So many quality options and flavors to love, unlike many other fast fired pizza places Blaze’s toppings are always fresh. I love the spicy red sauce, it’s so unique and yummy. I always feel comfortable asking for more if necessary and am always happy with my food. Id recommend it for everyone, so so so good.

Gluten-free pizza for under $ 10 is an absolute bargain with as many toppings as your imagination can muster. Fast, friendly and clean.

This place is awesome. Came in with a group of 10 and we were in and out of there in no time… maybe 30 minutes from start to finish. Can’t beat that! I would recommend the Red Vine though from hearing from others in our group we had no complaints at all. Based on the price, quality, and level of service this was an easy FIVESTARS!

Located in Town Center next to Western Feed Indoor and outdoor seating They have signature pizzas($ 7.95), 1-top pizza for $ 6.45, Simple Pie with just sauce and cheese for $ 5.25, and they also have the option to custom build your own for the flat price of $ 7.95. Their regular and gluten-free crusts are vegan. Although Gluten-Free is an extra $ 3. They have Daiya cheese at no extra cost.(Yaye!) Red Sauce, Spicy Red Sauce, BBQ Sauce, fruit, and veggies— Vegan. You start at one end and pick your crust; regular or gluten-free. Go down the line and pick your sauce and toppings. Pay at the register. Aside from pizza, they also have salads and a dessert option. Coke fountain machine and two of their very own«Blastade» Lemonades. Utensils are by the Blastades and I thought it was interesting that napkin dispensers are displayed in high places. I’m on the short side so I didn’t see it. lol.

Excellent pizza… Get to pick all my favorites. Love the thin crust and outdoor seating. Everyone is always friendly and the pizza is always hot. I love the choice of goat cheese. So yummy and price right.

Surprised to see that this location is much less packed and busy than the other local location, which is great! Love all the selection for the pizza toppings. Only thing I recommend is that you don’t get sea salt on your pizza, or if you do, ask for it to be better crushed/dispersed/use a lift hand. My pizza was very, very salty. My boyfriend didn’t ask for the salt and his was fine.

One of my new favorite places to eat. The pizza is hot, fresh, made exactly how you want before your eyes, delicious, and a great value for what you get. What else could you ask for really? Update: tried to come in on a Saturday night, but had to leave because the line was too long. I think they need to open up some more locations, lol. They are THAT popular.

I did like this place but they seriously blew it today. They got behind on an Internet order of like 35 pizzas and then the line grew exponentially. I gave my order and asked the first guy if I could go grab a seat before paying. He said it was fine. I go to pay and the sweaty kid ringing me up very rudely, loudly told me I cut the line. I got tons of glares. I waited my turn to place my order, so no I didn’t jump the line and I was told I could. I’ll take my business to Pieology from now on. Part II Management contacted me in response to my review and sent me two free pizza gift cards. I went to the Roseville location and received prompt excellent service. I’ll try the Gold River location next. Hopefully it’s a good experience.

Value-conscious vegan pizza lovers, rejoice! Finally, a pizza restaurant has come to realize that we exist and we want to give them our money in exchange for goods and services — without the dread vegan tax!(For the uninitiated, nearly all restaurants I’ve been to who do offer vegan option tend to hike up the price if you want soy milk or non-dairy cheese.) I checked out Blaze for the first time last night with my vegan girlfriend, and we now have a new local pizza joint. We both went with the build-your-own option, and I was delighted by all the options we had. You have several sauces from which to choose(we both opted for the delicious spicy option), then an array of cheeses. We both opted for the vegan cheese — and in both cases, the pizza-maker asked if we wanted for them to put on different gloves. That demonstrated to us a true respect for people who prefer not to have indulge in dairy or meat. From there, we had so many wonderful toppings to choose. Fear not, carnivores: There are plenty of meat options. But there’s also load of yummy veggies, including red peppers, olives, tomatoes, zucchini, roasted garlic, mushrooms, and others I know I’m forgetting. There’s no limit on how many toppings you can choose, either. Once our pizzas were assembled, they were popped into the blazing-hot — and in just a few minutes, we had our piping-hot, delicious, reasonably priced pizzas. The restaurant itself was very well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. In short, this is a go-to spot for any and all pizza lovers. It’s not gourmet quality, but it’s definitely high-quality at a very reasonable price.

