Circle K

Worst gas station EVER. The pumps are ALWAYS broken!!! The pumps/​machines always have graffiti all over the screens, and are so slow! The store itself is disgustingly dirty.

I stopped at this location to purchase gas on my way back to California. The first pump I pulled up to and went to put gas in would not work. It would ask you to select credit or debit then it would tell you the pump was busy. So I moved to a different pump; fortunately this one worked. The gas prices were reasonable for the area only $ 3.37 a gallon (the cheapest I paid the entire trip).
I also went into the store: it was clean and organized. The wait time for the register was decent and the cashier was friendly.
I am giving it 3 stars instead of 4 due to the gas pump issue.

I came here on the insistence of my boyfriend that we needed to play the lottery. I know times are rough, but really?!
Anyways, we stopped in and waited in the growing line before being next to the register with the creepy girl who says whatever’s on her mind each time we’ve ever had her. So, we went over to Don and purchased lottery tickets. My boyfriend, coincedently an Assistant Manager at a CircleK in Deer Valley (though he hates it and would probably be embarassed if he knew I told people that) says that the number one rule of CircleK is to ID people. Well, Don didn’t do this. In fact, he printed up the lottery tickets BEFORE we paid – also a no-​no.
As if that weren’t enough, he told my boyfriend that it was HIS fault that he (Don) printed the wrong lottery tickets. I know he works in a CircleK and probably could have gone behind the counter and done it himself, but he didn’t. DON is the one who was working the machine and didn’t need to give any attitude about hearing the wrong thing. Poor boyfriend can’t catch a break; he’s either dealing with white trash jerks, meth heads, or pedophiles from the trailer park across the street of his store (we googled it and sure enough there’s bunches in that area) treating him like crap or employees of other stores.
Anyways, this place broke their little law and I’m hoping they fix it or Don’s going to be out of job if it happens again. They’re prett
