Best subs in the Chicagoland area! This location has the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in a fast paced environment. No matter if the line is long or short, they always have a smile on their face and kind words. Great food & Great Service!

What a great location. I will not go to any other Jersey Mike’s. All I can say is high quality from the staff to the food. A+ all the way!

More like 2.5. Eh. On par with Subway, really. I’d much rather go down the road a bit to Famo’s on Milwaukee and Sanders. I hit this place just once a year when they send me a coupon for a free birthday sub(regular size) and drink(22oz.).

It’s a mediocre sandwich place. It has it’s own subs and style but I would put it on the same level as subway. The bread is different but I wouldn’t say it’s a higher quality than your average sub/deli store. The place is small but I didn’t see a lot of customers when I went so space is not an issue.

First time here today, gotta say this definitely hit the spot. Was looking for something fresh had the fresh turkey sliced right in front of me:) Super friendly quick service. Very nice guys, looking forward to coming back! Every sub place should be like this! Fresh deli meat & large amount of toppings!

Tonight around 7pm, there were only 2 workers and they had a line(maybe 5 customers). They were efficient and working as fast as they could. Yes, they needed another set of hands as one of the workers was new and couldn’t do a lot of the things, but the other guy was fast, friendly and an extremely hard worker. Way to work hard and make delicious wraps, sandwiches, and salads!

The subs are great, prices are fair, the trick(this works well with many other places) is to refrain from buying the pricey soft drink and chips. The staff is friendly but their comedy routines can be asinine and there have been times I’ve instead gone to the place next store because I just wasn’t in the mood for the smart aleck service that Jersey Mikes provides. The Shore Point Rewards card is always annoying, I don’t carry around rewards cards for everyplace I shop, and I don’t like being asked my phone number at the register when I try to get off the hook by saying I don’t have my card with me.(I love places that just let you pay for what your buying and walk out the door without back and forth dialog about their rewards program). I like the food but I don’t always feel comfortable going in there and putting up with the BS.

Everyone here is super friendly and the sandwiches are super fresh. They carve the meat and cheese as you order, which is nice. And you can tell they really take their time making the sandwiches, but lines still tend to move fast. They have a pretty good assembly line going on. Definitely beats Jimmy Johns and Potbelly.

Tried to sell me a sandwich that(a) was accidentally made for a customer before I ever entered the store; and(b) was brought back in by that customer after he left the store & opened the sandwich to discover the mistake. This was after watching a worker touch raw chicken then immediately start making a wrap without washing his hands. Thanks for making it easier for me to make a lunch choice!

OK a bit pricey for just a sub of which I have had better anywhere else(my test is always the Italian version). The best part they cut their meat fresh while you wait … that’s what you’re paying for that and the suburban mall location.

I was a semi-regular for a while, then I went several months without visiting, and now I’ve been back a few times over the last month. While I would have said 3.25 stars before, it’s more like 2.75 now and sort of cements the idea that I should not be a regular. First, they stopped carrying Barbecue Baked Lay’s. Major bummer. Second, they replaced the energetic middle-aged blokes who opened the store with a boatload of teenagers. Now, to be fair, these kids do a great job and are generally pleasant, but they’re just not the same as the original crew. Third…well, the sandwiches are still just plain bland. The meats are good, but the bread and vegetables do not even register. And finally, no more stamp cards. I was coming back pretty obsessively to fill up my stamp card, and then they gave me another stamp card so I completed that one too. Now apparently the stamp cards are history. At least, I haven’t been asked for mine, haven’t been offered one, and haven’t seen another customer’s. So I conclude that they discontinued the stamp cards. So there is no impetus for me to return. Hey Mike – stamp cards work! Do not underestimate the power of neurotic compulsions towards completism.

«Mike’s Way» with jalapeño and/or banana peppers is the only way to get these subs. I’ve had the tuna, the original and the turkey. All equally great. And the«mini» is the perfect size for lunch.

went there for the first time yesterday. Staff was very friendly — a plus! The philly sub was cooked on the spot. Nice! Bread was soft and fresh. Better than microwaved meat at Subway — fo sho’. It was a little sweet for my taste(something going on with the peppers) but not too shabby.

I’m glad this chain is taking off around Chicago! They make great sandwiches and its nice to see meat/cheese being cut when you order. Atleast you know the product it fresh. Recently I placed an online order for pickup. The order was ready right when I arrived. I will continue to frequent this chain! Try the chipotle cheesesteak… Yum!

Mike was nice. But food was terrible. No toasted subs and very few hot subs. Not as good as potbellys or chop it up.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon, and ordered a bunch of subs. Despite being lightly busy, they manage to bring out the subs in very good order and time. Total: 5 subs — two turkeys, an italian, a mixed with roast beef, and a chipotle cheesesteak. Okay, sue me for not doing the JM speak and numbers, but it is what it is. And all sandwiches were a-ok from everyone… well, maybe except mine. My chipotle was supposed to be a bit zesty, it being chipotle, but it wasn’t. Regardless, it was still tasty and good as a cheesesteak sandwich(could be a bit more packed with meat). I’ll come back for the other sandwiches since my bro let me taste his and it was good and fresh(RB& other cold cuts). Place had adequate seating, was clean. Parking is all over the place since its in the mall complex which mostly hosts to Sweet Tomatoes, Sprint, Steak n Shake, and I think Menards. Seems to be a sure winner, but I personally think its #2 compared to Hero\‘s in Chicago. I’m a fan!

Went in on a Sunday for lunch and found it was pretty empty. That is understandable since it just recently opened. The place is sparse and can seat about 20 customers. However, I believe JMS is more geared for takeout, especially with the red«Hotline«order phone right at the POS. I ordered the #17 — Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly. Being it was my first time at JMS, I was pleasantly surprised that the steak was being grilled on the spot, VERYNICE! Even with the steak starting from scratch, order-pay-pick up process was fairly quick for a 1-man crew at the time. The bread was soft and moist and the steak was tender and juicy, but it did lack a little flavor/seasoning. Overall, it is what it is. Not bad, but not mind-blowing either. I think they have potential to grow on people, especially if you find a sub you truly love. The #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak has my interest. I would go again and encourage others to give them a try.
