This McD’s has had lousy service since it opened. Compared to other McD’s and other fast food restaurants in the area, they are probably the worst. Over-charging is common. Poorly trained employees and managers is also common. The employees over-charge and the managers get nasty when the customer has to teach them how to calculate a correct price and refund the over-charge. I have questioned a counter employee on a price and she gave me wrong info. I had to show her on the menu how much she should be charging. After she figured it out, I had to teach a shift supervisor how to calculate the correct refund with sales tax. He did not understand the difference between a Pre-Tax Price and a price including sales tax. It took him 3 tries to get it right. After I finally taught him, no apology or thank you or offer to give me anything other the amount his employee over-charged me. This McD’s closes the Drive-Thru before the dining room. I find this very odd. Normally, Drive-Thru is open later. When Drive-Thru is closed, they leave the lighted menu and order board turned on, same as when they open. The Drive-Thru hours are posted at the order window. This is AFTER you would place your order, not before. How simple would it be to have the Order Board say«Drive-Thru Closed»? How easy would it be to place a cone or sign at the beginning of the Drive-Thru when closed?

I do not complain very often about poor service or crappy food from McDonalds. I do have my favorite locations but unfortunately, they are not always located close by. Tuesday evening about 8:00 pm. Nobody inside the shop but there were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru. After about a 5 minute wait, i was able to pull up to the microphone and gave my order. medium Choc shake and a kiddee cone. Total came to $ 4.02 with tax. Still waiting to pull up to window #1. After another 10 – 12 minutes, I was able to pull forward and jokingly asked the server if there would be a discount if my ice cream and shake were melted by the time I received them? He just grunted. By now, I have wasted approximately 20 –25 minutes in the drive thru lane and still have yet to receive my order. Miraculously, the driver of vehicle #1 gets his order and proceeds. Car #2, they guy right in front of me is so irate, he continues on past the window evidently unwilling to waste another second in line. I finally get to the window, and she hands me a shake. Gee, I thought I had requested a Medium sized? The cup was less than 8 ounces. I was charged for a medium shake. OK– where is my kiddee cone? Sure enough, it was handed to me with streaks dripping down the sides and no napkins– as someone else has already reviewed. I will NEVER use the drive thru again, and this particular McDonalds has a reputation for slow service and less-than-friendly staff.

Terrible service. Couldn’t get my order right. No catsup. No napkins. Hot restaurant. Dirty restaurant. Employees sitting around doing NOTHING. I can see why the place isn’t busy. Not their fault, but what happened to the«Big Mac». It’s now the«Tiny Mac»!! I can see why McDonald’s is on the decline. So many better places to choose from. Skip this location for sure.

The service here is very poor, I was there on Tuesday about 2 pm, a Lady was waiting to get service and you could tell in her actions she had been waiting for a while when I arrived, we both waited for a very long time, when other workers seemed to be doing nothing, then Traver came up hand help the lady in front of me, the he told be to wait he would be back, but there were two women employees standing in the area by the registers doing nothing. I told him no that I was leaving, I will never ever go to that store again, I learned years ago that customer service is the number 1 thing, you lose more customers by bad service…

That can’t get an order right to save their lives. Then you order something off the menu in front of you to be told it’s not available anymore! Then take the sign down! Super stingy with the napkins and ketchup. One star because the peatland is actually clean.

They did it again! I was at the drive through window. Told the guy, I have a few orders. He said, «I can only do 2 orders at the drive through». I told him that I would pay for all the orders on one card, as long as they have it in different bags. Nope! Not happening. Originally 3 orders. Ugh, ok, no big deal… we can put three orders in 2 bags. I paid at the 1st window. She confirmed my order. Went to window 2 to pick up, and I got only one bag. One large bag. «Is this everything?» I asked, The lady at the window said, «Yes, that’s all of it». hmmm, I thought I told them two separate bags? I glanced at the bag(it was a rather larger order), and it looked very full. I didn’t want to dig in and pull food out of the bag to confirm. I figured, they got this. As soon as I got back to work, I looked in, not everything was there. The 2nd order was never given to me. UGH!!! I called and got the swing manager. No apologies, said«come back and we’ll get your order for you.» He sounded like a child. Look, I don’t have time to be chasing dame burgers back and forth. Get it right the 1st time around.

This McDonald’s, along with several others, don’t care too much with providing the best customer service. The drive thru service is low. Employees take too long to assist customers and expedite the orders, knowing that we are having to go to work. I lost 15min, just sitting in line waiting to order. The entire corporation needs to adhere to better service

I’m not big into mcdonalds. However, this place rocks from a customer service point of view! Same food, of course, but they now have table customer service which is outstanding for a fast food restaurant.

Worst customer service! Waited 10 minutes to get waited on and still no 1 came to help me. 1 of the employees that was off duty told her Manager Enrique that I and several people where waiting he made a gesture let them wait. I walked out. McDonalds really this is the type of people you have working for you? Very dissapointed! And Enrique is a manager, I wonder what he teaches others. Big thumbs down! Id i can give zero stars i would.

Okay, the food always pretty much taste like what my taste buds are craving. My only complaint is they never give me the correct change back if at all. I frequent this place in the morning, I’m tired and forget to count my change right away, but this happens way to often. I’m not going here any more. I gave them a 20 dollar bill, bought a big breakfast and didn’t get my change. Had to go back inside and I was almost late for work. Today, 6÷22÷15 they shorted me a dollar. It adds up.

I drove all the way from Monrovia(passing up 4 other McDonald’s) because my niece enjoys the indoor play place. Being that it is her first day of summer vacation and it’s blazing hot outside I didn’t mind at all. The place was clean and one staff member was in the middle of doing the bathrooms and cleaning the glass. There are tables and chairs in the regular dining room as well as in the Playland area. I sat in the regular dining room with a view into the Playland to keep an eye on my niece. There is also a TV up to watch.

I typically come here in the morning for breakfast around once or twice a month. It’s always easy for me to find parking, but beware, sometimes in the morning even fairly early can be a long line. But the line goes by fast whenever I am here and service is always fast and friendly. They never once got my order wrong. And they are clean. I usually order an egg Mcmuffin, small hot decaf coffee, and a small oreo Mcflurry. All are really good and I get them fresh and hot(except the Mcflurry, obviously). Getting your order is usually fairly quick as well. My favorite Mcdonalds to go to.

I usually only come here for coffee in the mornings. The ONE time i decide to grab breakfast, I ordered a simple egg Mc muffin combo through the drive-thru. When I opened up my sandwich there was only egg and cheese. NOHAM!!! How can the cooks miss that? So annoyed. Never again!

Super clean, big new playground for kids… staff was friendly. my fries tasted super old so I re grudgingly went back in to ask for fresh ones(I HATE doing that) they were more than nice and understanding.

This McDonald is was on my way home and I was craving chocolate covered ice cream. Everyone was really nice but once I got my ice cream it was all melted, I had chocolate all over. It was not a great experience.
