Falak Hookah Lounge

Environment here is great for whatever mood you’re in if you want to relax and smoke or come with friends and have fun listening to music. I came in twice last week (my first and second time) and it was really great, the hookah served by Joel was packed well and he made a good mix, it tasted like sweet-​tarts. But then I came two nights ago and the girl who served my hookah was eh. It tasted really harsh from the start but I’m a big hookah smoker so I moved the coals around and it was smooth, for a minute. The taste was awful though it wasn’t normal for Lemon. I noticed the top layer of the water in the hookah vase was just dirty brown and had residue old tobacco. The bowl, in my opinion, was over packed. So we ordered a refill but even then it was harsh. I ended up smoking with my friend for no more than 20 minutes and left. The girl was real nice though, and mistakes happen so it didn’t bother me too much but it would have been nice to have a good smoke session, especially for more than 20 minutes. Nonetheless, Falak has friendly employees and the first two visits of mine really impressed me. I’ll definitely be back again.

Terrible service, first of all. They’re rude, about everything.
When you try to make any type of conversation with them they reply with one worded rude answers!!! They barely ever do charcoal runs.
The hookahs are mediocre. And when we asked for a head change the Employee was rude & took about twenty minutes to give us a new one!
I will never be coming back here again and that’s For sure!
If I could have given them no stars I would have but unfortunately I had to give them 1…

Hookah is terrible here!
So first of all they card you here, I’ve never been carded for a hookah place, but that’s not the worst part. The seats are super low to the ground and are not comfortable nor do they look clean. They took about 25 min to give us our hookah. We had two of them and literally after about 5 puffs, my throat began to feel itchy. At first I thought it was just me but my friends said the same thing, all of us kept coughing, the staff NEVER came by to ask how things were going or to change the charcoal. We saw two groups leave while we were there bc they never even got their hookah. We shortly left bc it just wasn’t worth it. Charged us 30 bucks for the cheapest hookah you’ll ever get. trust me go somewhere else.

Very bad service. You don’t get you hookah until 40 mins they are really horrible and flavors aren’t that great. I recommend sinners and blue moon. And when your ready to leave there is no one at the register. A lot of people just leave. Free bad hookah

First time here at a hookah bar, came with some friends, the person who was helping us, joe was very helpful, knew what he was talking about, and was very attentive with the coals. Asked if we wanted anything to drink. Was a great experience, I would recommend this place over and over! Thank you Joe!

One of the best places I have been too! This place is well priced and love the environment. It’s very chill, the best part about that place is the staff. Being that it’s an indoor hookah lounge the staff makes sure we ladies don’t get to stuffy and that our hookah isn’t unattended. They constantly make sure all of our needs are met. In case they do mess up our order or we don’t care for the flavor of hookah we have chosen, they fix it immediately without charge which is awesome.

Dope place! Great service and bomb house flavours. Joel was killing out there, bringing the coles right on time! Love this place. I will definitely come back. Theres also a dj that i forgot to mention, wich i thought Pretty sick.

Customer service on point. always checking up on us and the hookahs are always delicious. Cool music and love how they play whatever we request to watch. The girls Miranda and Wendy are awesome and bootylicious ;)

Glendora Falak has a amazing atmosphere. The employees there are very welcoming. iMiranda has a lot of knowledge on the blends the mesh well with each other, she is also good at refilling the coals. I will for sure choice the Glendora falak as mine and my friends hang out spot.

Anyone looking for an affordable hookah that’s doesn’t have bad quality come over here! Awesome house flavors and great service, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Joe gave us great service on top of the coals and made sure we were never running low! A+ place!!!

Used to be my new go to until they opened a new location in Pomona. I came in a few weeks ago to find new workers since the originals got moved over there.
There were 3 employees on this Monday night, and they were all sitting with a friend smoking in front of their employee room. After waiting 30 minutes for our hookah (which tasted junky), we had to wait another 10 – 15 minutes for coals because they put fresh coals on their own hookahs.
They never once checked on us, continuing to mess around with their friend sitting on the couch and smoking.
After a while, of course we needed a new set of coals. since the employees were MIA in the back room, we turned to the friend to ask if we could get some coals. since he was being kept up to date with fresh ones.
He yells into the back room «Hey, do we have any coals for customers?» and a guy comes out, gives him coals. And says «Yeah, I guess.» We then wait ANOTHER 10 minutes for coals.
Are you serious?! There were only 3 groups in there and they ignored all of us.
I’ll stick to the Pomona location. Nice, attentive employees that actually know how to pack a tasty, hookah. I actually get to spend my time smoking there, not waiting on coals.

Liz was so helpful! She recommended some great flavors we chose from the premium. Premium lotus head and ice tip with skittles flavor! It was fruity and delicious

This place was alright. The service was pretty horrible. We saw our waitress every 45 minutes. The hookah seemed like it was harsh. They weren’t busy at all but they need to more attentive.

This place by far is one of the best hookah lounges I’ve been to. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted and given a seat. My waitress was very friendly and outgoing. I didn’t really know what flavor to try so she recommend a few of her favorites. I tried one of their house mixes and it was great! She always came back to check on us, refilling our drinks and providing fresh coals for us.
5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is the worst hookah bar I’ve ever been to! We got there around 9pm on a Sunday and there were only about three other groups, so it was not busy at all. We waited about 5 minutes or so to even get greeted and then seated. The girl helping us just looked really out of if as if she was high or something. She took our order and 20 minutes goes by and she comes back asking «oh did I take your order already?» Our group was already furious because we waited a long time for our hookah and then we had to wait another 10 minutes. After they gave us our hookah they never checked back on us or changed out our coals. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

TERRIBLE is the how I would describe this place. I’ve been to over 10 different hookah bars and this is the worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service sucks, our waitress or host or whatever she was because we only saw her twice the entire night was just terrible. She looked sleepy the entire time and didn’t seem like she cares about being there. Also they never changed our coal or asked us of we needed anything else the entire night. I guess I’ll give the 1 star because the music was good but besides that there are far better hookah bars not too far from this location.

I’ve become a regular at this establishment for multiple reasons, but one in particular: the staff. I’ve been to a bunch of lounges where the employees are indifferent and even rude to customers, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly, caring, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. On multiple accounts I’ve asked for their recommendations on a bowl and they have tailor made for me perfectly.
The hookah is always great, never over packed, and they always bring me coals when they’re needed. The hookahs are always clean and they always provide tips.
I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to a fun, friendly, and quality lounge!

Found this place thru Unilocal!Very friendly staff as soon as we walked in :). Offered us a ice tip for free !!! Hookah was really good got the cloud 9 hookah for $ 8 on Sunday!!! My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves ! Awesome hip hop music!!! Great atmosphere ! Comfy seating with the blue lights ;)). Huge place fits a lot of people will be coming back here again that’s for sure !!!

I’ve been too many hookah bars and so far this is a really excellent hookah lounge! Everyone is friendly and the services is excellent! It’s a indoor hookah lounge. Every hit is so smooth, they have Ice holes and awesome flavors!
The prices are unbelievable! Totally worth the price! Out beats «Sinners!» Since it’s a new bar there isn’t a long wait!

I love this place plus I live down the street, but there were couple downfalls which were, I asked for an ice tip which they didn’t have even though they have it on the menu and when I ordered a drink which was room temperature not even cold and asked for ice they told me that they didn’t have any. Service was great and hookah was super clean. On my upcoming visit, hopefully they will have guava (cloud 9), ice tip & cold drinks. If they do, then I will update my review to 5 stars
