After getting a new phone for Christmas and needing to have my info switched from my old phone to the new one, I headed into this T Mobile to get it done. Actually I had horrible customer service at a T Mobile closer to home, and the associate said he couldn’t help me with my new phone. Erik at this store greeted us politely and never said anything negative about my phone as the person at the other store did. Erik was very helpful and had all my info transferred from my old phone to the new one in no time. He also taught me a few things about my new phone, and taught us both a bit about the cell phone industry and where we are going. He was very understandable that not everyone’s cell phone needs are the same, and that there are many age groups and needs. He told me where I could get some informational guides about androids, to do some additional learning. He also taught me about the memory card that my old phone didn’t have, but that was an option with the new phone. We were very grateful for the wonderful customer service. Went to this location and had a welcoming greeting and friendly interaction with all the people working. The manager was sweet and kept checking on our situation. I’m loving the switch from Verizon and the unlimited data is great.

Yesterday, November 3, 2015, my partner and I visited this store for an issue we are having with an HTCDESIRE. We purchased 4 cellular phones in August From another T-Mobile store in the Phoenix Area. We have had an issue with this phone since we purchased it. We are members of the JUMP program. We were close to this store, shopping and went in to see if T-Mobile would do something for the second time for this issue. The first time T-Mobile replaced it with a refurbished HTCDESIRE. Approximately three weeks ago. The second HTCDESIRE has started malfunctioning with the same issue. It will not recognize the memory cards. HTCDESIRE says the memory cards are«damaged». We have purchased 4 memory cards from different makers and various sizes which result in the same issue. Being a member of the«Jump» program, we had hoped that T-Mobile would credit us the amount paid for the HTC-DESIEE. $ 180.00 cash with monthly payments of $ 1.30 till balance paid in full. Due to like most people these days with less than perfect credit.(His case being on disability). The sales person ALI, felt it was his duty to make credit issues the reason. When in fact the HTCDESIRE malfunction is the issue. We asked for credit for what was paid for the HTCDESIRE toward the purchase of a new phone of a different maker and model, since the HTCDESIRE. is only approximately 4 months old. ALI informed me that since my credit was not stellar that all T-Mobile will do is pay the balance of $ 30.00 on the HTCDESIRE and We will have to pay full price for a new phone of our choice. We were told this is T-Mobile policy and he could do nothing more than return the HTC-DESIRE for the second refurbished HTC-DESIRE. To make myself perfectly clear, I, like alot of Americans, don’t have perfect credit, for one reason or another. Disability in our case. If you go to this store do not work with Keenan. He cheated me out of almost $ 200 by sticking insurance on 2 cheap phones I bought for my parents. He’s a real piece of work and I look forward to karma coming to kick his ass. The insurance he stuck on were on phones that were only $ 120. The deductible was $ 100 and the phone value was $ 100 in their system. How does a person even sleep at night with adding that kind of crap to someone’s account knowing full well they are being taken advantage of.

There are several close stores to my home, but I decide to drive 20+ minutes just to deal with«ROB L.» :) I followed him from another store closer to mine, but it seems«Rob Levine» goes out of his way to help and take care of my needs as a phone and data user. If there is a line of customers for Rob, I don’t mind waiting either as opposed to using another sales person.

I was having an issue with my old Galaxy… I headed in after work to see what we could do… bottom line is I could get a new phone or try to fix mine. I was helped by Kevin & he was more than helpful. Explained everything, went over prices with me… and even helped my husband get a new iPhone as well. I will return to this store if I ever need anything again.
