I had to haul my own luggage and fetch my own luggage cart. Refrigerator was very loud… and no service man on that day. Room service never cleaned my room one day. I called for new towels and never received. I got locked out of my room 3 times because the keys stopped working. Front desk didn’t answer phone. Try another hotel!

I wish no stars were an option. This place has bed bugs!!! I was bitten a month ago, and called but was told that they hadn’t had a complaint before. Yesterday my friend stayed there and had to be moved into a different rooms because he found a mass of bed bugs! Stay away from this place.