hi-ya! I feel like I’ve written a review for Blaze before, but apparently not. We got a ‘bogo’ deal that expired on Saturday so we ‘had’ to go. I’m not a huge fan of thin crust pizza… but we’ve been here several times in the past. I know I definitely wasn’t feeling pizza for lunch that day(so I’m slightly biased), and I wasn’t ‘wowed’ by any means by the pizza. In case you don’t know how blaze works it’s – thin crust, prepared and cooked(super fast) before your very eyes! The selection for toppings a-plenty and they’re generous with what you want PLUS the employees are on point. Cons: it’s just pizza and no serious wow factor =( Pros: they have a strawberry or some kind of berry lemonade that’s super tart, but really good. Overall 3 stars leaning to a 4th, but not quite enough.

Regional chain a lot like Pieology. For under $ 8 you get your own pizza with unlimited toppings as you like it. Pizza crust is thin and delicious. The staff is usually very helpful, polite, and friendly. The location is clean and well kept. Abundant parking in a large shared lot. Friday nights at dinner time it is swamped. Only complaint keeping this review from being 5-stars is that when you ask for artichoke hearts on the pizza, the employees take one or two hears and peel it apart placing only a minuscule amount of artichoke on the pizza. This obviously owner driven practice = CHEAPO and for this the review is only 4-stars. Fix this bad practice, that is not actually saving them much money and this would be a 5-star review.

I love everything about this place. The whole setup is like Chipotle, where you order at the counter with similar prices, but way better ambience than chipotle. We tried a vegetarian customized pizza and the Chicken Stripe Pizza which is Pesto Chicken with Arugula. I found the Chicken Stripe to be way better than the customized pizza.

I totally burned the roof of my mouth eating a pizza here a few hours ago. It still hurts as I’m writing this. I decided to grab dinner here with my brother since we were in the area and had never been to this location before. I opted to build my own pizza with spicy red sauce, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, roasted garlic, caramelized onions and fresh basil. I noticed that the guy putting the pizzas in the oven wiped his nose with the back of his hand which I found pretty disgusting. Apparently, he also left my pizza in the oven for way too long as well since it was served way, way too hot with the cheese practically falling off when you lifted up a slice. I should of waited until it cooled down more, but food is also not supposed to be served at a temperature that is going to scald the inside of your mouth. Against my better judgement, I ate it too soon and voila open mouth wound from my dinner. I won’t be coming back again to this location.

Better than Pieology. But the pizzas are soggy towards the center at both places. Perhaps it’s because of all the toppings that I get. In that case, it’s all my doing. Blaze has A LOT more ingredients than Pie. And better quality too. Better cheeses. Applewood bacon. Mini Canadian bacon slices. Mozerella chunks. Fresh basil. Roasted garlic. Roasted red bell peppers. Spicy pizza sauce. Those are the ingredients that Pie DIDNOT have. Blaze Pizzas are cooked in an oven roaring with fire. That’s why it comes out so fast. And the crust is super thin. But, don’t expect to get out of there just as fast because it can take a long time if there’s a lot of people in line. And some of them take forever and a day to decide what to get on their pizza. Plus, the staff needs to get more organized with how they move the line. If the boys twist my arm to go again… then I’ll go back. Until then… I’ll be ordering pizzas from Round Table. I’m partial to their Triple Play pizza with ranch. And got to LOVE the family buffet night on Tuesday at the Folsom Blvd location in Rancho Cordova.

Great location and great food! I like this location much better than the one in Roseville. The employees are very friendly and keep the place clean. Pizza comes out very quickly and is good. I have been here several times this summer and once had a problem with a to-go pizza. I made a call and they remade it quickly and with a smile. That is terrific service. Highly reccomend this location!

