Tiffany’s Cafe

I really like this little place. Every time we’re in Pasadena we try to stop in and grab a drink or a quick bite for breakfast. It’s nothing fancy. .. pretty basic really, but the staff are friendly and they always give me a smile. I believe in tipping well for service with a smile, and the last time I was there on 05÷13÷16, I dropped a $ 1 in the gentleman’s tip jar on my way out because he’d been so kind to to me. As I began to walk away from the counter, he offered me a free little bag of homemade almond cookies. How sweet of him. That brightened my morning for sure. :-)

Tiffany’s is by far the best supplement and nutrition shop I know of. I have been getting my supplements from Sabrina for years. She used to also make sandwiches before and they were BOMB!!! I have never had a better chicken sandwich in my life. I would order 2 or 3 at a time after my workouts and it is not because they were small, they were decent size. Most people would be good with one but I just could not get enough. The protein shakes are amazing here. Even though I moved from Glendale, I still go to Sabrina to get my supplements and protein shakes. I actually get the protein shakes strictly for the taste because they are so amazing. They hit the spot every time, especially summer time after an intense workout. I would highly recommend this place. They have the best prices and will beat any price. If you are a serious gym rat you will give this place a try. Don’t forget to ask her for her famous protein shake.

The service here is great, very friendly people. i have to say they have the best pastrami sandwiches in Glendale. every time i think of it my mouth waters. if you’re someone who works out and likes protein shakes this is the place for you. they also have excellent tuna, turkey, and chicken sandwiches freshly made in front of your eyes. there is really nothing bad about this place… unless your self conscience and don’t like walking into a gym there is no reason you shouldn’t come here.

This tiffanys is located inside world gym which offers sandwiches as well as shakes and all those good stuff. I like their sandwiches simple yet so good, and its only 3.85…it was 3.50…before that it was 2.85 and before that it was 2.50 before that im joking lmao! but ya they used to be 2.50 i guess this economy is really really bad after all!
