So sad we need to give at least a star to review! We had a very very bad experience with the manager named«Maria». Since when can a manager yell at customers? We were asking questions about the $ 20 family fill up and all she did was yell! We were requesting to have more of the thigh part since we do not want white meat, she said in a yelling voice«I will give you 5 thighs and 3 legs today only! I’m not supposed to do this and I’m only doing it today! Then we asked about the 3 large sides that go with it, then she said yelling again and looked angry… «I can only do 2 large mashed potato and coleslaw!!!» At that point we just left! Point is we bought same thing a few weeks ago and we got 6 thighs 2 legs and sides of our choice with no problem. So what’s the deal now with manager Maria? We left and went to a different store and had a pleasant experience, specially to consider it was Easter Sunday. Calling on the owner of this branch, please have your manager Maria learn«manners 101» and«etiquette 101» she was just too rude to let this pass without saying anything.

I LOVEKFC! But not this store! My orders are always missing something! The gravy used to be thick and saucy now it’s watery! An extra order of large gravy that isn’t even really large is overpriced at almost $ 4.00 each! You call their number, nobody answers! When you ask for chicken and thighs only they’ll give you mixed or whatever is left… so don’t bother!

I see all the negative reviews but I’ve had yet to have a bad experience. I’ve gone four times and every time I’ve had a pleasant experience between the employees being friendly and the food being fresh. The only thing I hate is how the drive-through is designed. It’s a bit wonky to enter and get out. Other than that, I love this location.

I don’t know why they have this location open. You walk in and the workers are clueless of who comes in. You stand there politely thinking someone will help you after they are fine with one task. WRONG! Then when you ask to order they have a blank stare. People who can’t multi task shouldn’t work in a service environment

Went here 3 times and all 3 times something has gone wrong so I am no longer coming here. My recent time coming here placed an order they over charged me, forgot the sauce and had a mix up on my order. I talked to the person that took the order and they said they didn’t know. Yet they took the order so this person should have known. Then after all that the chicken was dry. Wasn’t tasty at all. Other visits they were out of stock on some chicken and also overcharged me. I order something and they charged like $ 10 more and I said this particular meal was what I wanted and the price was right on the menu yet they still charged $ 10 more.

I tried to order the family feast twice this week before the coupon expired but the first time they didn’t have breast or drumsticks the second time they said it would take 20 min. What’s up with this kfc.

This is in re: $ 20 Special Check out their gravy size… When they say large, this place gives you a small gravy. Lol! KFC stated large gravy but the employees in this store gives you a small. No common sense. Can someone at KFC Management explain how one small gravy be use to two large mash potato… Please correct this mistake. U need two small gravy for the two large mash potato… U don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. Anyway and foremost avoid this place if you can, employees lacks customer services and thru act ghetto! This KFC deserve and is definitely a negative star! You have been warned!

Good kfc. I get better, crispier chicken when I go to the stand one(non-taco bell) locations. It’s like having shampoo and conditioner in the same bottle. Neither work very well. So, I would recommend this one over the Taco Bell/kfc locations. Went into the restaurant and it was reasonably clean. I thought that the food came quickly and the staff wasn’t bad. It’s fast food, so my expectations are always a little lower when it come to service. But, they weren’t bad. Good food, chicken was crispy and fresh. Would come back.

I wanna go here more often. I love chicken wings, but they never seem to have them. So I try calling ahead but that doesn’t work either.

Worse experience of my life first they didn’t have what I wanted how weird cause it’s on your menu and it’s only 10:50 am then before I can even finish my order the lady was like drive up to the window I felt as if they just wanted me gone customer service here sucks and they act like if the hot sauce comes out there paycheck real stingy with it. I for sure will never Come back here again.

This review is solely for the fact that it is open in New Years. One can’t go wrong with finger licking goodness! The 10 cars at the drive through with me agree.

There is something wrong with this KFC. Actually, numerous things wrong. It’s a take-out only store. You can’t eat there. The building is essentially a kitchen with a counter and a drive-thru window. It’s like the Chic-fil-A on highland and sunset, minus the amenities and the faux southern charm. And by «amenities», I mean anyplace to sit. If you don’t want to take it home, then picnic at the park across the street. The service here is even worse than Café Bravo next door. No one wants to take your order. Wait times are ridiculous for your genetically modified frankenbirds. It must be an awful place to work because the hand-scrawled«help wanted» sign is posted out front much of the time. Turnover is apparently high. The food here is no better nor worse than any other KFC. It’s a pale facsimile of what it was when Col. Sanders was alive, but once in a while I still crave it. The original recipe is still mighty tasty.

They NEVEREVER have chicken available. EVERYSINGLE time I go there they make me wait ATLEAST35 to 40 minutes, and almost every single time they try to sell me something else because for one reason or another they are out of product. Im hoping someone from corporate reads this so they can rip the owner along with his/her staff a new one. I can go on, but you get the point. P. S. Ignore the one star, I had no choice

Such a weird KFC. From the outside, the restaurant looks like a decent size, but when you walk in, you’re greeted with a counter and kitchen with no indoor seating. Huh? Also, I used a coupon for my order and the cashier didn’t even ask me if I wanted original, crispy or grilled so I was left with three pieces of original. Thanks for the great service! I probably won’t be coming back… I’ll be getting my fried chicken elsewhere.

A recent Halloween I, for some reason now unknown to me, decided to dress as one Honorary Colonel of Kentucky, Harland Sanders, purveyor of pressure fried chicken and secret herbs and spices. I thought the garb might be a little vague, but no, oh no how wrong was I. Flocks of people came up to me, called me Colonel and either praised or panned my poultry, seemingly unaware that I had as little to do with the little cabin in Corbin. I imagine this spectacled southerner, to be re-commissioned as an honorary colonel had to have had something special, well-known for fried chicken in a place well-known for fried chicken. But it was only recently that I revisited the Colonel’s and was thoroughly unimpressed. I thought only to mention it after they touted their Zagat rating recently and I know they have a bit of a following, but it is nothing special and hardly worthy of braggadocio or cult-like revere. No pop, no real flavor, falling apart everywhere. Strangely, that day at Disney we dined at the Carnation Café on none other than fried chicken. It’s never good when the Disneyland variety is better. Unless you’re talking about the corn dogs, they have that down. But more on that later…

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 piece crispy strips. THe lady asked if I can wait 4 minutes, and I said sure. A few minutes later, she told me to pull my car over to the parking lot because someone behind me has to pay and that she’ll give me my order after it’s done, so I went to the parking lot. My baby was being a bit fussy, so after the lady gave me my order, I drove off to home. When I got home, I was soooo unimpressed by my order. I’ve concluded that they did not have any strips at that time, so they did not even a half-assed job with my order. The box was completely soaked through, and each strip was half the size that it was supposed to be. There was barely any crisp to them, and the meat was tough and extremely chewy. That was totally not worth my moneys. If I was pregnant, I would have cried. Oh wait, I did, and I’m not pregnant anymore.
