems to be spotty. There’s not much to say about their food and drink quality. It’s consistent with the thousands of other Starbucks. The service however is great, even at 6am, which is impressive. The overall experience is average compared to most other Starbucks.

I usually go to coffee bean but I went to Starbucks today since it was closer to where I was going. It was super crowded and a bit dirty. But the coffee was good.

Not sure why someone stormed out saying«I am SO tired», but I’ve been here several times now and quite enjoyed myself. Everyone working seems to be sweet and focused. They’ve nailed my order each time and have never given me a reason to complain. It’s not quite as aesthetically pleasing as other locations, but it’s also way less crowded. Me gusta.

Love this location! friendly and helpful staff. yay! I came in, jumped in line and didn’t have to wait long till it was my turn to order(which can be the case at other locations). The little lot in front is always packed so I parked in the ralphs lot :).

This is my go-to Starbucks. It’s close to my workplace(I’m lucky) and the workers are just super friendly and always happy. They remember people by their first names which I think adds that personal touch. Love it here!

Not a bad Starbucks, average and A-OK. Do not try to park in the mini lot right in front of it — that is pretty chaotic, especially in the mornings. The side strip on the right hand side generally has parking and is a lot more stress free. Little patio in the front, generally doesn’t have much of a wait once you are inside.

Stopped in within 10 minutes from closing and the friendly staff was polite and attentive. Ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, just love the rich creamy taste of caramel, milk & coffee. The whip cream makes it more delicious. Glad they closed at 10:30pm where other Starbucks around the area close at 10pm. Needed that fix and these guys were open to satisfy my need of my Frappuccino. Will return. Plenty of parking as well.
