Placed the order online for the whole office and this «freaky fast» delivery took 45 minutes! Everyone’s lunch was already over. Very disappointed with this place.

Love Jimmy John’s and this store looks clean but breaks every sanitation rule. Cashier spends every second playing with her loose hair. She does this even while panning up bread dough. She took a towel that was hanging on the sprayer and used it to wipe tables and the counter then hung it back up… no sanitizer in sight. Nice fast staff but no sense of basic Board of Health guidelines.

Sandwiches are great but the delivery is slow, at least when delivering to a residential home. Today I ordered at 12:00 and received my order almost an hour later. I know it is peak lunch time, but an hour for one sandwich and some chips is ridiculous. I’ve ordered before and the delivery was slow, but not to this extent.

I love Jimmy Johns. Great subs and «so fast you will freak» (that’s their slogan). I have had all the big sandwich places around — Subway, Jersey Mike’s, Potbelly, Quiznos, etc — and I would have to say that Jimmy Johns is by far my favorite. I would recommend the Italian Night Club if it’s your first time there and make sure to take advantage of their free condiments selection. They are also true to their slogan and make their sandwiches literally within minutes.

Ok, when they say «Freaky fast» they are not kidding. I love Jimmy Johns, and the staff are always upbeat, cool music, funny things on the walls, etc. But what really took the cake was the other day, where I ordered my sandwich, the girl working the sandwich assembly started making it, and the guy rung me up, and before I could hand him my debit card, she handed me the sandwich… Thats freaky… in a good way.
Needless to say I was impressed and would like to give 5 stars but for my health conscious conscience, who would like to see some whole wheat bread, and some Chipotle like pledges «no antibiotic meat» etc… If Jimmy gets new age, he’s got my 5th star.

Called this location and placed my order. Got a call 10 min later from the other Glenview location, saying my order had been bumped to them but I was not in their area. I called this location back and asked for a manager. The man on the phne said he was, and I asked for an explanation. He then put me on hold for 3 min before another guy (Andrew) picked up and said he was the manager. I asked why the other guy lied to me, he responded «We all sorta each do everything here». Either way each location insisted I was in the other stores area, and neither was delivering to me. I calles Sarpino’s instead, and it was delicious.

The guys are very friendly and they always respected my order when I ask for more cucumbers in sandwich (and believe me, I am probably the only customer that has to eat 2 or 3 layers of cucumbers in my sandwich). This is by far, my favorite Jimmy John’s restaurant just because those guys gladly obliged my request and do it MY way. Thank you guys! I’m so sorry I haven’t been in the area!

Best jjs around. These guys know how to make a good sub/​sandwich and damn fast. Staff is always super friendly and energetic. Every sandwich I’ve ever had from there was made just right so that every bite tastes the same. Fresh, speedy, yummy.

Sammiches are one of my favorite foods. So when I crave a sammich, JJ’s comes to mind first.
The wheat bread is the best. bread. ever. I would pay extra to have it. Favorites are the #12 beach club (turkey, avocado, sprouts, provolone) and #14 bootlegger club (roast beef and turkey).
Delivery is fast. My #12 came in 12 minutes flat today. Props!
