In-N-Out Burger

Normally every experience at In n Out is outstanding! Always great food and friendly customer service. However, my visit last night was less than satisfactory. I pulled up at 130am and the during my order all the lights shut off. I said oh all the lights just shut off. They were closing and the male employee said, «That’s because we are closing so you better hurry up.» I repeated my order twice (protein style).
I pulled up and witnessed the male employee, named Bryce, mouth off to his supervisor. He was about to give me a cheese burger (not what i ordered) she caught it and corrected him. He argued with her then asked if my order was protein style and after giving me my burger I playfully asked did you just take the buns off? «Well I would’ve but they have their protocol or whatever» Overall I was extremely taken back by this young man’s attitude and demeanor, this is not the customer service I’m used to experiencing at In N Out. I do appreciate the young lady who was apologizing on his behalf and trying to maintain the companies integrity, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I’ll always be a fan of In N Out just hopefully I won’t see Bryce there next time.

You can’t go wrong with this place. The employees are all super friendly and thorough. Even when it’s crazy busy they handle it with professionalism with smiles on their faces. They are prompt with cleaning off tables and always keep everything stocked.

My review is on this location specifically. Going to this In N Out is worse than going to McDonalds. They get your order wrong most of the time and the employees are not friendly at all. I’ve been to many In N Outs and this one just doesn’t measure up to the other In N Outs around the area. So if you’re in the mood for In N Out, do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Out of the many In-​N-​Out Burgers that I’ve been to, this is one of my least favorite locations. the main reason, is their lack of any sense of urgency. I feel like if any of the employees here had to work at the Pasadena location, they would be super overwhelmed. They seem to have your food ready in the same amount of time but with half the amount of customers.

I am so disappointed, took, so long to get my order taken and my food, while waiting there seem to be a female employee off duty, getting better attention than me! And about 2 guys that were supposed to be cleaning were laughing and distracting a male cashier, they were fooling around and flirting instead of taking care of the customers! Thats pretty sad!

Nothing compares to a burger and fries from In-​N-​Out not to mention their exceptional customer service… except for today’s visit. Not sure if «Sandra» was having a bad day or couldn’t handle the usual drive through rush they’re known for but the attitude was totally unnecessary! She was speeding through taking our order and as we kept correcting items that were incorrect when she repeated them her tone was an obvious attitude! Before we payed at the first window we asked the guy working the register to repeat our order and sure enough… it was still wrong. For a place that serves nothing but burgers and fries it’s not that hard! But what was more disappointing was the attitude simply because she couldn’t listen effectively.

Never dissapointed great service and speed. Great quality and absolutely favorite in n out. Great seating great experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Great speed, quality, experience, seating, everything.

No offense, but the the actual MEAT in the hamburger, you know, the thing that’s in the actual NAME of the food and the restaurant, was, on this day, as thin as my wallet after a shopping binge on Rodeo Drive. Stupid bad. It’s a burger not salad on bread! Honestly, it wasn’t my choice to eat here, and I thought who cares about another INO review, but my lord this burger is LAME-​O. Never again. I did not and will not drink the INO kool-​aid.

Never a disappointment. Can get pretty crowded and crazy during peak time lunch hours. However that is ln and Out everywhere. Always fresh and delicious !
Next time, l will get animal fries with their secret sauce.

I love this in n out! However the line is always sooooooo looooonnng it doesn’t matter if you’re inside or outside. So be prepared to wait!
There is hardly anywhere to sit so unless you’re taking to go be prepared to wait for a table. Most people hog up the tables when they aren’t even eating.
They are really chill about giving you more spread or peppers. I’ve honestly never had a problem with my food.
Just the wait is soooo looooong.
Sorry I’m ranting. But def worth it!

Never disappointed at in n out! Can’t beat a quick, inexpensive and delicious meal.
My go to order: hamburger protein style, with both grilled and fresh onions, chopped chilies, pickles and fries well done! I like to get spread to dip my fries too.

***sometimes I’ll ask for mustard grilled patties. They grill the meat patties with mustard. It’s a subtle difference in flavor but good if mustard is favorable to ya.
I haven’t had a shake from here in a while but when I get one, it’s a neopolitain (strawberry, vanilla and chocolate)

Yvonne and the rest of the employees had such a positive attitude with a big smile on their faces, drive thru was pretty quick, the day was warm but that did not stop them from taking orders out in the sun, now that is being a good sportsman, keep up the great customer service!

Never a disappointment! Cheeseburger with grilled onions and extra sauce. Fries were perfect, and strawberry shake was very delicious! A socal staple!

Can never go wrong with a good burger and fries! Ordered rather quickly inside. drive-​thru was crazy long! Got our food within 15 mins of ordering. Got a #1which is a double-​double with grilled onions and an X-​Large drink and another double-​double with grilled onions all for less than $ 12!!! Great service too!

This location usually has a long line BUT they are really fast at taking your order and moving quickly through the line. I love that! The food is always delicious and tastes fresh. My favorite here is an animal style protein style burger.

There is no better place to eat for the money and quality of food! I love this place! What else can I say about in&out that hasn’t Already been said by others!

Who doesn’t love In-​N-​Out burgers? I’m one that can eat their burgers morning, noon, and night. AND on a full stomach! that’s how good they are. BUT, not all in one day. lol
THIS location is so lively! They gave me a Christmas card when i was going through their drive-​through. I was very pleasantly surprised, not expecting it at all.

I honestly usually feel ‘meh’ about In-​N-​Out. I know, I know — that’s practically sacrilegious around here, but what can I say? I didn’t grow up with In-​N-​Out, so I’ve never really bought into the hype.
But on a trip from Pasadena back to San Diego, my friends and I stopped in for some road food. It’s the one time that I try not to feel guilty about eating fast food. The line wasn’t that long since we were there between lunch and dinner, so the food came out relatively quickly. Which is why it’s so frustrating that the fries we received were stale and cold. Ew. Even as a moderately hungover person who would eat just about anything, they really grossed me out. I had one, lost my appetite, and didn’t eat anything else.

It’s In-​N-​Out. What’s not to love? People that move out of California always head to In-​N-​Out when they are back in town. It’s definitely a local favorite burger chain.
This particular location is a zoo though. It’s a bigger location with seats inside and out but it’s also a very popular spot surrounded by stores. It’s always jammed packed no matter when you go. Be prepared to scout out a table and then enjoy that burger.
My usual order here is a Cheeseburger, animal style, with a side of fries and a beverage. Animal style is from their «secret menu» and essentially means they grill your onions and throw on an extra heap of pickles and sauce. It’s a drippy mess that you will thank me for. If you’re like me and prefer to spice things up a bit ask them for a side of chili peppers.
This is the best burger you can get for the cost.

I’ve had the chance recently to visit and eat at multiple INO locations. There is nothing much different about this location. We went early and there was only one person in line inside and a short drive thru line. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of open seating.
The burgers were delicious, as usual. However, for the sparse amount of patrons, it took quite a while to get our order. I don’t mind waiting, as I usually expect that here, but I wonder how long the wait would be if they were super busy as INO always gets? Nonetheless, I still love INO!
tip — this location is just off the 210 freeway and easy to get to, if you want/​need to get a quick bite :)
