Starbucks

My mom and I stopped by to pick up drinks to go… we went inside since the drive thru line looked long. We’re pretty understanding since we knew the drive thru was busy and there was only –one– barista making drinks. Even though there was one employee strictly taking drive thru orders and two other employees off to the side just socializing. I’m not sure how this particular Starbucks manages work flow but it appeared the one lone barista could have used some assistance. I noticed the average wait time was beginning to flash red for the drive thru as well. Eventually my drink was made but then the girl completely forgot my mom’s drink. Which became obvious when the couple who ordered quite sometime after us got both their drinks. We saw a drink sitting in the blender which we realized was my mom’s. The girl at one point appeared to recall the drink, blended it a few more times and then forgot it again making other drinks. When we notified another employee about the situation she asked if we would still want to taste it to see if it was ok… we politely asked for it to be remade. When we finally got the drink… there was no service recovery or anything. I work in service industry as well and the very least I was looking for was a «sorry about the wait.» Literally nothing. A quick stop turned into a 15 – 20 min wait. I hate writing negative reviews but this was pretty disappointing since my mom was getting upset and we ended up being late to an appointment. Drinks were on average and as expected.

I go through and get an iced tea on average 2 times a week (for the past year or so), generally from this location because it is closest to my house. When I went there last week I ordered my tea and I was at the window watching them make it (I could see the girl but not the drink or what she was doing) and it seemed to take longer than usual. When she opened the window I asked her if it had been sweetened. She said that yes the iced tea ALWAYS comes sweetened and you have to specify that you do not want it sweetened.
Okay SERIOUSLY??? When you order coffee does it automatically come with cream and sugar or do they ask before putting it in??? I did not order SWEET Tea I ordered ICED Tea! She was not very nice about it and even asked me if I wanted to try it first before they made a new one. Really?
So I am done getting Iced Tea from Starbucks I will stick with Dutch Bros or make my own :(

Terribly slow service EVERY TIME. Doesn’t matter what time of day. No such thing as picking up a quick coffee here. I got stuck in the drive thru once for 20 minutes with 2 cars infront of me and had to listen to my newborn cry the whole time. Quicker to go into Safeway and use their Starbucks.

This place is disgusting. There is trash all over the floor and in the bathroom, the trash cans are all overflowing, the baristas are talking loudly and negatively about customers and there is no seating.

Worst Starbucks yet. Rude and argumentative staff, told no black tea and cold oatmeal. The parking lot was full of trash. Several people turned the patio into an off leash dog park. Never again.

Terrible terrible customer service at this location! Waited for over 15 minutes for a latte! Which would not have been a big deal but of the 5 – 6 people working there ONE girl was actually busy. The kid at the drive thru was texting, the older lady at the register was standing off to the side talking to two employees that had already clocked out and another girl was taking a break. There were 4 people in the store total, 2 were waiting on drinks. Unbelievable… I felt bad for the one girl who was actually working her tail off making drinks. Never again at this Starbucks.

I have tried this location several times, not a typical Starbucks. Never seems customer oriented, always closes early, sometimes with people at the door. We were told thirty minutes before they were to close, they would make our coffee but we would have to take it to go. Previous visit I asked for cream for my coffee, there was none out they came back with a gallon of milk and set it on the counter and walked away. They have lost my business.

No one in the dining room but yet I waited well over 15 minutes for my tea. The cashier could have helped what looked like the only person working, Instead she spent her time socializing with some guy. Super slow for no reason.

So I hit a Starbucks every single day of the week. I normally get my order to go or go through the drive thru. This was my first time at this location and it will be the last time. They were not busy inside but all of the tables were dirty. I had to wipe off my own table and chair. And it was so cold inside you needed a parka. It was actually warmer outside where it is 65°. Very disappointing for a Starbucks fan.

I love how close this location is to us however it is the slowest moving and always good us my order. This morning, it was SLOW yet again, both our Venti coffee lattes were Luke warm, not even hot and the worst part they were BOTH ¾ full!

Literally the worlds slowest Starbucks on earth. No matter what time of day or what day of the week. Idk what these baristas are doing wrong or differently then other drive thru locations, but this is ridiculous! I got in line at 10:04am. It’s now 10:12am and I have yet to even place my drink order! It would probably be faster to drive to the other drive thru location 10 minutes away from my house. They are always nice at the window but NEVER apologize for the long waits. They really need to be retrained on how to handle the drive thru window properly. I can understand back ups once in awhile, but not every single attempt at the store. This was my last time coming to this location, I will visit the 7^th st and bell road drive thru location instead from now on because they always have my order in and in out of the drive thru no longer then 10 minutes.

Service here was slow. The girl that took our order took three extra minutes with every person! There was only one barista and one register! It was 8:30AM and full of people! You would think they would have more staff! Finally the barista opened a second register and started to take orders, but then it’s like, who’s making the coffee?

This is by far, the slowest Starbucks in the country, possibly the world! Even the home shop in Seattle is faster.
Wait of average 15min just about 95% of the time.

I like this one because it has a drive-​thru – which is pretty much always packed. But the location and way it’s situated is awkward. Cars will back the drive thru line up and block people in their spaces instead of getting off their fat butts and walking in. Always busy, generally fast, always good service.

Absolutely aweful store will NOT return. Drive through service is very unpleasant. Employees give us a tall size when we asked for a grande and gives us next to no cream when we asked. Tasted aweful and aweful customer service will not recommend to anyone will not return. If I could give fewer stars I would.

1 star for actually having a drive-​thru and 1 star for the drinks tasting OK. The service (at least drive-​thru) is terrible. Not sure what the girl’s name is, but the light brown haired worker has a rude, insincere personality and you can tell she hates working at Starbucks. She probably shouldn’t work at a place that involves serving people face-​to-​face constantly. I will gladly get out of my car and get Starbucks at Happy Valley Towne Center.

My teas were fine — but the staff member who helped me was really rude, will not be coming to this particular Starbucks again. Long brunette girl with glasses — learn some customer service, thx!

But I love the drive thru here. Long lines, but it moves quickly… sometimes. :) it’s smaller than usual. Very clean, great bartista here.

Slowest SB ever! The staff spends too much chatting and they placed, what seems to be the least experienced person, on the register in the morning rush. It took her 10 minutes to ring up 2 ppl.

I’ve been to many starbucks locations but this one is my favorite right now. In the mornings it does get a lot of traffic and it does take longer to get to the window. But my coffee always tastes good. Anything I get always has the right flavors that I like. They do know how to make good coffee and the staff is really friendly
