Friends kids chose to come here for dinner tonight… food was okay, service not so great. We start ordering and the girl takes about 4 minutes just to type in No onions … the kids wanted the 4 for $ 4 so we ordered 2… again she took a great amount of time putting that into the POS. We get our change and then she says «what size drinks did you want?» I told her I ordered a medium meal and the smaller meals… she asks what size are those… gives me 2 medium cups and laughs like she has no idea what the heck is going on. After getting our food, we only got one meal but had placed 3. Not to mention no receipt was given as well. I’m not saying it’s her fault, she must be new… but everyone else behind her is chatting away in Spanish not caring that there’s a line.

Cold fries. Over cooked onion rings. And soda that was mostly ice. I only go fast food about once a year but I had remembered Carl’s Jr. As one if the better places. Not sure if this is standard for all or unique experience to just this place.

I’m not one for fast food, but went in there when I had no other options for breakfast close by. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese. It came out very quickly, but it had cheese on it. Hugo was apologetic and had a new one made for me right away, then included a free cookie for the inconvenience. That is customer service done right! I appreciated the gesture a lot!

Pretty clean spot. They have the Coke freestyle machine that’s pretty much why I would ever go here. Carl’s Jr is kind of the worst of fast food. Stay away from the natural burger, the «fake» stuff tastes better.

3 out of the 5 times I have been through the drive through here my order has been wrong. Whether it was forgetting that I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger (even though I asked twice when ordering if they got that), forgetting to give fries with my meal or forgetting that we didnt want onions or tomatoes on our burger– they are great at getting your order wrong. I suggest to check your bag before driving away EVERY time you visit here.

Okay, you won’t see many reviews from me on ‘Fast food’…but I couldn’t wait any longer to eat!
This ONE particular Carl’s Jr. Impressed me today! Maybe it was the cool sod machine… or the fact that they also do a lettuce wrap on all the burgers, either way I was impressed!

A drive through in santa barbara (goleta)!? Really. I’d drive through it even if I didn’t need any food! Above par Carl’s Jr. Seriously though, I was so glad for a drive through in SB.
