The manicure was aweful because it was rushed and the technician cut my cuticles and DIDNOTASKMEFIRST. She took so much off my nails were sore for almost 2 weeks. Also nicked me on my toe and finer. Did not take time to scale my heels either. Not friendly either. Cant rememeber her name but i will never go back. It is a pretty place and modern but dont let that mislead you,

I had a mani/pedi with Rita and was very pleased. The salon is new and updated. I was offered a bottle of water upon my arrival. I was originally scheduled with someone who was running behind so they immediately paired me with Rita who was able to assist me 5 minutes after I arrived. She was very friendly, pleasant, and made suggestions on nail colors which I really appreciated. I would rate her pedicure a 5⁄5 and 4 out of 5 stars for the manicure-I’m a perfectionist and I must say that it was very close to perfect. They don’t have massage pedicure chairs however I was still very comfortable. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend.

Zero stars. If I could give zero stars, I sure would. Worst nail experience ever. I’ve gotten my nails done 100’s of times and I have never experienced such a rude and unskilled worker. Tons of polish on my cuticles. I could go on and on but I’ll save myself the time. Do not go here.

I had purchased a groupon for a no chip manicure to this salon. I had a very difficult time getting an appointment. The salon lighting was so dim that the color I ended up with was nothing like I thought it would be. The manicurist buffed my nails so much that they literally hurt now, 6 days later, and the nail polish is already chipping off. I would NOT recommend this place.

Got the Groupon for non chip manicure. Within 30 minutes after I left 2 nails had a layer of the polish come off part of the nail and another nail had a ridge of polish. Tried to go back and get them redone but I was told they couldn’t do it that day and they would try and fit me in another day. When I mentioned I had tried to come the prior day but they were closed, the response was ‘well our hours are on our website’. Never an apology or any effort to give any customer service.

Had a Groupon for a mani/pedi. Booked an appt at 4:45 on a Wednesday with my company Holiday Party scheduled for the next evening. Nail tech insisted on doing manicure first then pedicure. By the time she was done it was 5:45 and salon closes at 6. There was no dryer for pedicure and technician sent me home in my flip flops. 30 minutes later and nails were still not dry and I had to put shoes on. Pedicure ruined! With so many other nail salons in area I will not be going back

Got the Groupon offer and my first non chip manicure. The place is very lovely, very calming atmosphere as opposed to the usual salon. Irena was great and did a wonderful job on my nails. Lots of parking in front and in back. Other spa services are available. Prices are very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Irena!

Went to Soak Nail Bar because I bought a groupon for 2 no chip manicures. The location of this nail salon is very nice and in a great neighborhood. It’s by The Glen area. When walking in Soak Nail Bar, you kind of get confused which side to go to. The left side is the nail work stations and if you go to the right and straight, its were the receptionist is. My nail technician was on the left side, so I just followed her when she saw me walk in. The tools and equipment are all very new and modern compared to other nail salons i’ve been to in the past. They do ask you if you want your cuticles cut though. I did have minor bleeding on two of my fingers, so i can see how cutting the cuticles makes a difference. When i go back, I’ll request to have my cuticles pushed instead. I felt that it was an ordinary no chip manicure. It just included a fragrance that you select for the nail technician to put at the end of your hand massage. A No Chip manicure is $ 35 which is surprising since I thought it would be more because of the area. I’m glad though it’s not overpriced. Overall, it’s an okay experience.

Went for my first no chip manicure because I wanted to try the seaweed based nail polish. Very nice inside. I am very happy with my manicure, and was so happy the technician asked if I wanted my cuticles cut.
