Wingstop

Ok guys. I am a hard core wing eater and Wing Stop in general, as a franchise has one of the better wings however my review is based on this specific establishment and employees. I the read reviews that the employees here are «nice» and let me comment with, no they’re not and if you think they’re «niceness» is good, it was counterproductive for my experience and my family’s because they were fake being nice to me in the beginning because they knew they all messed up.
First, I ordered and a family meal and they told me «15 minutes will be ready for pick up» exactly 20 minutes later I entered the store. I would assume I would wait 5 minutes but not 30 minutes. So here we are 45 minutes when originally quotes 15 but that’s not the worst. They were nice in the beginning then they instructed me to wait by the side which we did. Time kept going going going and noway all the workers there did not know from my body language how annoyed I was. I kept my mouth shut.20 minutes go by after waiting I went to who I paid and asked about my order, he said «we are busy, it’s Friday not, I am sorry please wait». Nobody cares it’s Friday night, when you tell someone 15 minutes and make them wait an another additional 20 minutes when they’re family is in the car is unacceptable. Then another guy I think the manager wow if this person is the manager God help this franchise. He comes and says «what’s your order» I tell him and again I am forgotten. 10 minutes later so this is 30 minutes and I have had it. I shared my feelings (patrons in the store all agreed and were annoyed) a worker in the back comes and says «what’s your order?» Really??? Two people asked me. I was the only one waited this long and oh my order was the basic family wings with fries. Whoever hired this entire staff should never be in the restaurant business. Your food is great but not worth this disgusting horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent, clueless workers, all of you. You guys have no idea what you’re doing, find a new job.

The lemon pepper wings are the best! My husband and I love it here! Fries are always fresh, not soggy like many other wing chains. I would recommend this location to anyone craving good wings at decent prices!

My friends and I come to Wingstop fairly often to pick up food to go since I absolutely love wings, however I have a love hate relationship with Wingstop. The food, for the most part, is pretty delicious and overly priced, especially if you come on Monday for 60 cent boneless wings. However, the customer service is what ultimately brings down my review.
While I understand it can be hectic, the employees have gotten our order wrong numerous amounts of times. Not sure what it is but a lot of times it’s a challenge ordering over the phone because the workers cannot get our order down properly (not always, but a lot of times). We tend to place our order over the phone to decrease the wait time because let’s face it, the wait time can be pretty brutal at Wingstop.
All in all pretty good wings, but slow service with a fair share of wrong orders.

Idk, I love wing stop but this location always seems to fail me :(every time I go, I hope that it’ll be better but the 3 – 4 times I’ve gone, the wings are mostly under cooked and the fries are either cold or under seasoned. pls step it up glendale wing stop.

This place is too bomb! Employees here are very nice and straight forward! Parking is convenient a s bathrooms are clean

Confusing menu. Overpriced. Low quality. Go to any other place in Glendale for wings.

I would give this place no star if I could ! Our table was practically forgotten the whole night. The waiters are not experienced or really don’t care about the customers. Never again

Was craving for chicken wings, so hubby suggested to try this place. Place is huge! (it looks small from outside). They looked busy, taking lot of phone orders. We decided to order to go — lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and original wings. We were spot on in ordering as the one who took our order said that these were the hot sellers. We also got their dips — blue cheese and ranch. The original was great… the rest were good but a little salty for our taste. Will surely go back and try something else.

SPICY KOREAN FOR THE WIN! My new found love! Service was great! Food was fresh and flavorful! Didn’t make the fries till i got there to pick them up, which i appreciate. Earned my business.

Wow is all I can say, we did a online order to be picked up a hour later (12:45 lunch time) my coworker got there at 12:50 and my food is still not ready… Finally at 1:15 (30 mins after my food order time was suppose to be ready) it’s ready, there goes our whole lunch without having anything to eat. The worst part is that their are not even busy and very rude!!! I guess this is what happens when no manager on duty. I can’t believe how rudely we got treated. So I was so upset that I called the store and spoke to the closest thing to a manager named Richard. He just kept saying sorry and saying their weren’t rude, he didn’t even know how to act, he needs to be trained on manager skills! Wow there goes one place I and the rest of my team will not return to lunch! What a waste of time money and patients!!!

Richard provided good customer service by helping us carry our order all the way out to our car when he didn’t have to.

I had such a bad experience here twice! We ordered our food online and it said the food we be done at 7:05. So we get there, we pay, and then wait patiently for our food. For 20 – 30 minutes! Any other wing stop I’ve been to other than this one has your food ready when they say it’ll be ready or at least within 5 min. It was very frustrating since people that came after us were getting their food before us even though we ordered online ahead of time! This is the second time it happened too! Also too add I ordered my fries well done and they were obviously not well done. Definitely will not be ordering from this location anymore.

Food is okay. Service is okay. Although I had one bad experience when I called in my order.
I work nearby so I get my lunch here from time to time. One day I only wanted fries so I called to order. The guy on the phone told me he wasn’t going to take my order if all I wanted was fried because it «literally» takes only a minute to make it. He told me to just come in and order it. So I did, and I timed them from the tone printed on my receipt to the time they called me; 14 minutes! It took «literally» 14 minutes to make my fries! There goes 20 minutes of my lunch break! Needless to say I was annoyed!

I wish I could give zero stars, worst service, major Attitude from the cook to the cashier. I don’t get what there problem is.

Food and place is great. They need to improve their costumer service and expediting speed. Additional personal maybe optional but its worth a try.

My brother got food poisoned STAY AWAY PEOPLE
My brother and I got wings and we are twins so I had really bad diarrhea and my brother didn’t stop throwing up all night and got a small version of salmonella he didn’t eat anything but wings that day it was horrible

This place has great wings and decent service. They may get the order wrong sometimes but that’s when they’re busy. Good amount of space to dine in and it’s usually well kept. Love the fries here too.
Edit: Turns out I got food poisoning after eating here…

I’ve been to the location in East LA & North Hollywood. I like this one because it’s more conveniently located.
I don’t really like the fries seasoning. It’s sweet and distracting from the taste of potatoes. (Mind you, I love all potatoes; I just don’t like when the taste is completely rendered). This is the reason for my –1. I come to places because of my french fries obsession…
The hot wings, on the other hand, were DELIC! I don’t eat a lot. But I managed to finish my plate. It was fresh and well cooked.
The service was perfect as well. Nothing to complain about.
I would like normal napkins though. The cheap ones don’t take all the grease off my mouth. So I’d like that changed as well.
But overall, my experience was not a bad one. I left with a fairly satisfied stomach. Parking was close and very convenient, which is a must in this time of age.
I would say that there is a bit of a wait for your food. But I believe it’s because they cook it at the spot. So I’ll wait for that. :)