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2015 Unilocal’s address for Blaze states it’s located in ‘Gold River’ but my GPS(that’s built into our Odyssey Elite) states it’s located in Rancho Cordova. This particular location of Blaze is in the same shopping center as a Hallmark shop and a large grocery store. Upon entering you are greeted by the friendly staff. Fall into line Study the Menu Build your own pizza or Pick a signature pizza on their menu What sets Blaze apart from their competition is the fact that there is one person manning the different topping stations meaning you won’t have the same gloved hand dipping into the cheese, veggies or meat to top your pizza. We bought 3 pizza– two cheese with the classic sauce and shredded mozzarella, one combo(mozzarella, red onions, Italian sausage, roasted garlic, green bell peppers, pepperoni and pesto drizzle). I’m allergic to everything under the sun, I’m grateful their Pesto sauce is SANSTREENUTS!!! :) If you’re looking for something sweet their s’mores are outstanding, quintessentially the best yet most simple dessert ever. The pizza dough is fresh not frozen and is fantastic! Great pizza dough, delicious toppings and s’mores make this a favorite in my Unilocal notebook. Noelle’s Notes DELISH pizza Great prices Excellent customer service thin crust fast pizza list Blaze 5⁄5 MOD Pizza 3.5÷5 Pieology 3.5÷5

What a novel idea! We came on «Pi» day where every signature pizza was 3.14 but one per person only. I think we could have built our own but being a Gemini it would have taken me too long to decide what I wanted! My HB and I were first in line so we hardly had a wait for our pizzas. These employees were very enthusiastic in preparing your pizza paying attention to your name and making eye contact. Great service as we didn’t plan to eat our pizza all at once so we didn’t order drinks but we wanted water. There was an employee checking on customers to see if you were okay so I asked for a cup for water as we didn’t know that they didn’t provide it by the soda fountain. I had ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and loved it. I like how they are thin crusts as I am constantly watching my waistline! My HB ordered the meat lovers pizza and that was quite tasty. There was seating indoors plus outdoor patio seating as well. They really did a good job advertising this huge«Pi» day! I’m sure we will be back even though we live in Elk Grove as my hairdresser is located by Sunrise Mall. So what are you waiting for! A deal that one shouldn’t pass up!

Yummy! We came here for a Unilocal event which was completely amazing! They make their pizza’s fast 180 seconds, and you get to pick what toppings and sauce you want on a thin bread of pizza. The staff was very friendly and talkative as well. As for what pizza I ended up getting, I personally tried both the sauces(spicy-red and white half/half) and it was delicious! As for my toppings, despite not being vegetarian, I truly love vegetarian pizzas so for my toppings I had mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic bulbs, spinach, jalapenos, tomatoes and mushrooms. I also had a small Caesar salad and a smore. Afterwards, the executive chef came out and gave a very informative speech. I was able to learn quite a bit from it, we even had an olive oil tasting. :) Great experience for me! I really love the food here, it’s both fresh and light! I will be going back again, when I’m back in the area. :)

Let me start off by saying that I am dairy, gluten and corn free… let’s just say pizza seems impossible and I don’t often attempt to eat it unless I construct it at home. Tonight my husband got the opportunity to come to this place. I stayed at home so he could indulge on one of his favorites without feeling that he was rubbing it in my face. If the family goes out to pizza I normally get stuck eating salad, and that’s not fun or enjoyable. My husband came home with a surprise… he was able to get me my own pizza!!! They have gluten free crust(with no corn, which is hard to find) and a dairy free cheese(super hard to find at a pizza place). I was so excited! So excited I ate half the pizza before taking a picture… hence the half gone pizza picture :) He constructed me a bacon, pineapple, mushroom and artichoke heart pizza… it was AMAZING!!! It is so awesome to know there is another place that our whole family can go to and everyone can enjoy their food! Thank you Blaze Pizza for being AWESOME!!!

Upon coming in, I had a great experience. The place is inviting, very well lit, and stuff are super friendly and attentive to you… «The Build Your Own Pizza» was phenomenal. The main chef, or should I say owner, gave a good piece of advice about the 5 step rule to making the best pizza: The Dough, The Sauce, 1 Choice of Meat(any kind), and 2 random flavors of choice. Great advice. Love the Lemonade that they had to offer, They offered 2 kinds that beats Chipotle. One just plain lemonade and the other Red Orange Lemonade. LOVEDIT! Side note, taking a shot of their finest Olive Oil was heaven. Will definitely be coming here often. This place beats all pizza places I’ve ever been too, and makes me want more — — WANTMORE! I had second rounds. It was that good! Literally. Gotta Love The Stuff! And they’re cookie s’mores! Mmmmmm… Took some to go to!
